The location was near to everything when you wanna visit Nurnberg.

The room was small, and the service was okay, but there was no one at the front desk when checking out in the morning. It's about a 12-minute walk from the central train station, and there was practically no internet signal. I wouldn't recommend it.

Clean and tidy room with fair price. If you would exploring the city in a day and only sleep at night this safe place would highly meet your needs! If you come from the train station, just be aware of it might take some time.

This hotel is a little bit far away from train station but quite close to the old town. It's a 2 stars hotel therefore, on the whole the cleanliness is acceptable. My room was in the beginning of the corridor and lifts so it was a bit noisy. At night it was absolutely quiet. Breakfast costs €17 but it worths. Lots of variety to choose. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Situated close to the old town (only few minutes walking distance) the hotel was very easy to find. Near the hotel there was an U ban connecting with the airport and most of the city stations. The check-in/checkout process was very smooth and easy and hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were bright, clean and cosy - just perfect for our stay

Hotel is just beside Central station can heard the sound throughout whole night. Surrounding is not safe for a solo female. Furthermore, the room door is loose and open easily. Amenities is old. Reception service staff is rule, although already 3pm the room not ready for check in.

Location is best you will find in Nurnberg Alt Stadt! Easy to get there; tram station within a block of the hotel. Accommodations were nice; staff very friendly. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. We were there in mid-Sep 2025, weather in N-berg high 70s (F); cooled off at night but the room was a good bit warmer than planned. Would we stay again? Yes...but with cooler weather available

Great location just a short walk (＜4 mins) to the HBF, also 10 min walk from Alstadt. However the rooms could use more lighting as it gets dark at night with insufficient lighting.

The location is great. It has almost anything you would expect from an ibis. Would have been great if there was an Iron room in the hotel and a fridge in the rooms.

The location is excellent, right next to the central train station, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's also close to the city center with a wide variety of international cuisines, offering plenty of dining options. The room is a bit small and average, but that's to be expected during the exhibition.

Some parts of the Schindlerhof Hotel are very pleasant—esp. the Japanese garden and the restaurant. Other elements are somewhat disappointing—e.g. room amenities. No bathrobes. And a “cosmetics bar” where guests are invited to BUY basic amenities like moisturizing lotion. Seems a bit tawdry for a hotel that aspires to ‘luxury’ status.

Kudos to Laura , Tina, and Sanjay for their attentiveness to us. Breakfast is pricey but service is good, elevator is not available for upper floors so you need to make sure you mention this if you need one when booking.

We stayed one night on our way to Austria from The Netherlands and it met the purpose. A no nonsense hotel with a clean room that was well equipped. We were very pleased with the ev charging station behind the hotel. We skipped breakfast so all in all a quick encounter and we will stay here again if the occasion arises.

It was close to the airport, right in front of the subway station, and convenient! There was a supermarket nearby. Access to the city center was also good.

A good, simple hotel right next to the Nordostbahnhof (Northeast Train Station). It has everything you need for an overnight stay. The bed was very soft; depending on whether you like that sort of thing or not, you should be aware of that. The hotel is somewhat noisy in places, and I also think over €200 for one night during the Christmas market season is very excessive.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I would like to thank them very much for giving us a family room. They were very helpful in this regard, however, the room was not cleaned for 3 days and even the trash was not removed from the room; apparently this is part of the hotel's concept. An 'ok' hotel. Good location, within 15 minutes walk of the old town. In regards to staff, the ones in the breakfast room are very nice, the ones on reception not so great. Some pretend to make an effort, at times, but that's about it. The rooms are very basic, outdated, ours had some mould on the grout in the shower. Like I said, an ok hotel.

Absolutely not bad for one night, enroute home or holiday. Luggage is safe in the car in the underground garage. Room not bad and the bed sleeps amazing! Bathroom needs attention... Walking distance to the historic centrum and a basic but good breakfast.

Their reception is very friendly and within 5 minutes they assign you a room and other necessary items during check-in, their rooms are good and their service is good. The area of the restaurant is fantastic. The only drawback is the location if we look at every detail, such as the view.

Excellent hotel, just on the outskirts of Nuremberg. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast is decent, and they also have a 1* Michelin rated restaurant which was amazing! There is limited parking at the hotel, but there are other free parking options nearby.

The room isn't large, but it matches the price. The surrounding area is quiet and suitable for rest. For tourism, I recommend staying in the city center, but for longer business trips, it's quite comfortable if you have a car. It depends on your needs.

Stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the twin bed was larger than usual. Very quite too. Quick walk from the train station. The staff was very nice and though I missed breakfast, the staff helped me get some coffee to go. The room was very clean. The area around the hotel was also very quiet and felt safe.
