If you want to experience Germany the traditional way, this area is the door to so many things close by. This hotel takes you back in time with their typical Bavarian style and service. Very nice.

Unfortunately, pricing was not properly communicated prior to or during my stay. I was surprised by additional charges that were never clearly explained. This lack of transparency overshadowed what could have been a better experience.

We were looking forward to a special stay in a deluxe room, but quickly realized that the cleanliness was unacceptable. There were clearly visible cobwebs in the room, and one of the bedspreads was dirty – definitely not what you'd expect in this price category.

The underground parking garage was also a disappointment: For 10 euros a day, a parking space is offered, but swallows nest there – which resulted in our car being completely covered in bird droppings after a few days. What was particularly annoying was that the notice stated that a car cleaning service was offered, but when we asked, they denied this – we were even given a somewhat confused look. At our birthday breakfast, we had to wait 40 minutes for coffee. Unfortunately, waiting was always a big issue during meals.

When we politely and carefully tried to raise the issues we had raised when checking out, we were told that as a newcomer, we couldn't comment on them.

Conclusion: While the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, there are serious issues with organization, cleanliness, and communication. For a hotel of this category, we would have expected significantly more quality, structure, and, above all, serious guest service.

It is clear that the judgment must take into account the fact that it is a 4 star superior and for this reason the judgment is quite negative. The rooms are true that they are very nice but a bidet in a 4 star superior there should have been, just as the empty mini bar is ridiculous!! Furthermore, the towels were provided for one person only and we were a couple. When we reported it to the reception they did not provide them. The hotel is true that it is very nice, the hall is beautiful, the dining rooms are beautiful but the area with the breakfast products is tiny (everyone crowded together to help themselves) and it is not even very well stocked. It must be said however that the waiters are really kind even if we waited really too long for coffee and milk. From a 4 star superior you expect a very different breakfast!!! The wellness area is poorly divided, chaotic, certainly not a place to relax! The parking lot is small and very uncomfortable. I did not give a star only because the room was very comfortable. Absolute silence, very comfortable bed and hear hear the shutter! Furthermore, from my room I had a beautiful view of the park. I repeat, if it had been a 3 star and therefore with a different price it would have been 5 stars.

The mattress was too soft. I had back pain for days. I haven't experienced such a bad mattress in a hotel in years. The view from the balcony was of a dilapidated building directly across the street. There was a small towel from the previous guest in the bathroom. I wasn't given a guest card until I asked for it the day after my arrival. There was no indication of it upon arrival. The TV had some operating issues...

To relax for a few days, I spontaneously booked into this hotel in Bad Wörishofen without doing much research beforehand. A break from everyday life and the stress of the big city. I was looking for a hotel that offered an upscale location but didn't require me to show up to dinner in an evening dress. And I was in luck. First, to Bad Wörishofen with its beautiful spa gardens and charming little pedestrian zone. Everywhere, you are unobtrusively but constantly reminded of national hero Sebastian Kneipp and his teachings. The people of Bad Wörishofen love their pastor and their town with great pride, and by the time I left, I was a little bit in love, too. With the hotel's guest card, you can take part in guided tours, interesting lectures, and concerts free of charge. All highly recommended. And now to the hotel—where do I even begin? The wellness area is small but nice and invites you to linger with its comfortable loungers both inside and out. The kitchen fulfills every special request and responds to suggestions. Aside from the fact that it is a beautiful, well-maintained and clean hotel, which is wonderfully situated in nature on the outskirts of town, I would like to give a big compliment to the management and the staff, as they are truly exceptional and strikingly lovely. Starting with their representative, the charming Rebecca, who always responds to every guest's request in a professional and committed manner, the funny and very hard-working trainees in service, the outstanding masseuses Valentina and Tatjana, the always charming ladies at reception who are always polite and helpful from arrival to departure, the always hard-working and cheerful housekeeper Uschi, Ramona and her colleagues who teach yoga, Qigong, correct breathing and Pilates with great sensitivity. A team has been put together here, which is rare these days and as an entrepreneur I take my hat off to them; they deserve respect for what they have achieved. A wonderful place to sit back and relax, alone or as a couple.
