I liked that it was not located in a typical tourist area. The neighborhood was more working class, lots of immigrants, a real slice of Berlin life. Good access to a major transport hub at nearby Gesundbrunnen Station. Adjacent shopping center was nice and covered all needs. Classy German dining at nearby Lichtburg restaurant. Desk staff were helpful and spoke very good English. Quiet neighborhood--could leave the window open at night.

There is an elevator in the hotel building.
The staff is polite and always ready to help.

It's not far from the train station and the front desk is very welcoming. It's a relatively good European hotel.

An overpriced youth hostel
Without daily room cleaning this business can't call itself a hotel and somebody should challenge this legally. The reception was cold and haughty, didn't speak English and we had to pay on check-in. Windows to the street and train noise. Breakfast was predictably poor with burnt croissants and very thin coffee. The location is a bad one with notorious gang activity in the news.
It is not a real hotel, but a poor and expensive youth hostel.

The location is excellent, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff... The room nice and always clean. Really to be recommended.

The room was clean. There was always fresh towels. Breakfast etc. everything is fine for this level. Staff was friendly, looked out of the Psyche but Oh well. Goods there with my class for the final journey.

The Hotel is easy to reach by public TRANSPORT. The one I inhabited the room was very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the shower is very spacious.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
The prices at the Bar are at a good level.
The Breakfast is as you would expect in a Hotel of this class.
I would love to be back to guest.

Room clean, bathroom clean and shower is generous in size. Breakfast lots of choice. Wlant, unfortunately, is very bad. Heating was unfortunately also in October would be really nice to have especially in the bathroom.

Excellent, the courtesy and helpfulness of the Staff. Excellent breakfast and also the price is super affordable. Highly recommended for anyone who goes to Munich.
