I find the front desk very rude. Their self check in computers were somehow inefficient, it does not reflect my booking right away. It requires this rude front desk man to assist me.
Great hotel, right by the station! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location next to the train station made traveling incredibly easy. The hotel itself is very pleasant and clean. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. I will definitely stay here again!
Double bed room is very spacious, bedding is set up, towels also provided if book double room at this hostel. Location is convenient with a tram station and S bahn within 7 minutes walk. Wifi is not very strong. Won't provide cleaning when staying more than one night. It has also a 'sky bar'.
This hostel-style hotel is likely Indian-owned. The location is excellent, right outside a tram stop. It's only three stops to Munich Central Station (HBF), where you can connect to various subway lines. They offer self-check-in, and rooms can accommodate two or four people. The bathroom had a slight odor, with a smell coming from the drain. It's a budget-friendly option, so the quality isn't top-tier...
Generally, I feel the living experience is fine. This is a hostel, so it is hard to get a good sleep before midnight. However, the staff helped with the situation. Thus, I would say it is generally okay if the budget is tight.
4km from the old city. Need to change bedsheet by ourselves. Nice and friendly staff. Have guest pantry but a bit dirty.

Hotel is a little bit far away from central station. However, tram station is nearby. Staff is nice and helpful. Lobby is quite spacious.
the hotel is clean and location is good. They allow us to check in earlier
Good for those with a train trip next morning
I had a wonderful experience at Ibis Muenchen City Arnulfpark! The hotel is just a short ride from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring Munich. My room was cozy and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bar and restaurant were great spots to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was smaller than I expected, but incredibly clean. It was also nice that hot water was provided free of charge. Of course, it's cheaper to buy water outside.
Good hotel as per the ibis standards. The location is great if you want to stay in that part of town. The personnel were helpful and friendly. The only downside was the lack of a fridge and amenities like toothpaste. Other than that all in all a good deal
The rooms are ok, not fansy, very basic with old funiture. However, the matress and pillows are very comfortable and spotless clean. We had very good quality of sleep with that. The breakfast is quite good with variety of food. Even though it is not fansy continental breakfast but good enough for business people. The service is good. Friendly staff. We would recommend this hotel as a short stay when...
Nice and clean hotel Big but quiet The only problem is the parking place but only if you are a bus driver There are only 2 spots only if you're lucky
Compact rooms, comfortable for a quick trip. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a good experience.
Overall it's a good hotel. The only downside was that the waffle maker for breakfast was broken.

stayed in a Family room for 2nights Wifi was good. AIr con in the hot room was not, and I was not able to sleep. Shower is a good 20cms off ground and difficult to get into as the room is very narrow! Room was clean but on close inspection, some dust under the beds. Use the tram no 18 or 19 to get to within 100 metres of the premises
We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 teenagers) who stayed overnight here twice in the last 2 weeks. We found it to be in an excellent location as we arrived into the central train station and got an Uber for less than 10euro. The local train stops right outside too. Family room was excellent but the shower room on the second stay was quite dangerous...it was about 20cm up from the ground with no grab...
The best to say about this place is its "very spacious" 8-bed dorm room where I stayed for 3 nights which was really one of the biggest (if not the biggest) among many various dorms I've ever stayed at (really enough room for 8 people to comfortably move around with also an ensuite bathroom for just the people in the room). And also great were the lounge room connected to the lobby on the 1st floor...
Stayed in the 6 bunk room. It had a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice for the price. The hotel has security at night. Location was great for Oktoberfest. Good breakfast and bar in the lobby.
Stayed four nights with a classmate. It was rather quiet at night throughout my stay. People on my floor observed the "quiet after 22:00" etiquette. Temperature was mild. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were chill and friendly. Guest kitchen was splendid. Rooms were clean and spacey. Free brezels were high quality. Location was convenient. Neighborhood was safe and entertaining. Many good restaurants...

The hotel is very basic. There were issues with the water pressure (it was very low in the morning when everyone was showering). Everything in the room felt quite old and worn out. The hotel is in a great location, 15 min walk to most locations. Small room, walls are paper thin, can be noisy at night, beds are not very comfortable. Stayed 5 nights and room was never cleaned.
Perfect location for shopping or dining in the pedestrian zone! 😀
Great stay, about a 10 minute walk from being in the heart of the old town. Perfect for the price and what we needed it for & the receptionists where very friendly
The hotel’s location is good, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. The staff kindly stored our luggage both before check-in, making our arrival and departure much easier. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. Great choice if you want a central spot with helpful amenities!
Location is great. Metro station right around the corner. The hotel is at the foot of the old town. Short walk from the Isar. Rooms are very basic. Doors are thin, you can hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms.

I didn't have a meal due to time constraints, but the welcome beer and the bar facilities were great. There was also a kettle, so I was able to prepare instant meals.
Convenient accommodation close to railway station Basic accommodation very close to Munich central train station. Stayed in a single room, clean and had what you need for a few nights. Shower and toilet in hallway. Breakfast coupons can be bought at discount the day before, pretty standard breakfast but appreciated the fresh fruits. Friendly staff.
Brilliant location right next to the main train station. Friendly staff. Nice sized rooms. I liked the wires to secure yours bags to in the left luggage. Appreciated the free drink and friendly bar. Well run hostel that delivers well.
highly recommend this hostel! we only stayed 1 night but it was absolutely perfect- we arrived early in the morning and the staff allowed us to drop our bags into luggage storage so we didn’t have to take them with us, as well as allowing us access to the commons areas (bar and sitting area) and toilets. the staff weee wonderful and provided many great recommendations on a map we took with us, filling...
The Munich Exhibition caused hotel prices to rise sharply. I stayed in this youth hostel. Although the room was small, it was very clean and tidy.
You can solve your accommodation in Munich at a low price. I thought it would be inconvenient because the shower room and toilet are shared on each floor, but it was clean and not crowded, which was nice. I will book again next time I visit Munich! Especially, the beer you get as a free drink is delicious! You can feel the traveler's sentiment.

