Once they got settled, never saw staff again for the duration of my stay. Where was everyone? The Paulaner German restaurant on site was excellent as was the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet
Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel overall was absolutely okay! Good breakfast.
From the very first moment, the entire staff was exceptional. The check-in experience was warm and professional, and every interaction with the reception team was marked by genuine kindness and attentiveness
Choosing Marriott, and especially Westin, usually means attention to detail, care for the guest, and a certain level of excellence — and I must say that this stay fully confirmed it
I was pleasantly surprised to meet several Italian trainees, all of them extremely polite, well-mannered, and clearly well trained — a real credit to the hotel
The cost wasn't much more than the four-star, but the upgrade in quality was well worth the slight price difference
Munchen, Hochstr. 3, Au-Haidhausen (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great hotel, close to city centre and S-Bahn. Breakfast was excellent, so many different food choices. Large lobby area too with lots of relaxed seating and well-stocked bar. Plus a great view from the upper floors!
This hotel offers direct subway access, is close to the city center, and the S8 line from the airport goes straight to the hotel. It's convenient for both dining and shopping.
Great size and location - easy to learn after a couple of days. Very close to city centre.
The metro station and a supermarket are right downstairs, which makes getting around, shopping, and general living really convenient. The price is also quite affordable
I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Munich! The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center, so it was perfect for sightseeing and exploring
There are plenty of great, good-value food options just around the corner, which made dining easy and enjoyable
Munchen, Konrad-Zuse-Platz 14 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, very comfortable and very good price, I recommend
Fantastic stay! Great location, modern rooms, and amazing amenities. I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at H4 Hotel München
Getting to the hotel from the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) and Marienplatz is very quick and easy. One of the best things is the location—right across the street is Riem Arcaden, a massive shopping center
Excellent hotel! We'll definitely come back here next time we're traveling together. It's very close to the exhibition hall, making it a great place for business trips. I highly recommend it to everyone
New facilities, excellent cleanliness, elegant environment, and great service. It's much more spacious and brighter than a 4-star hotel in the city center. I'll definitely choose this hotel for future business trips
In our room, we were welcomed by a coffee machine, and the coffee was excellent. A huge plus is that guests can use the sauna and the small gym for free
Munchen, Rosenheimer Strasse 15 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast spread is very good
The hotel parking garage is quite expensive. I asked the staff whether there is any other parking garage nearby the area and he told me there is none
In actual fact, there is one right opposite and it’s much cheaper. Overall, the hotel is very good and I had a good stay!
Parking garage is available for 15 euros or so a day. Overall I was pleased and would stay there again
A lot of restaurants near by the hotel.
20 minutes walk to Marian platz
Check in and check out is fast
The Hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Location is not too far from city Center, it’s walkable. There is a supermarket right opposite of the hotel, it’s very convenient
The room is clean and large. The location is near train and city center. It has Lidl supermarket, restaurant, DM, also Chinese restaurant near hotel.
Munchen, Arabellastraße 5, Bogenhausen (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games
Not bad, good downtown location.
Pros - Excellent location close to tram and U which takes you approximately 20 minutes to city center and Hbf.
- safe and comfortable neighborhood where you can do supermarket and asian food right behind the hotel
Also a special thanks to Marc at the front desk as well as the rest of his colleagues who work at the front desk who helped me alot with an order I was placing to another hotel where I couldn’t overcome the language barrier
1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food
Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location. Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket
Munchen, Moosacher Str. 82 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Receptionists are very friendly and helpful and free breakfast with the stays are worth of money. Breakfast is good. Thank you.
Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful. Rooms are good. However the staff isn't professional at all. Rude, cold and arrogant. Especially the reception. I'm very upset with that.
The hotel was clean and tidy, and the environment was good, very close to the subway entrance. However, the service at the reception was limited; checking in and dining required long waits in line
we stay in the room with 2 bunker bed as it was family trip
breakfast was the best part of the hotel after the location, the hotel has relatively big parking garage and easy to park if u have rental car
if u r travelling in Munich and with family then this hotel can be best option for u
Overall is good standard good environent hotel. Just share one point if they can improve their attitude in front desk.
