Once they got settled, never saw staff again for the duration of my stay. Where was everyone? The Paulaner German restaurant on site was excellent as was the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet

The breakfast was simply outstanding — rich, varied, and of excellent quality. Truly a “mega” breakfast, offering everything one could wish for

From the receptionists to the concierge, from greetings in the hallways to daily interactions, every member of staff was genuinely kind and attentive. I was always greeted, acknowledged, and treated with respect

From the very first moment, the entire staff was exceptional. The check-in experience was warm and professional, and every interaction with the reception team was marked by genuine kindness and attentiveness

What impressed me most was the overall atmosphere created by the staff. Many of them were working in a country that is not their own, yet they managed to convey a remarkably warm and welcoming attitude

There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning of my stay, which was handled immediately and in an exemplary manner, turning a potential issue into a demonstration of true professionalism

Additionally, the underground path under the hotel has several supermarkets, shops, and cafes. The hotel is also a 15 minute walk from Munich's Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel for any visit in Munich

Everything was wonderful—the hotel’s location, the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the direct S-Bahn access tunnel and the amazing breakfast

Very good rooms, they were a bit old but spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was also very nice, but on the first day the shower wasn’t working, but after that it started working well again

The location is good but not really in the centre of Munich but it’s close to Rosenheimer Platz which is nice and easy for public transportation to other parts of the city

Service is good, the people downstairs are nice and welcoming

Second, in terms of the rooms, they are clean, nicely furnished, and, even given their age, seem to have held up nicely. Breakfast was quite yummy, with some of the better hot food options I've seen of european hotels

Bar in the hotel hall was speechless! Dj every evening, good beer, nice snacks, responsive and nice staff…all together gave a perfect vibe in total!

Absolute wonderful! Rooms very clean, Service good, the only minus Point is the Parking Price.

It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center

In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!

We stayed one night here for the Handball Euro 2024. We didn'T book breakfast, so we cannot comment on that. But overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I found the breakfast to be FANTASTIC and on par with many 5 star hotels: custom-cooked egg station, plenty of juice and pastry options. Really good sausages (this is Germany, after all)

Pretty central location: The old city/Marienplatz is 15 minute easy walk. Very close to U and S bahns, so an easy ride to tourist spots and the airport

Not so good points: Location is close to main train station which means there is little street "charm" in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Area is under construction and may get better by the time you read this

Go to Bohemian in the lobby. Carlos C. is the best! So nice, great service, was able to handle the whole bar plus 8 tables with genuine ease, and was even able to mentor another employee in the midst. He made our night!

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases

Marriott Hotel has never let me down so far. The service and quality are excellent. The hotel is convenient for travel. There are taxis waiting at the door all day long

But above all I liked the hotel staff, very nice and friendly. A special mention goes to Marius Hornig from reception, very competent and professional. I will always be happy to return to this hotel

Nice indoor pool and sauna. Small workout room and has Champions Sports Bar in lobby. Great location, next to the subway at Nordfriedhof stop. Nice Italian restaurant within walking distance.

Our stay was a highlight of a recent two week trip. One unexpected great moment - we needed a tailor for extensive work on a dress for which we needed a very fast turnaround

It became tiring and frustrating, especially when returning to the room late or after training sessions. The gym could benefit from being larger and better equipped for a hotel of this calibre

The pillow selection was limited and the beds were very firm. The work space was difficult to work in as the seating was not efficient with the desk. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10. Terrific location for Oktoberfest

There is construction work for the train station right outside the hotel. it causes quite massive noise and chaos to the environment around the hotel. The restaurant is great, both food and services.

On the upside, breakfast is amazing and our staff interactions were excellent all around! It’s in a quiet neighborhood well connected to the U-Bahn. And again, we were fortunate to have an updated room

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location. Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket

Amazing service and impressive experience. However if you didn't driving and carry a luggage, it could be not good for staying. So far, it was cozy and nice hotel in Munich.

Rooms are decent and clean with all the basic amenities. The breakfast spread is quite good and there's also options for buying snacks near the reception

Stayed here fo the Adele concert. Was easy to get to the stadium and back. Close to the U2 line direct to central also. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

The hotel is average and suitable mainly for sleeping and then heading out. What I liked is that there is a door separating the dressing area from the room, which gives more privacy

The hotel room are spacious and clean, hotel staff is friendly, with a big useful underground parking lot. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and in 20/25 minutes you can be in the city center

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room

Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap

They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows

Bayrischer Hof did not live up to 5 star hotel expectations during my last visit - the room was not in good shape. The shower head was so clogged up that no water came out

Parking is extra, but if you’re careful you can get on the street if you’re early enough, which I was able to do twice. I would certainly stay here again, the breakfast is very good but way too expensive at €16

on the way to hotel from the train station there are many nightclubs which felt a bit different when going to stay with my family. But the hotel location itself is good as its a bit far from those clubs

Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for budget conscious travelers. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy so it may not be the best place for kids

We went to Munich for Adele's concert and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very clean and had views to the lake. It’s also close to the mall and the subway to go downtown

Hotel is located in a quiet environment with plenty of free parking outside the premise (albeit a little walking is required). Very close by to the exhibition

When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Otherwise, you have to buy a parking ticket from a machine)

Clean and sanitary, 7-8 minutes walk from the train station, the waiter is very enthusiastic, early check-in is not allowed. 8-meter king size bed room, but was given a 1. 5-meter queen size room when checking in

After finding out, I negotiated and communicated, and finally adjusted it. I hope it is an individual case and honest business is the right thing to do
