Apartment Hotels in Munchen

The arrival was very relaxed. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and clearly explained all the important details upon arrival. We had booked a room with a kitchen. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The breakfast deserves special mention – it was fantastic, very plentiful, and left nothing to be desired. The only minor point of criticism: The garage costs €20 for 24 hours. If you...

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is closed to train station. I will choose this hotel for my next trip to Munich!

The breakfast is excellent. It is clean.

The hotel is in quite a convenience location, near to train station. The room is spacious and with a little kitchenette.

Great business hotel, suite was spacious. Shares facilities with the Courtyard Marriott, they are pretty much the same hotel. Breakfast is good, and complimentary coffee is available all day.

Very good place to stay. Well equipped and convenient location too

Hotel was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service and good breakfast

The room I got was very nice like a studio and most importantly there was a well functioned 2 in 1 washing machine. Location wise it was not the most convenient place and it took a good 13 min walk to the train station and it is not comfortable during winters. The hotel rooms are on higher floors but on weekends you can definitely hear the noise from the clubs downstairs all night long. If you are...

New hotel, excellent restaurant, soso checking in experience. Rest is good. A bit pricey

Lovely, spacious and luxurious apartment with views of the city away from the chaotic touristy areas but conveniently accessible by bus or train. Surrounded by nice cafes for your morning cuppa. Definitely recommended

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred during our stay at your hotel. On the following morning after the incident, a male receptionist approached my son in the breakfast lounge, brought him to my room, knocked on the door, and complained about him directly to me. After this experience, my son became frightened and lost confidence in communicating with...

For 15 days , I stayed in this hotel. Hotel receptionist are very polite and helpful. Hotel is comfortable. They give free unlimited wifi. Kitchen facility is available It have gym and laundry system. 24 hr hot shower water is available. Also you get good breakfasts.

Good clean rooms with all that we needed, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a 5 minute walk to the ubahn.

I would rate the hotel itself a 4. You can feel its age here and there — a sheet with a little hole, a curtain with a story of its own. Small details that don’t ruin the stay but do remind you the place has seen many guests already. The staff, however, is an absolute 5. So polite, attentive, and genuinely kind that you forget about any shortcomings. My room issue was solved quickly, with sincere apologies...

I love the gigantic bear at the entrance. It sparks lot of joy, the location is extremely dog friendly with a huge park next to them. The gym is rather small with some dumbbells, a treadmill and bike. The shorter little chubby Indian receptionist has amazing service attitude. Our room is a bit dark and the kitchen is also small but it is completely normal for Adagio Access.

I've stayed in this apartment-style hotel countless times. There's a 24-hour free coffee machine downstairs, a relatively basic gym, and you can cook your own meals in the room. It's very friendly for guests on business trips who don't want to eat out. It's not far from the subway station.

2nd time stay here, location can be reach with trem and then walk for about 5 minutes. Receptionist are friendly and helpful

Spacious and with excellent facilities. Everything was of high quality, from the beautiful bathtub to the separate shower. The toilet and washbasin being in separate areas was also a great touch.

There is no bathtub! It's difficult to adjust the shower temperature! The room was spacious!

The hotel is located in a business park, so it's relatively quiet. It's a bit far from the subway; you need to take bus 23 first to get around. They offer free luggage storage. The room facilities are complete and quite new. My first impression was good, but on the second day, the cups weren't washed, and no complimentary water was provided. On the third day, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the trash...

Very friendly and helpful hotel stafffs, ever willing to provide assistance or guides whenever asked or requested. Spacious room and very clean too. Booked this hotel twice, at the beginning of my holiday and end of it too.

Bit disappointed with the stay there. The lady at their Welcome Office seemed to be surprised that we arrived and was looking for some paperwork around. She said shes not sure if the room is ready which is fine as we arrived at 11am. She then checked again and informed us that room is actually ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra €20. Ive already paid more than €300 for 3 night...

I booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! I will do this again for our next visitors who pass through Munich.

The cleanliness and interior were very good. I thought it would be close to the center of Munich, but it was a little inconvenient compared to what I expected. The service desk closes early, so I hope they improve that.

NIce hote, convenient clean and good for a business trip...

Nice stay Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself.