The hotel entrance is right across from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were really lucky to catch the Bayern Allianz home match against Bruges
Munchen, Moosacher Strasse 90 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, right next to bus and subway stations, and very close to Olympic Park. The surrounding buildings are all modern, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom really fell short; it wasn't very good.
The room was clean and very spacious, and it was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. I always stay here and will continue to do so
It had the best bed we experienced in a long time even though it seemed scary with all the pillows and it being so soft
Absolute wonderful! Rooms very clean, Service good, the only minus Point is the Parking Price.
Location is good, close to subway system. Staff is friendly. Very close to the Olympic Park with a nice view.
The air around the hotel is fresh and it's very clean. It's also super close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it's great value for money
We had a very good experience here at the le meridien hotel munich! We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, alex miller. I remembered him clearly because of his warm and welcoming demeanor
He gave very good restaurant recommendations ( all were very delicious - attached is the list) and went above and beyond!! Kudos to him
Stayed at Le Meridien Munich 2 years ago, and we had a very good experience and sweet memory while staying there
The hotel has a great location, excellent facilities, and comprehensive services.
And in this holiday we came back to Munich, bring our whole family to explore more about Munich, and decided back to this hotel, because of the previous experience. And again we all are very satisfied
Perhaps the only thing missing was toileteries amenities which were not in the room, but if you request for them they will give you. Bottled water is only given 1 per day
Hotel is good for family , breakfast has more options for childreen , thank you for Miss Ahu , she is the best i think in our live in munih nov otel , my wife ask her omlet can do , she try to do best , she looks all tables who needs sonething else
The room wasn't big, but the location was good. We stayed on the first floor, and it felt a bit cramped and the interior decor was a little dark.
The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and as always, the location is great – right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere
The location is quiet yet central, in a safe area, and within walking distance of the city center. Good value for money.
The heater, AC & hot water works really well the room so make us really comfortable to stay. It is near to Aldi & HIT supermarket & also asia store. Besides, many good food and bakery near the hotel, in walking distance
Overall a very good stay, but a few details were disappointing for a five-star hotel: no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, no bottled water (only tap water), and a very small and poor equipped fitness area.
However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. Overall, the hotel is quite good
Fantastic location, great staff and the breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs and lots of vegan options. They also provided mineral water daily
Good air conditioning, which was very important. Yet, I arrived very early in the morning and was promised an early check-in
Lovely hotel! Lots of great amenities. Very business orientated hotel. Lovely front desk staff (especially Alexander).
The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too
We were not even asked at check out if we had a good stay!
Only the garage staff and concierge provided the best service
The renovation works on lobby area are extensive and inconvenient. Entrance to hotel further along and via side door. Up a flight of stairs to a temporary reception. Room ok, but aircond fan noisy
Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap
The hotel is amazing!
Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room
They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows
We really appreciated the service at night. Mr Salim Ouannas was friendly, respectful and helpful. He gave us great tips and made our stay more enjoyable.
Munchen, Goethestraße 7, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A decent hotel near the train station with convenient transportation. The room size is acceptable, but the mattress isn't very comfortable. It's a good choice if you're not too picky about your accommodation.
Excellence location. Very good breakfast. Staff is very friendly with good services. We forgot mobile phone when checkout, staff helped us.
Breakfast was quite good. The front desk service was inconsistent, with varying attitudes among staff. For the last two days, the shower in our bathroom was broken, and we had to move to another room.
Hotel was perfectly located for train and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Piano bar was a really relaxing place after days sightseeing
Gym could have had been better-didn’t have enough free weights for my like - didn’t use the pool. Overall a lovely stay and will recommend
The hotel is located very close to the train station, but the room (at least the one I had) was quiet as it was facing the inside area
Munchen, Stahlgruberring 45-47 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's a very nice hotel, very clean, nice rooms, beds are good but the biggest problem NO Air Conditioning.
The rooms were really nice and clean the design of them was also very modern and easy on the eyes. The location seems far away from the city centre; however, it is very easy to navigate with the public transport
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay
This is supppsed to be an initiatie to be more "green" but when you are travelling with family it just feels like a way foe the hotel to make people miss the room cleaning due to the pre-booking voucher system and so the hotel saves money at the inconveniance of guests
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service and great value for money! The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic
2) Clean the rooms daily without the need to opt for a cleaning voucher and without having to pre-book the cleaning the day before or till 8am since it is not comfortable, hygenic or conve iant to work this way
Munchen, Maximilianstraße 17, Altstadt-Lehel (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The environment is very good and the location is excellent. The bathroom's adjustable temperature is a great design.
