Everything was wonderful—the hotel’s location, the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the direct S-Bahn access tunnel and the amazing breakfast. I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

Housekeeping needs work. The guy refused to take our dirty dishes and always just left them sitting there. He did the bare minimum of towels, make the bed, empty garbage. Even toilet paper was put in improperly.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast had a small variety of options especially the hot section compared to other Marriott hotels.

When we got in the room, the air conditioning was not working well then we asked to change the room and the staff understood the situation and very quickly we had a new room. Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

We requested the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The service in this hotel is very poor. Also, the room lighting is very dim, and the room is quite dark. This rating is definitely not deserved for this hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet environment with plenty of free parking outside the premise (albeit a little walking is required). Very close by to the exhibition. Easy check in process and the staff are friendly and attentive to our requests during the stay.

When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Was able to check in at 1.30 pm, earlier than the standard 3 pm. Large underground car parking available for a reasonable fee. The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Munich was our last stop in Germany. We found the hotel easy as we were traveling with children. The food was excellent, it was easy to get taxies and the staff could not have been nicer.
