Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Had a great stay.
I personally did not like the breakfast, there was no 'normal' scrambled eggs available and the croissants were baked too long. Also, I struggles with finding several products, as did other guests. It could be organised more logically and the breakfast room could use a bit more ambiance. Would recommend to book without breakfast and explore the great possibilities in the neighbourhood!
To end on a positive note: the surroundings of the hotel are quiet and feel safe, and it is within walking distance of the Ku'damm and nice cafés and restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an outlet/power socket next to the bed in the room where I stayed. Perhaps other rooms have outlets on both sides of the bed.
The breakfast is fabulous, with many very tasty options. There is a small refrigerator in the room. I highly recommend it.
The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. But I hadn't expected to have to list everything I needed doing :) I asked for fresh towels and coffee which I got, but the bins were also overflowing as it's been there a few days.

The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience.
The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.
