Once they got settled, never saw staff again for the duration of my stay. Where was everyone? The Paulaner German restaurant on site was excellent as was the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet

Great hotel, close to city centre and S-Bahn. Breakfast was excellent, so many different food choices. Large lobby area too with lots of relaxed seating and well-stocked bar. Plus a great view from the upper floors!

This hotel offers direct subway access, is close to the city center, and the S8 line from the airport goes straight to the hotel. It's convenient for both dining and shopping.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Munich! The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center, so it was perfect for sightseeing and exploring

Getting to the hotel from the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) and Marienplatz is very quick and easy. One of the best things is the location—right across the street is Riem Arcaden, a massive shopping center

In our room, we were welcomed by a coffee machine, and the coffee was excellent. A huge plus is that guests can use the sauna and the small gym for free

Breakfast spread is very good The hotel parking garage is quite expensive. I asked the staff whether there is any other parking garage nearby the area and he told me there is none

In actual fact, there is one right opposite and it’s much cheaper. Overall, the hotel is very good and I had a good stay!

Parking garage is available for 15 euros or so a day. Overall I was pleased and would stay there again

A lot of restaurants near by the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Marian platz Check in and check out is fast

The Hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Location is not too far from city Center, it’s walkable. There is a supermarket right opposite of the hotel, it’s very convenient

The room is clean and large. The location is near train and city center. It has Lidl supermarket, restaurant, DM, also Chinese restaurant near hotel.

Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games

Pros - Excellent location close to tram and U which takes you approximately 20 minutes to city center and Hbf.   - safe and comfortable neighborhood where you can do supermarket and asian food right behind the hotel

Also a special thanks to Marc at the front desk as well as the rest of his colleagues who work at the front desk who helped me alot with an order I was placing to another hotel where I couldn’t overcome the language barrier

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food

Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location. Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket

Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful. Rooms are good. However the staff isn't professional at all. Rude, cold and arrogant. Especially the reception. I'm very upset with that.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the environment was good, very close to the subway entrance. However, the service at the reception was limited; checking in and dining required long waits in line

we stay in the room with 2 bunker bed as it was family trip breakfast was the best part of the hotel after the location, the hotel has relatively big parking garage and easy to park if u have rental car if u r travelling in Munich and with family then this hotel can be best option for u

The hotel entrance is right across from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were really lucky to catch the Bayern Allianz home match against Bruges

Great location, right next to bus and subway stations, and very close to Olympic Park. The surrounding buildings are all modern, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom really fell short; it wasn't very good.

The room was clean and very spacious, and it was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. I always stay here and will continue to do so

The hotel has a great location, excellent facilities, and comprehensive services.

And in this holiday we came back to Munich, bring our whole family to explore more about Munich, and decided back to this hotel, because of the previous experience. And again we all are very satisfied

Perhaps the only thing missing was toileteries amenities which were not in the room, but if you request for them they will give you. Bottled water is only given 1 per day

Hotel is good for family , breakfast has more options for childreen , thank you for Miss Ahu , she is the best i think in our live in munih nov otel , my wife ask her omlet can do , she try to do best , she looks all tables who needs sonething else

The room wasn't big, but the location was good. We stayed on the first floor, and it felt a bit cramped and the interior decor was a little dark.

The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation

The heater, AC & hot water works really well the room so make us really comfortable to stay. It is near to Aldi & HIT supermarket & also asia store. Besides, many good food and bakery near the hotel, in walking distance

Overall a very good stay, but a few details were disappointing for a five-star hotel: no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, no bottled water (only tap water), and a very small and poor equipped fitness area.

However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. Overall, the hotel is quite good

Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room

They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows

A decent hotel near the train station with convenient transportation. The room size is acceptable, but the mattress isn't very comfortable. It's a good choice if you're not too picky about your accommodation.

This is supppsed to be an initiatie to be more "green" but when you are travelling with family it just feels like a way foe the hotel to make people miss the room cleaning due to the pre-booking voucher system and so the hotel saves money at the inconveniance of guests

2) Clean the rooms daily without the need to opt for a cleaning voucher and without having to pre-book the cleaning the day before or till 8am since it is not comfortable, hygenic or conve iant to work this way

This room type is very close to the elevator, so the constant opening and closing of the elevator was quite noisy. The room itself, however, was quite good.

Metro station is convenient, 5 stops to city center. Big parking available. Rooms are comfortable, and the area is very quiet. Rich breakfast.

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels

The hotel is not located in the city centre, around 25 mins from main station. But there are a big shopping mall and many restaurants right next to the hotel. Service is good

Quite a basic hotel but good enough for business travel. Well priced and comfortable
