Environment: Large room in a busy downtown area.
Facilities: Sauna on the 6th floor, a great experience.
Breakfast is a bit expensive, but you get a really good breakfast.
Free use of the sauna, steam room, and fitness room.
The shower in the bathroom (shower in the bath) could use an upgrade to a walk-in shower.
The location has good transport options, numerous restaurants and designer shops. I would go again.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an outlet/power socket next to the bed in the room where I stayed. Perhaps other rooms have outlets on both sides of the bed.
The breakfast is fabulous, with many very tasty options. There is a small refrigerator in the room. I highly recommend it.
The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. But I hadn't expected to have to list everything I needed doing :) I asked for fresh towels and coffee which I got, but the bins were also overflowing as it's been there a few days.

The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience.
The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.
