Very good price. It's not the Hilton but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and the shower is very hot and powerful. The lady at the reception is very kind and very helpful in terms of suggestions. Easy to park nearby the hotel and the parking fees are cheap.

We stayed in a room for 4 people. The size of the room was very good, the beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was new and in good condition. We were received by a nice lady when we arrived. She was polite and shared correct information. During the evening and night there is some other guy at the reception who was rude on 2 occasions. Which is not great for hospitality industry. Would still...

The location is the hotels strongest asset. It’s a 5 minute walk from the train station and that station is 40 minutes ride from the airport. But the real reason I was there was for the 5 minute walk to Oktoberfest. So convenient. The rooms are basic but very clean and the bathroom/toilet were also very clean. A definite good choice for a trip to the Wiese.

Stayed for Octoberfest 2015 easy to find from the train station easy walk to the Fair grounds dont expect a luxury Hotel .. but perfect location and place to sleep ...Staff fun and helpful will stay again

I absolutely love staying here! I've stayed twice and loved each time. Everyone is super nice, food is great, and easy to get to city center. Thanks, and hopefully I'll see you again next year!

I can't say one bad thing about this place. From the rooms to the staff to the breakfast it was all amazing. The rooms were amazing. Clean, neat and everything was kept well maintained. Everyone that works there is an absolute delight. Very nice and helpful for newbies in town. The stay was amazing and when we go back we'll be staying here again. Thanks for everything!!!

Very good place and perfect brekfast!

How wonderful was our stay in this pension Mrs. Sarah was upscale in dealing a luxury breakfast I did not find elsewhere in Munich .. Pension in a quiet neighborhood.

Very comfortable B&B that is steps away from the Solln S-Bahn station. Fast & free Wi-Fi. The breakfast Sara prepares is delicious & will keep you going to lunch. Also, she is helpful with the public transit system in Munich.

We arrived to find we didn't have a booking as our travel agent made a mistake and booked us at Hotel Prinz. Sara was lovely and first helped us find alternative place to sleep, then realised that we had the wrong hotel. She then helped us by printing directions to the right hotel and calling us a taxi. We were so impressed we considered returning for the one night she had available. Highly recommended...

Perfect place for our one night stopover en route to skiing. Clean, comfortable, friendly welcome, mountainous breakfast, lovely host. Highly recommend.

Very nice building and super close to the city center, the room was clean and quiet, the toilets were also spacious and clean. Super nice staff, and good breakfast available (additional 10 euros).

Everything about this hotel was great! The woman in charge, Tanja, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was ideal for sightseeing in Munich. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich!

The location is why this place is worth every penny. It’s centrally located inside the city of Munich making it easy to get to all the must see places. The manager Tanja is a sweet heart. We were not able to check in during the time frame but she sent us a detailed set of instructions on how to get to our room without an official check in. The room was clean with very comfy pillows and blankets...

Tanja was such a wonderful host! The hotel is right in the center of town near to u-bahn and trains. The classic elevator adds a lot of charm to the building. Breakfast was fantastic!! Fresh breads, home made jams (by Tanja), fruit, yogurt, and wonderful coffee. We rented scooters right outside and went all over! Munich is a cool temperature town where AC is not needed! Large windows allow a cool breeze...

We were in July. 2 Nights 3 Days. The room was very clean. The first Hotel/guest house, in the carpet dirty not glued yet or anything. He was just clean. The bed was very soft, for my taste too soft, but you could sleep in it. The decor in the rooms is simple. A bed, a wardrobe, a table and a sink. But more you don't need to, if only to Stay in Munich. The front Desk was very nice and accommodating...

Always a delicious experience. Yesterday, the blood sausage baked with Sauerkraut, stewed onions, Apple and mashed potatoes... added to something very special but the attempt was worth it. These old traditional dishes you can try there.... A disappointment has stayed with me until now, spared.

If you want to eat meat, you should make a wide arc around the Sollner Hof. No salad on the menu, and a meat-free dish on the card ( Alibi).

I forgot cheap in a city means I climb stairs. Room was spartan but clean. Location close to the Marenplaz. Breakfast was varied. Sort of noisy and not dark. Bit budget traveller's know about ear plugs and eye mask. Overall I got my money's worth.