Upon arrival, I had no idea that this would be a quiet accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised that after 10 p.m. it was completely quiet (both inside and outside).

Our recent stay at Brera Serviced Apartment was truly a five-star experience. The self-checking and making your own room card was a nice new experience. The room was impeccably clean, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The Serviced Apartment is a true gem, and I highly recommend it...

The room is quite spacious. Although there is no air conditioning, there is heating and electric fans. The location is near the park and the environment is quite quiet. However, there is no subway station, so you need to take the bus to go out. There are also few restaurant options nearby.

Self check-in works great. Comfortable room and good facilities

Was absolutely fine, no complaints

Objectively speaking, as an apartment, it meets the product positioning and design requirements, and the elements are basically complete. Even the unmanned design of the check-in process is not backward in China. But: * The hygiene is very general, especially the kettle and kitchen utensils in the apartment, I dare not use them; The carpet is black, and the tables and chairs also have a greasy and...

Great clean modern accommodation with kitchenette facilities

The hotel was great overall with a parking garage. The staff was nice on someday also some kitchenware was not clean enough and some amenities was not stocked in some room. We noticed it since we book couple room.

The location is excellent, very close to the main train station. There is a supermarket right next door, which is extremely convenient. There are also several good restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and very suitable for family travel.

Just a budget-friendly place. The attitude of the black female staff member at check-in was a bit off. In the evening, the elevator broke down, so I had to walk up to the 7th floor ㅠㅠ. The hairdryer also kept going on and off.

One of two elevators is only working. The customer service is not so friendly. They asked us to pay a deposit even it is already prepaid through tripdotcom. They promised us to repay the deposit soon after checking out. No respond also from my email. Not so much recommended even it is an accor network.

Nice, clean & comfortable hotel room, spacious with a kitchenette. May have problem with light sleepers cos this room is facing the street but with windows closed it’s bearable! We still able to sleep thru the night soundly cos the bed is comfortable! Complimentary & unlimited coffee @Reception and it’s great for coffee lovers! Lidl supermarket is just a short walking distance away. Convenient location...

We LOVED our stay at Adagio Aparthotel, the little kitchen is everything. Clean, modern, receptionists were really friendly and helpful and we liked the kiddy area at the lobby with foosball. Location is wonderful as well. I would recommend walking the slightly longer way along relexa hotel to get to Hauptbahnof for all the train tram buses to avoid the little streets Mitterstrasse Goethstrasse, those...

The room was large and clean, super close to the station, with a large supermarket and bakery nearby.

The location is perfect: the train station is right next to the hotel, and the main train station and airport are easily and regularly accessible. The bed was very good, especially the firm mattress. However, the pillows were too soft and not filled enough. The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. The room cleaning every three days was perfectly acceptable to me. Disadvantages: No slippers, no refrigerator...

Ok, great. I wish they could have a water dispenser, then it would be perfect.

This hotel is close to the station and has convenient facilities. The reception staff and luggage storage allowed us to travel around the area first. The room was a good size and made our stay very pleasant!

Great experience at this hotel, location is convenient right next to the train station. Also the staff is friendly and the rooms are quiet, which is quite nice. Only weird quirk was you had to get your own towels but the upside is you can take as many as you want. Would definitely stay again!

Good location next to metro , close to center and airport...

We had a very pleasant stay at Koos Hotel und Apartments. The apartment was spacious, especially for a 3-bedroom setup, which made it very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and reheating meals. The beds were of excellent quality, providing great comfort and a good night’s sleep. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, which we really...

We were given a room on the ground floor in another part of the hotel which used to be a servants' quarters years ago. The room was separated from the reception lobby by 5 fire proof doors. It was a chore dragging luggages through the courtyard and narrow corridors.

It was not just a stay, really feeling home. Many thanks to the staff and special thanks to Lucas and Astrid in the reception. They were cooperative, supportive, helpful and so kind. Well equipped apartment , all facilities are in good conditions.  Location is perfect, in the city centre and close to train station. I will be back to this hotel for sure.

Hotel was great location, having 2 rooms was ideal for family of 4, second bed was already made up when we arrived, extra towels and pillows provided upon request. Washer in room was key as we packed light. There’s two central dryers or a hanging line in the shower that retracts which was very convenient. Our 2 room apt had adequate closet storage/hangars. The kitchenette was very handy for a second...

