I find the front desk very rude. Their self check in computers were somehow inefficient, it does not reflect my booking right away. It requires this rude front desk man to assist me.

Great hotel, right by the station! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location next to the train station made traveling incredibly easy. The hotel itself is very pleasant and clean. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. I will definitely stay here again!

Double bed room is very spacious, bedding is set up, towels also provided if book double room at this hostel. Location is convenient with a tram station and S bahn within 7 minutes walk. Wifi is not very strong. Won't provide cleaning when staying more than one night. It has also a 'sky bar'.

Generally, I feel the living experience is fine. This is a hostel, so it is hard to get a good sleep before midnight. However, the staff helped with the situation. Thus, I would say it is generally okay if the budget is tight.

We found it to be in an excellent location as we arrived into the central train station and got an Uber for less than 10euro. The local train stops right outside too. Location is great. Metro station right around the corner. The hotel is at the foot of the old town. Short walk from the Isar. Rooms are very basic. Doors are thin, you can hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms.

The Munich Exhibition caused hotel prices to rise sharply. I stayed in this youth hostel. Although the room was small, it was very clean and tidy.

You can solve your accommodation in Munich at a low price. I thought it would be inconvenient because the shower room and toilet are shared on each floor, but it was clean and not crowded, which was nice. I will book again next time I visit Munich! Especially, the beer you get as a free drink is delicious! You can feel the traveler's sentiment.

Recently stayed with a family of 4. We booked the family room that provided an extra bedroom. Stay was fantastic, check in was easy at the hotel reception just around the corner. Stayed at a&o München Hauptbahnhof. The room was very basic but clean, with a simple bed and small bathroom. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Good location near the main station. Underground parking for vehicles, just €10 per night. Helpful staff and is also connected to a small supermarket, selling just about everything you need. Quite close the central train station, which is important to me as I use trains as exclusively as I can while traveling in the EU. Very close and walkable to Octoberfest, with that comes noise and without air conditioning and open windows for cooling…it can get noisy. Be aware of check in procedures if you come in at off hours, the electronic access provided by email worked great.

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel during business trip. The first time I believe I got a slightly bigger room than I got this time. Nevertheless, space is not an issue. The bathroom had days with really bad smell coming from the pipes. The breakfast is very basic but good. Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property.
