We were given a room on the ground floor in another part of the hotel which used to be a servants' quarters years ago. The room was separated from the reception lobby by 5 fire proof doors. It was a chore dragging luggages through the courtyard and narrow corridors.

It was not just a stay, really feeling home. Many thanks to the staff and special thanks to Lucas and Astrid in the reception. They were cooperative, supportive, helpful and so kind. Well equipped apartment , all facilities are in good conditions.  Location is perfect, in the city centre and close to train station. I will be back to this hotel for sure.

There’s a lot of construction happening right in the front of the hotel which causes a lot of noise and from our apartment in second floor we could see the construction workers right at our level and so so close which was unnerving. Kitchen staff was extremely reluctant to make a La carte breakfast for us. He repeated that it will take 20-25 mins even though we said that it’s ok and we will wait....

The townhouse are nicely renovated and spacious. Modern design and very clean. They provide great amenities. A shout out to Arthur’s help with my luggage and superb hospitality- fixing a hot coffee when I checked in. He was so helpful to get me the iron and ironing board! Extremly friendly staff We arrived to hotel at 8am, and then we had conference. We managed to do the check-in and they gave us a room keycard, so we could access it in the evening once we returned. Great team, it was a pleasure staying in your hotel.

Everything is satisfactory. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk after getting off the subway. It is clean, tidy, and the service is also very good. There is floor heating and a balcony, which is very comfortable. I will choose it again next time I go back. The breakfast is also good.

I love the gigantic bear at the entrance. It sparks lot of joy, the location is extremely dog friendly with a huge park next to them. The gym is rather small with some dumbbells, a treadmill and bike. The shorter little chubby Indian receptionist has amazing service attitude. It has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. There are some minus points in the bathroom. The fan was loud and no way to turn it off. There was no shampoo and shower gel, and the air was not fresh, had a smell of drainage system.

I booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! I will do this again for our next visitors who pass through Munich.

The cleanliness and interior were very good. I thought it would be close to the center of Munich, but it was a little inconvenient compared to what I expected. The service desk closes early, so I hope they improve that.

Nice stay Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself.

Upon arrival, I had no idea that this would be a quiet accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised that after 10 p.m. it was completely quiet (both inside and outside).

The price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, book earlier next time. The kitchen is complete, there is a hot water boiler, very clean, and good facilities.

Everything was great, but since there is limited front desk service, I had a moment of panic when I left the parking key with my room key in the secure box and I thought that I would not be able to leave until the front desk clerk arrived later. Luckily she arrived and retrieved my key, but it is unusual to have to retrieve the car and then drop the keys in the drop-box.
