nice location.walking distance to train station, bus stop and subway station, there are many shopping malls nearby as well. We arrived the hotel at 10am, the reception gave us the free early check-in. the breakfast is rich and delicious. Staying the Hollywood theme environment is an unique experience.

Environment: Large room in a busy downtown area.
Facilities: Sauna on the 6th floor, a great experience.

Very good value for money! I will stay here again next time. Transportation and dining are very convenient. The Hollywood theme is very interesting.

Great hotel. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced.
Breakfast is a bit expensive, but you get a really good breakfast.
Free use of the sauna, steam room, and fitness room.
The shower in the bathroom (shower in the bath) could use an upgrade to a walk-in shower.

This hotel is a solid option for travelers looking for practicality over luxury. The check-in was smooth, and the room was ready upon arrival. Everything was as described online — clean room, working facilities, average furnishings. Internet speed was good for browsing and email. The staff were professional and polite. No real complaints, but also nothing particularly memorable.

Basic room. Bathroom a little better. Cleaning ok. The fridge didn't really work. Service adequate but not overly nice. Not worth the 4 star rating in my opinion. The location is good though.

Quirky, vintage decor. With spacious reception area. Good facilities with clean rooms and good English speaking staff.
The location has good transport options, numerous restaurants and designer shops. I would go again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hollywood Media Hotel Berlin regarding the payment. I booked the room directly through the official hotel website and the price was clearly stated. However, upon check-in and at the end of my stay, I was charged a much higher amount than what was originally confirmed. The difference was significant, and the staff gave no clear explanation or solution. This kind of misleading pricing and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful when booking.
