The location is good and very quiet.
Both the girls and the boys at the reception were very friendly, I would highlight the girl who spoke Spanish.
The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom very correct. The shower perfect.
We loved the breakfast, very diverse food and lots to choose from. Everything very good!
We are very satisfied with the choice.
If we return to Berlin, we will return to this hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and the breakfast was also good.

The hotel is just about within walking distance of the government district, though the immediate surroundings aren't particularly inviting for an outsider. The breakfast is good, perhaps even better than average, with plenty of space and very attentive and ample service staff. Both the selection and quality are fine. The common areas were appealing and clean, but the room itself felt a bit boring and grey. However, it was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable and high-quality. What was a bit odd was being assigned a room with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom without any request or apparent need. But, you can still use those without a wheelchair, of course…

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. Overall, it's a good option for business travel.

Very Friendly hotel and service. Early check in was possible and complimentary, same for luggage storage on the departure day. All amenities like coffee, tea etc were added as needed. Very rich selection of breakfast. Location very convenient for sightseeing of Berlin and the Main Station.

It’s located right in front of a tram station and very convenient! The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was amazing!! The water pressure was a bit weak but everything else was perfect

Great hotel, not far from Berlin Central station, but also tram/bus/metro very close. Great service from the moment we arrived. Room was spotless, beds comfy and excellent shower facilities. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Will use this hotel again when I revisit Berlin
