It has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.
There are some minus points in the bathroom. The fan was loud and no way to turn it off. There was no shampoo and shower gel, and the air was not fresh, had a smell of drainage system.

Great place to stay near the Olympiapark. U bahn next to the property and there is a shopping centre and supermarket a 10 min walk away.

There was no hairdryer in the room! When I asked the front desk, they said they were all borrowed and wouldn't even try to find a solution; they were very dismissive. I asked the hotel front desk for a sewing kit, and they said it would take 20 minutes—I mean, is it buried underground and needs to be dug up again? What could possibly take 20 minutes?

Plenty of utensils (plates, knives, forks, spoons, etc.)

Cons
Poor soundproofing (mess between floors and walls + significant outside noise)
No slippers, shampoo, soap, or hair dryer
No exhaust fan running 24/7
Room service doesn't answer calls, and never comes after requesting. I ordered room service from the room next door, but they opened the door and brought it to my room without knocking.
Dark room (windows are covered with blinds, blocking sunlight)
Check-in required at the hotel next door
Two small towels provided
Early check-in fee of 30 euros
Check-in not possible after 3 p.m. due to room maintenance
Nothing to do nearby
I feel like I'm being a swindler for staying at this price.

Clean, new and modern with train station right in front that brings you to Munich central in about 20min. However, room is low on amenities - no hairdryer, now shower gel or shampoo and similar.

The accommodation is quiet, clean, and safe, close to the U-Bahn station. The furniture is new, the bed is wide and comfortable, although the pillows are a bit flat. There's a large wardrobe, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. Cups, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, and dishwashing liquid are all provided. The room looks exactly like the photos posted by the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful, but check-in is in the building next door.

Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves when cleaning the bathroom. Once or twice a week for cleaning is good for the whole apartment except for the kitchen.

The service is good and stuffs are always kind to help. You can take the subway in a very short distance which is really nice.

100% best place I have ever stayed in München - Superior Studio
✅ Super friendly and nice staff 🥰
✅ Dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc - fully functioning kitchen
✅ Really good internet (Meetings with camera 👌🏼)
✅ Everything looks new
✅ Clean
✅ Rooms are very light ☀️
✅ Enough space to do sport in the room
✅ Location is top
✅ Still did not use washing, but it is in the building 👍

I was missing salt and staff friendly brought it to me, even though they did not have to.
