This was a really nice place. We visited in the evening for a coffee. The lady who served us was super nice. The coffee was delicious. Cool area with lots going on.

The hotel had a hostel-like feel. A ceiling light in the entrance area of the comfort room was definitely missing, as it was so dark that it was difficult to find the slot for the room key. Reading the heating/ventilation settings in the dim light was only possible with a magnifying glass and a phone's flashlight.
The bathroom was only separated by a curtain, and the bathtub was designed for very short people – why wasn't a shower tray installed? That would have saved even more space. The cleaning staff was very helpful and provided a second blanket, as at 1.92 meters tall, it was impossible to cover both feet and shoulders at the same time.

The hotel was clean and very nice but no one tells you about the parking garage (if you use their parking). You get a key fob, they tell you to scan it and it will open the tiny one-door garage. Your car has to fit perfectly in the little tray and then the garage shuts and the car elevator goes all the way down to the basement. I wasn’t aware that my husband should not have been in the car as it was lowered. I panicked and had to call him back up with the fob, hoping he hadn’t opened any doors while he was down there. There are instructions in German but I’m American and the front desk agent didn’t explain the process to me. Thank God my husband wasn’t hurt down there.

Upon arrival, I was shocked by the hotel's cleanliness compared to what I expected. The hotel facilities felt rather old and worn. I had intended to take a bath in the bathtub, but the showerhead was extremely dirty; rinsing it with water brought up black impurities, turning the water black. I felt uneasy while showering. Its only advantage was its proximity to the nearest bus stop.

This hotel is located in a great area. Close to restaurants and bars and some sights. It's not too far of a walk to the train station. I would stay here again.
