Great for the cost! Location is great (close enough to the main city roads, but kinda hidden). Other transportation nearby if you don’t have a car. Again, in the city so expect noise. Super comfortable beds, but thin walls. Parking is decent. Reception closes late, so don’t lose your key card. Breakfast available. Overall fairly nice for a quick stay

What a wonderful stay at Hotel Fjord Berlin! The staff were amazingly friendly from check-in to checkout, always welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed incredibly comfy — we slept so well. The hotel’s location is excellent in a safe, pleasant neighborhood with easy access to the city’s attractions. We’ll definitely choose Fjord Hotel again the next time we return to Berlin. Wishing the entire team a wonderful 2026!

The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. There was free coffee in the dining area after breakfast closed that was available until 9:00 pm.

The breakfast, in particular, is quite varied and satisfying. The staff is friendly and helpful. Metro lines to the city center are a 10-15-minute walk, and bus stops are a 7-8-minute walk away. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel. They upgraded our room to one with a terrace, but we couldn't use it because it was cold and rainy. Also, improving the heating in rooms with terraces would be a good idea.

We had a great stay at the Fjord Hotel Berlin. It was just as described and pictured. I found the room to be especially clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. For a compact space it felt spacious and we appreciated the design with many shallow ledges around that we could use as shelves to keep our space looking clean and tidy.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived early in the morning before my check-in time and was able to leave my luggage with the front desk while I waited for my room to be ready. When I arrived back for check-in they had already delivered my luggage to the room which was very nice of them.
The location was good and tucked away on a side street from the main road so it was quieter. There is more of a residential feeling there and even a small park close by if you have children that need to run around. There was enough food choices close by and it is within walking distance to many of the sights in Potzdamer Platz. I would definitely consider staying again at Fjord Hotel Berlin the next time I am in town.

What a lovely stay at Hotel fjord hotel berlin! The whole place is beautifully designed and spotless — you can tell a lot of care went into the tasteful decor and the cohesive, stylish atmosphere throughout. Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, which made the experience really pleasant and relaxing.

The only small downside was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room — I missed a quick brew first thing in the morning before getting dressed. Aside from that, everything was excellent and I’d happily stay again.

Excellent location just on the other side of the river. 30 mins walk to Brandenburg Gate, 30 mins walk to the zoo.

Room was perfect for easy access to Tiergarten, very walkable but not much to see or do within the first few blocks of the hotel. Staff was great, facilities were clean.