This hotel is a great location! Easy walk from our train stop, once we got there, we did not have to get into a car again. We were able to just walk back-and-forth and hit all of the great spots in Munich.

Overall the hotel was very nice. It was clean and it was cool that you could use their website to control aspects of your room and request service. The rooms were very comfy and it was a great place to stay with our family. The service overall was quite good, the only negative was that when we needed to visit a doctor we were given directions to the wrong place which caused some confusion. Despite...

The hotel offers me early check in before I ask. Highly appreciated the quality of customer services

Amazing stay for 5 nights. Breakfast buffet was also delicious! Gym was clean and toilet was super spacious and clean as well. (picture was the toilet after we used it hence it was abit wet)

Quite and clean accommodation. The Breakfast needs some improvement on varieties of foot served.

Breakfast is included, and there is a simple kitchen with dishwashing liquid. You can make an appointment with the front desk for room cleaning, which is done every two days (you can choose daily or no cleaning). It is close to the station and there are two supermarkets on the left side of the gate, which is really convenient.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and clean. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Draft hotel review The overall experience of this hotel is very satisfactory. First of all, the location is very convenient, located in the city center/close to attractions/transportation hubs, and travel is very convenient. Secondly, the service was very considerate. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, responded quickly, and provided a lot of practical local advice. The sanitary...

This hotel is listed as with AC on Google maps. That's why we booked it. In fact there was no AC in our room but just a lousy vertical fan. We suffered a lot in the night. Washing machines: they don't provide detergent in the hotel, so you need to buy it at a supermarket nearby. Problem: it's illegal to buy groceries in Bavaria after 8pm and completely illegal on Sundays, so you can't buy detergent...

It was nice overall. Location is a bit of a hasle if you come by car. Sometimes you find parking and sometimes not. Very close to U-bahn otherwise. Rooms are ok. Great for soloers and couples, but coming with a kid is a little uncomfortable. Other then that, all good. Quiet area, nice view from the balcony (Its also nice having a balcony). Room was Clean and welcoming.

A very solid and well-balanced business hotel with an excellent location. The hotel offers a great gym and direct, convenient access to public transportation, which makes it an ideal choice in terms of value for money. The breakfast was very good and well organized — exactly what you need when you are traveling for work or have a tight schedule. Although my stay was very short, I truly appreciated...

Clean room with refrigerator and stove top. Good shower. Good breakfast. No lobby area if that’s important - but I didn’t need it

Wonderful stay - the location is fantastic. A neighborhood setting, but very close to tram and U-Bahn. Just a 10 minute walk to S-Bahn or you can connect from the immediate stops. There is a Rewe grocery a block away and two excellent restaurants within a block. The church bells in the morning were a great sound if you have the window open. In our case we had breakfast included in our rate. It was...

Positive experience. Good breakfast with variety of choices from sweet through vegetables and ham etc. Highly recommended 🤩 quite big rooms with small kitchen and balcony. Generally speaking all was perfect

Wonderful staff! Huge thanks to Arthur, Linda and Simeone who all made this stay incredible! They were all so kind and helpful for any and all requests!! Arthur made our arrival excellent and Linda was so kind and helpful. It’s so refreshing to have such a nice staff you can count on! They were so kind to help! The location is amazing. We stayed in a garden suite with a balcony. Had a small kitchen...

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the location is great to. Can be recommended for a stay in Munich

I stayed here with my friend for two nights. Despite ongoing construction, the hotel kindly honored my request for a room far from the noise. Athelstan warmly welcomed us on arrival, which we really appreciated. The breakfast staff the next morning was also very kind and attentive, even though breakfast wasn’t included, his friendliness encouraged us to dine there. I canMt remember his name (maybe...

Wonderful experience!!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. So many amenities! Helpful and attentive staff. Housekeeping daily. Underground parking available for fair a price. Close to lots of shopping, dining, and Marienplatz for Christkindlmarkt! Hope to go back someday and would definitely stay here again!

There’s a lot of construction happening right in the front of the hotel which causes a lot of noise and from our apartment in second floor we could see the construction workers right at our level and so so close which was unnerving. Kitchen staff was extremely reluctant to make a La carte breakfast for us. He repeated that it will take 20-25 mins even though we said that it’s ok and we will wait....

