The beds were comfortable but not wide enough. The pillows were uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell when entering. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of everything. I also enjoyed the free bottles of water and the bonbons. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room. There was only a kettle for coffee. The location of the hotel was nice, near hofbrau haus. The underground garage was convenient. The price was a little bit high. I recommend the hotel.

Property is well located 5 min walk from AlexanderPlatz, and staff well trained and accommodating. My issue was that the room was basic and poorly furnished. Bedding and bathroom towels were poor quality - so 2-3 stars there. OK for an overnight stay when you just need a bed and shower .... I imagine other hotels in thr area have a better price / quality ratio.

I stayed at the property during ITB Berlin, location is perfect with direct train connection to the trade show. Building exterior is a bit outdated, however room amenities and comfy bed is all I needed and met expectations. Good breakfast variety as well.

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services.

Few observations for the management:
The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room.

Secondly, there should be a chair where customers can sit and relax their backs when lodging. I was forced to sit in the bed throughout when I wanted to relax and study. So many hotels like Intercity hotel have chairs in their rooms for customers.

Good location to see most of the tourist attractions. The rooms are completely bass. There is no bathroom and toilet with a separate door, and the sound and smell may be annoying.Reception is good-natured, but it will give you almost nothing, tea makers, slippers, etc. who are not in the room. The heating system is not adjustable for heating and it fails when the card is removed and it is difficult to keep the room warm.

Everything was fine during my stay. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience :)