The room was a little dated but it was clean. Excellent location.
BASIC sums it up. Room is simply furnished. Very clean with comfortable bed. It feels like an apartment building. We were in room 415 which was very warm even with adjustment on radiator turned off . Clean room, easy check in and out, the cleaning staff did a great job. No amenities really but it’s fair for the price you pay.

My friends and i had a pleasant stay. the food is amazing. the staff is friendly and the security is very friendly and professional.
For the price, this place delivered incredible value. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great, but if you are visiting on holiday, expect to be far from many of the main Munich attractions, and also note that the hostel is in the midst of a major construction project. Surely the results will be amazing (I learned that there will be a new courtyard for example), but if your room is in building...

I had a generally pleasant stay at Jugendherberge in Munich. The hostel was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Room clean. Friendly staff but minimum service (self service) and a backstairs door left open for cleaning made the hallway a bit unappealing. Nice but small room. Very centrally located which was important for us.
The hotel has very comfortable beds and is a great place to stay. If I come to Germany again, I hope to stay here again.
The single rooms are small but very well designed, so nothing feels missing. The beds are soft, but the comfortable bedding makes up for it. The location is excellent. Online check-in didn’t always work, but the helpline eventually found a solution, with very friendly and polite staff.
The location of the hotel is great! It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, but the towels were mildew smelling. We had our room made up the day after we got there , hoping for fresher smelling towels…. Nope they were mildewy as well. Good hotel, gross towels.
I haven’t slept that well in years! Great place to stay all around, location was so fun and the staff went out of their way to be kind to us in every interaction.

The service was amazing, the room was available before the check in time. Super comfortable. Very good location, 5min walking from a train station.
The soundproofing is very poor.
The Wi-Fi worked well and it was nice that they cleaned the place every day. Water and conditioner were not provided separately. They were kind, but the room was very, very small and it felt like a clean guesthouse from the 2000s that you see on TV. So, I personally don't think I'll go there again.
The room is small near metro station very convenience travel to Oktoberfest
Everything was almost as expected at this price. I can't say the room was completely clean but it wasn't bad. It's located in a good place. It's next to Laim station and you don't need to transfer to go to the Munich airport. It doesn't take much time to get to the city center. The room was spotless, and it even had a walk-in closet and a balcony with a view of St. Paul's Church's green spire. However, the bathroom's exhaust fan was incredibly loud and never stopped running.
Location is ideal if you need to catch an early train. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the train platform to the hotel. Good for one or two nights stay. Amenities are minimum though.
My stay at the hotel was overall very good. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Good price and convenient location. Not right in the city center but very close. Breakfast isn't anything fancy but it is good food and a nice variety. Overall a nice place to stay.
Great price in a convenient location. Things to keep in mind: it's in the middle of the Turkish neighbourhood behind a supermarket, loud during the day but surprisingly quiet at night, entrance to the hotel is inside the courtyard. Quite close the central train station, which is important to me as I use trains as exclusively as I can while traveling in the EU. Grocery shopping in the area is easy, and a self-service laundromat is very close. Retail shopping is further away in the old city, but it is walkable to that area. My room was very nice and well appointed, quiet too.
Clean, quite, minimal, and close to train station
Convenient location but would not recommend a stay The rooms were in a convenient location. Unfortunately 2 of our rooms were incredibly noisy from street noise. This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel during business trip. The first time I believe I got a slightly bigger room than I got this time. Nevertheless, space is not an issue. The bathroom had days with really bad smell coming from the pipes. The breakfast is very basic but good. Nearby the hotel there are not so many restaurants but there is grocery stores and shops to buy in.
The hotel is just acceptable. Main reason for it is the service being absolutely disastrous. I only wanted to pay for having breakfast at the reception around 10 am, 04.10.2025, (breakfast closes at 10:30), no one came for 20 minutes. This was on a normal Saturday morning. Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was a stain on the pillowcase.
Reasonable hotel close to a UBahn station to get init the city. Perfect for Oktoberfest! Pillows are a bit weak so you might need two!
1. Carpet a bit rough 2. Room too small 3. Pillow is too soft. 4. Near train station 5. Private parking

The hotel has a great location in the center of Munich. All the sights are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book it again on our next visit!
The first room flooded because the bathroom drain didn't stop; the entire room was underwater. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no minibar.
The room needs some attention. The walls have missing paint on them. The light on the far side of the bed doesn’t work. The wifi is terrible. Also, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to either get smart TV’s or TV’s with a Chromecast built in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the people who work there.
Nothing but a budget hostel Wires hanging from the walls and ceiling, inside the room and in the hallways. No security cameras anywhere. Only a self installed cheap looking camera in the reception. Also no firealarms were to be seen, either in the rooms, or in the hallway. You are essentially sleeping on a mattress with no legs. Towels smell like straight vinegar. Okay, let's start with the positives. The location is really good. The Viktualienmarkt is practically around the corner, and the city center, English Garden, Eisbach – everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is good and can easily compete with larger hotels. Unfortunately, the coffee machine broke down on the first morning, so there was no coffee during my stay. The hotel has no elevator...
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. My only complaint is, I wish they had blackout curtains. Our room was in some sort of alley that had a motion sensor floodlight. That light would go on constantly...
