Everything was good except that my room's window is facing directly where the workers are moving cargo very early in the morning. It was quite loud when they are moving cargo. The water from the shower head has some rust odour and the toilet has some moldy odor too.

i am mostly satisfied with this hostel. staffs are really friendly to me and breakfast was also nice.  the only thing i’d like to mention is about a hair dryer. i didn’t ask but i don’t think there’s a hairdryer in each room. additionally you should bring your towel otherwise you have to pay €2 per towel and €10 as deposit to borrow it.

Very beautiful hotel, one could call it upscale the least - better than many other 5 star hotels I stayed at, while officially it is actually not classified with 5 stars. Most staff was extremely friendly and professional. It smells nice, feels fancy, floor heating, rain shower, sound isolation, all the little nice things. At Hotel Bayerischer Hof, the check-in process was extremely delayed, and I did not receive my room until 3:30 p.m. My luggage was also delivered very late, arriving in the room close to 4:00 p.m. The service lacked professionalism and showed little care for guests.
