Everything totally fine. Nothing great, nothing bad. None of the rooms are wheelchair accessible because you essentially have to walk a flight of stairs to go to any of the rooms, even though there's an elevator

Nice hotel with very nice staff. Could be good to know that you need to walk up half a stairs to the lift.

This Hotel is not any more the same as on pictures. Floors, walls are worn down. No sealing in halls, room reduced to cheap layout without any of the nice atmosphere. They claim the place is under renovation, but why to pay the price for such hotel when if looks like a 1* or 2* hotel. Breakfast was fine, but reception was in the same room and space very small.
Nope - I will not be back and my girlfreind was not happy about this room. What happend to this fine hotel ???

Terrible hotel, do not recommend Paper-thin walls, awful condition. Staff knocking on our door after 11 pm wanting us to pay for parking, which desk clerk at check in said to be paid at check out. Children crying at 2 am, awful

Construction Work is going on
The Safestay people did not inform us previously ,About No power or light in Rooms for the whole day .No responsibility about intimating or making alternative arrangements
Very poor response from staff and very rude
When we checked with workers they informed that this is going on for couple of months .Please be careful and informed .

Fantastic staff. We had a problem with our room (that was not due to the hotel), and the manager was really understanding and generous, helping us to get a new one. The area is really nice, this was a great experience overall, thank you :)
