Central Hotel Apart München in Munchen

Clean room with refrigerator and stove top. Good shower. Good breakfast.
No lobby area if that’s important - but I didn’t need it

Wonderful stay - the location is fantastic. A neighborhood setting, but very close to tram and U-Bahn. Just a 10 minute walk to S-Bahn or you can connect from the immediate stops. There is a Rewe grocery a block away and two excellent restaurants within a block. The church bells in the morning were a great sound if you have the window open.

In our case we had breakfast included in our rate. It was easy to access, clean, good selection and the staff was very courteous.

Quite simple but good room. Breakfast was very nice, friendly staff and plenty of good food.

Good in general, bed was too firm for my taste.
Good price-comfort ratio, but you can find better ones.
The location is excellent, in a quiet corner just a few minutes from the U2 metro. The building is an interesting brutalist example, kept super clean and tidy even if it looks dated on the outside. There are food and groceries options around as well.
The room has nothing out of place, it is big and has a pretty decent kitchen for a short stay.
The bed is a single-plus size, which is good. The mattress was to tough for me and the pillows so very thin, hence the lower comfort rating.
The gym is ok. The cardio equipment is top-shape, really new and in perfect working order. The weights have seen better days and could be modernized.
Communication and all that worked perfectly.

Excellent simple room with a balcony and kitchenette, very close to metro (U-Bahn) and walking distance to S-Bahn. The nice Ostpark is nearby for a walk by the lake. Shops and supermarkets in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. I like that they clean only every other day. I’ve stayed multiple times already. My only not so positive comment is that the wifi quality could be improved.

The location is pretty good. I booked a newly renovated room and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances. But the toilet seat in the bathroom is a little smaller for some reason? The room was heated but was covered by curtains so it was a bit cold.

Nice quiet neighborhood. There are the church bells. They ring the number of the hour and 1 ring on the half hour. There is a small market store and a couple of restaurants within a blk of the hotel in different directions. It's about a 2 blk walk to the train. My room looked like it had been recently renovated. It's a very peaceful location compared to the city. The people at the front desk were pleasant

Decent enough shortstay apartments, reasonable prices (as long as you don't want to stay over around Oktoberfest ;-) )!
