The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a metro station in the city center and very close to Checkpoint Charlie. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited with not much to choose from. On the upside, the price is not high, so it offers decent value for money.

Great location and very friendly staff there. It is excellent for a few days stay. Nothing to blame.

The Hotel and room was very clean. Everyday they cleaned the room and change the towels. The location was very near to brandenburg tor and potsdamer platz, 15 minutes by walking. Checkpoint Charlie is 5 minutes by foot. It was easy to Connect to metro.

we were very pleasantly surprised by the room. it was very clean and comfortable, although not very spacious, it felt really cozy. the staff were friendly, and the daily housekeeping was excellent

The room is standard, the bathroom was really nice and clean, everything needed inside. The service is ok

Good location. Near to U2, U5 line, highly accessible to major tourist spot.

No air-conditioning is a bit headache. Luckily I travel at early spring, the weather still bearable with opened window.

Staffs are helpful but not all understand English well. But still in positive vibe and showing cheerful attitude!

Hotel location was good, a variety of great restaurants are nearby as well as supermarkets/convenience stores. Staff were very helpful. The room's TV had an English news channel available which I really appreciated. The main suggestion I will make is it would be good to have a chain lock on the door to give added peace of mind.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and Checkpoint Charlie, making transportation quite easy. The triple room was spacious, and it offered great value for money. It's a good choice for families traveling with children.
