The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and Checkpoint Charlie, making transportation quite easy. The triple room was spacious, and it offered great value for money. It's a good choice for families traveling with children.

Great location it’s just a short 3–4 minute walk to the metro, and the surrounding area felt safe even at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning and really appreciated the luggage storage. The room was cozy; it might feel a bit small for some, but as a Hong Konger it was perfectly comfortable for me.

One thing to note: I stayed for two nights and was a bit surprised that our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Otherwise, everything was pleasant and convenient

I stayed at this hotel for its convenient location, which was a major plus. However, my room's floor had noticeable bleach stains, and housekeeping didn't change the bedding, which raised some hygiene concerns. While I appreciate the potential cost savings, I would've preferred assurance of proper sanitization. Additionally, the crumbs I left on the floor remained untouched. Despite the location, these issues detracted from my stay. With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could excel. As it stands, it's an average option that could benefit from improvement in these areas.

Very close to the supermarket Rewe. Also, drugstore chain Rossmann and less expensive supermarket LIDL is nearby. The room is compact but clean, as in other hotels of the same chain.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets close by, making it very convenient.

Service of reception far below average and not friendly at all! Rooms clean but shower is in the middle of the room and the ventilation cannot handle the humidity. Worst is the mattress which is soft and used up. Always afraid to roll out. It’s fully not worth the money! Never again.