The townhouse are nicely renovated and spacious. Modern design and very clean. They provide great amenities. A shout out to Arthur’s help with my luggage and superb hospitality- fixing a hot coffee when I checked in. He was so helpful to get me the iron and ironing board! It’s a nice place to rest and a good distance to all the old town

Everything was fine, the apartment is a bit outdated but it's okay for relaxing.

Great location Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean...

Exceeded my expectations. It was quiet and well-equipped. Self-check-in is available if the front desk isn't open, and they are always on hand to assist you.

No-frills apartment in a convenient location, close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit. We appreciated the value and were happy with our stay overall.

It is a neat residential apartment type, you can cook in the room and do laundry in the basement. It is not very big, but it is efficient and it is a great place for travelers to stay. I really like the large windows :)

Parking is difficult - outside of that the entire property was fantastic and in a perfect location with multiple restaurants around. The host is extremely helpful and communicative.

It has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. There are some minus points in the bathroom. The fan was loud and no way to turn it off. There was no shampoo and shower gel, and the air was not fresh, had a smell of drainage system.

Great place to stay near the Olympiapark. U bahn next to the property and there is a shopping centre and supermarket a 10 min walk away.

It went fine .. nothing I feel bad

There was no hairdryer in the room! When I asked the front desk, they said they were all borrowed and wouldn't even try to find a solution; they were very dismissive. I asked the hotel front desk for a sewing kit, and they said it would take 20 minutes—I mean, is it buried underground and needs to be dug up again? What could possibly take 20 minutes?

Clean, new and modern with train station right in front that brings you to Munich central in about 20min. However, room is low on amenities - no hairdryer, now shower gel or shampoo and similar.

The accommodation is quiet, clean, and safe, close to the U-Bahn station. The furniture is new, the bed is wide and comfortable, although the pillows are a bit flat. There's a large wardrobe, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. Cups, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, and dishwashing liquid are all provided. The room looks exactly like the...

The price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, book earlier next time. The kitchen is complete, there is a hot water boiler, very clean, and good facilities.

Very spacious and great patio. Outside of city but perfect for my family.

easy check in via machine. very nice apartment. nice kitchen. the only negative for me is the translucent curtains. you can still read a book so light.

Exactly what we expected. Exactly what we needed. Super comfortable. Nice staff. Grocery store & parking just below... Everything you NEED and nothing you DON'T! Great find.

Amazing experience! Will return.

Excellent hotel with good service. The girl at the reception is very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. There is an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer in the room. The rubbish is taken out every day. There is a supermarket and a very tasty bakery on the ground floor. To the station on foot about 10 min.To the centre of Munich only 6 stops. I recommend to...

The hotel is located very close to the Hauptbahnhof which is very convenient but the area is also quite noisy starting especially early in the morning (6.00 AM) when the streetcars start. We were on the fifth floor. The room was large. The small kitchenette was a nice to have, even thought we didn't use it. Room was clean, and the pull-out bed (we were three) was very comfortable. The downside is there...

BATU Apart Hotel locate in the center of the city. That make it a great location for you to explore Munich not to mention it only two minutes from the central station where you can use the train to go and explore nearby cities. In our visit, we don’t need a car from the hotel we can go with it place like Rotenberg

Room was huge. It was super nice. Very classy. I could’ve stayed there forever. Two small things, which aren’t a big deal at all. One, I booked it last second and something happened with my email and I didn’t get the instructions on how to get into the hotel (it’s self check-in), so I had to call. It was a little stressful at first, but it got solved in like 10-15 minutes. Also, I think it’s cuz of...

The pictures are somewhat misleading. You don’t get a traditional hotel experience but a code via email for the doors and a big empty room with uncomfortable minimalism furniture. It worked for my purposes but I can’t claim it was comfortable.

Central location Great location in central Munich. Gokhan was very friendly when we checked in. We were on the 5th (top) floor, and the slanted ceilings made it seem very cramped. Would recommend a room on a lower floor.

Very spacious and convenient for the hauptbanoff. Big bed, good water pressure, clean, quiet with double glazed window - perfect for a solo business trip.