Small rooms, but everything is clean and special thanks to friendly personal. Breakfast is breakfast, not bad no superiour, but who cares. Best place in center and comfortable prices. No elevator in house.

Fine place to crash for the night, but not anything I'd call upscale. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed.

Great location- heart of Munich. Odd building- reception was in the kitchen which was weird. Price was very reasonable. They refrigerated some cheese we had bought to take home which was nice. Room was small but totally okay for 2 people. Breakfast room was very small and crowded- there was no place for us to sit so we couldn't eat.

Very nice place. Breakfast is good (any kind of savory thing and sweets as well, plus bottomless juices). It is possible to reach Marienplatz in 5 minutes. The area is completely safe and close to the hotel it is possible to find a nice open air market. The staff is very kind and professional. No lift in the building.

This was our first stay in Munich several years ago. The accommodations were clean and ample for our family of 4 on short notice. The owner kindly let us stay an extra night when we found out what a wonderful place Munich is. The breakfast was filled with delicious choices. It was close to the Marienplatz making it convenient as well. I recommend it as simple, but safe, authentic and clean.

I was aware that their reception desk closed after a certain time and was a bit stressed initially that I wouldn't make it in time. Lo and behold, my flight was severely delayed leaving LAX and by the time I arrived in Munich, I had only one hour until the cutoff when Cafe Pini would...

Very nice and individually furnished rooms. Everything is decorated with great taste. Great central location. Everything is within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and extremely friendly and informal service of the hostess. You feel welcome.

Good sized and clean rooms at an affordable rate. There is no elevator so beware if you have heavy luggage.

This is a great place in a nice part of Munich. It's pretty easy to get to from the airport because it's right by an U-bahn station, and you can arrive as late as 10pm because the owner has a deal with the cafe on the ground floor to hold room keys. Rooms are simple, but the bed was firm. The shower was pretty big by European standards, and there are a ton of channels on a reasonably-sized LCD TV...

Room is good and cheap. Its budget hotel. Shower is svailable inside your room but toilet is at outside of your room. Coffee machine is available for 24 hours. You have to reserve parking places before you go there. You can also park on the street from 18:00 . It costs around €10.

4.5 stars really, almost everything is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there is a mini fridge, microwave, and TV in the room, hairdryer, towels, and linens are provided, and breakfast is included! Only downside is the bathroom inside the room, it has a dank, unpleasant odor and the shower is pretty small, especially with the cloth curtain enclosing you. That can be overlooked though since everything...

Best place to stay at budget.. lovely memories for solo trip

Good location but small rooms with shared bathroom and shower.

Great location, near Central Train Station. Room was austere but clean & comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Great base for visiting Munich!

Literally 20 metres from entrance to main train station and easy pedestrian access to pedestrianised areas. Rooms were clean and tidy as was bedding. Plenty of towels for our family room. Central location means some traffic and pedestrian noise when windows open but windows effectively insulate room from noise when closed. Toilets and showers separate from bedrooms, at least from our family room, but...

Nice and clean except the bathroom sharing and the city noise.

Nicely located its a budget; share shower n wc which are in the hall. Little noisy with the street traffic at night.

Hotel Pension Haydn

Excellent location close to Goethe platz (metro and bus stations there), but still quiet. The host was really kind, the room was spacious and clean, ours had a private bathroom with a bath-tab and small vestibule.

I really enjoyed my time in Munich thanks to my stay at Hotel Haydn. Roxanna was a terrific host and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Stay for the breakfast in the morning as it’s some of the best you can get. It was so nice getting a home cooked breakfast after being out. Roxanna is the best!

Very good place for a few days stay. Great location near town centar and main railway station. Underground station is on 200 m away. Helpfull and kind staff, clean apartmants. They change towel every day and bed sheets every two days. Rich breakfast with good food. It was a litlle bit price, but I prosume it is because Bauma 2019 fear and the almost whole town was booked.

Nera UBahn stop, clean rooms and abundant continental breakfast. Very recommended!

Hotel Pension Haydn is a great budget option if you want to visit the city centre. It is not located next any landmarks, but a ten minute walk will get you to Marianplatz. I was not impressed by the rooms and the quality of the internet, as I am sitting in a stairwell trying to write this. Otherwise it's a decent place.