Great location, but the room is a bit small.
Our stay was a highlight of a recent two week trip. One unexpected great moment - we needed a tailor for extensive work on a dress for which we needed a very fast turnaround
I'm using the hotel for a meeting with a business partner from Munich. Here's a brief summary: It's not possible to drive directly to the hotel, as a Christmas wine stand seems to be more important
An amazing HOTEL! A real Palace! The best location in Munich! Very well renovated! An exceptional breakfast, a unique atmosphere at the lobby bar and an unbeatable service!
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, offering a good standard of quality. Nothing ultra luxurious, but they do a good job. What really affected my stay, however, was the constant issue with the key cards
Munchen, Berliner Str. 93 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This room type is very close to the elevator, so the constant opening and closing of the elevator was quite noisy. The room itself, however, was quite good.
Metro station is convenient, 5 stops to city center. Big parking available. Rooms are comfortable, and the area is very quiet. Rich breakfast.
The rooms are clean and tidy, suitable for both business and leisure travelers.
The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing
Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels
To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door
Munchen, Willy-Brandt-Platz-1 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is not located in the city centre, around 25 mins from main station. But there are a big shopping mall and many restaurants right next to the hotel. Service is good
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Perfect hotel right by the u Bahn. Room is good and clean. Window can be open which is perfect. Also very close to the mall.
Good place needs to be cared more about the cleaning
We were here just 1 night for Adele show, it was good as location, but super expensive just because of the show
Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Checking out was seamless.Really cozy place to stay.
Munchen, Theodor-Dombart-Strasse 4, 80805 Myunhen, Germaniya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is really good for getting to places shop 2 minutes walk and gym and spa was really good
Location: Pretty convenient, there's a Lufthansa bus to the airport and the subway to the city center is very close by!
Service: Quite similar to what you'd find in China, really excellent!
Feels great, very convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was excellent too.
This hotel is definitely not within walking distance of the city center or any exhibition halls; it would take well over an hour to walk
The hotel itself was fine, no issues there. However, the description on Ctrip is misleading
Munchen, Atelierstraße 7, Berg am Laim (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Great brand-new hotel, good-quality rooms, a bit small but very functional. Highly recommended and next to the subway and bus station so you can take one in 5 min walking.
Fantastic location and super friendly staff. The service was great!
Bonus: the bar next to the hotel is must! DJ was amazing and music was absolutely on point. Had such a blast staying here.
Quite a basic hotel but good enough for business travel. Well priced and comfortable
Our room was small but it was very nicely appointed. Better than one would expect from the price. The location is easily reachable and a great gateway to the rest off the city. Again, the value for money seems high.
The hotel is not so far from the train station and easy accessible to supermarkets and restaurants. Bed was comfy however the air-conditioning wasn't working very well and very light blowing
Very modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms along with great service from friendly staff. Location is great with train/metro only a few mins walk away and many restaurants and bars within the area.
Munchen, Kistlerhofstraße 142, Thalkirchen-Obersendling-Forstenried-Furstenried-Solln (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel acknowledged it was their fault but with no immediate action taken until the next day because housekeeping was already gone. There was also fire alarm event happened during my stay while having breakfast
Full of people in breakfast room everyday. (One staff was particularly rude. One time, she scolded me for bringing the water bottle to my table because my hands were full and was not capable of pouring water
For those traveling by car, there is free parking on the street where the hotel is located, as we learned from previous reviews. The hotel also has its own private car park
) There was once breakfast was out of order and was diverted to another one. No staff to manage the situation. I also had a day with only half housekeeping work
Everyone of us had to go outside until confirmed safety by professionals. Turned out it was due to someone smoking. Bathtub water draining stopper always stopping
2. Staff said it will only on from June
We have a room with balcony facing the garden so it was quiet at night. The only problem we faced was pushing our heavy luggages from subway station to hotel that took us about 10mins on rough paths
