Attention, all K-mart shoppers, be aware!!
Opposed to the hotel to the left this has at least an elevator. What a relief.
One step up to grandness. Here Berlin is truly poor, but zero sexy. Russian staff that speak no english.
Avoid this place like the plague and stay at any other place in the capital.
Chain hotels also by are also at 50€ a night but provide a far better quality of comfort, even an AC is furnished there.

Very good location but the room was horrible. Not cleaned. I saw cut hair in the sink, the mirror was dusty and the towels were like 100 years old … I had to actually checkout immediately

Conservative minded folks. So Many issues with the property, and it seems that staff has no ability to mangage problems with out the manager. Whom was never seen at the property in my entire stay. Except for the night man who screamed at me when the only vending machine took my money, it was late at night and very disturbing attitude that made me feel unsafe. The rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful in what even they could do. The batteries ran out in or door lock for the last two days every time we needed to enter the room we needed the desk staff to accompany us to the door and let us in. The breakfast staff is very friendly and the food is exactly the same everyday, nothing to special but there are choices. On there singage it shows Belgian waffles there were no waffles. All.in all it's a great location that needs it's owner to show care in order for it to grow, otherswise it's downhill from here. There are many other options in the neighborhood.

The room was ok for a night sleep. The locstion was ok had a lot of bars and places to eat nearby. The service has a loooottttttt to wish for. The recepsionist persons are indiferent they act like you are traspassing giving very bad looks talking to you like you are having a argument and are ready to get ugly. Every person working there clearly shows they dont want to see you let alowne kniw you are staying at the hotel. The prices for stuf are crazy.

It’s a budget hotel, you can’t expect much. But surprisingly, everything was pretty much clean, rooms are comfortable, service was good.
Excellent location.
Bathroom was not the best, but for a budget hotel, I would say 4 stars out of 5.

The room was clean and nice. But wifi was very bad. I had problem with wifi connection but the staff refused to help

the Hotel was not clean. The room stank and the carpet was full of dust. in addition, the room was very small for 5 people. Bathroom/toilet was very small and not well lit. The Hotel looks old and needs to be renovated. The staff was unfriendly. For the same price I was previously in a 4 star Hotel.

The basic price is reasonable for the performance offered. The Breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Additional offerings are expensive. A large dog costs 15 Euro a small dog, 8 EUR extra. The Parking costs. I 19 Euro and every hour of the later time of 10 Euro not available for check out, absolutely is the paid Wi-Fi.
Therefore, a good average, but nothing special. The connection to beta and Ivan is a good one.

Very close to the city centre.....Bus and tram in front of the door. Clean rooms, very nice staff. However, in the rooms, a lot would have to be renovated. Showers is not so great, either the water is cold or hot, the water pressure is very low. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

The positives: the Hotel is right next to Charlottenburg S-Bahn Station. The room was clean. For 10€ per day, Parking in the courtyard the car.
Now the negative: the Hotel borders a multi-family house with some very anti-social residents. At night it was very loud, there were screams to be heard. In the room there is no refrigerator, the bathroom lighting is very dark. What has annoyed us, but the us advised against the reception of some of the sights and Wellcome Card, and with false justifications, that you would save nothing.
Conclusion: for a night out o. k, but nothing more.
