Visited here Monday to Friday morning. Staff very polite but overworked. Printed our Berlin welcome card, Thank you. Unfortunately our beds and towels were never changed. Breakfast was very very minimal only hot food was boiled eggs. Fruit was very old bananas blackish apples wrinkled. We were very disappointed the hotel had no Internet for the time that we was there, makes me wonder if it ever worked WiFi that is! As the internet worked for the office. The receptionist/cleaner/bed maker (not ours) kitchen worker spoke to the boss apparently, he said he would get it fixed! Too late never fixed. Going back to the breakfast certainly not worth 10 euros more 5! Apart from that travel into the city very easy, Lidl and Aldi 5 mins walk away.

Clean place, easy to check in, free parking. No cosy atmosphere inside but a perfect place to sleep for a few nights for a reasonable price.

You get what you pay for so ofcourse you do not exspect a 5 star hotel with a lot of breakfast and big room. I would recomend this hotel to people who is only looking for going out in the city and not spending much time at the hotel

The room was clean. The furniture was a bit dated. Room service was decent. The breakfast buffet was really good for the price. The hotel was really quiet, with minimal traffic noise. The transport connections to the city center are good. Overall, the price-performance ratio was right. The staff was friendly and motivated.

The worst experience ever... I wrote to the hotel in advance that I'll have late check-in, they kindly confirmed that I'll have an option to have self check inn. And in the end, I was standing on the street for a few hours because the hotel was closed and so I couldn't get in... The phone no one answered, No any option to contact the hotel at night time... Got inside the building only because other guests entered the hotel...
Also no answer or communication in the booking.com chat... Highly don't recommend it!! Communication and level of care should be improved otherwise guest needs to sleep on the street!!!

Nice hotel friendly staff Price quality ratio good We stayed in hotel one in the leipzigerstraat really very Convenient next to the Berlin mall very nice lots of shops and many eateries etc close to everywhere also to the bus and the metro good location in Berlin

Very basic room. There is NO LIFT available hence all the baggages should be carried by the stairs. The room was spacious. Spacious bathroom. This is very far from the city center. Only two buses are going on the city center direction. No underground parking. Just outside. However the receptionist was rude towards us. We were in the city center sightseeing and we wanted to extend our stay to one more day due to some reasons. The payment has not gone through the first time and she asked us to "pay now" in order to reserve the room, where we cannot come back to the hotel just to pay for one night. Unprofessional service.

If I could give them a zero, trust me I would. We arrived at the hotel to find out that check in is restricted to a 3 hour time block in the afternoon with no available reception to check in outside those hours. This check in information was not communicated in advance. This forced us to book a new hotel for the night in the middle of the night. When we called to check on our booking the next day, reception was cold, rude and unhelpful as they continuously told us to call back in 10 minutes with no end. In the end, we never ended up staying the night and booked a new hotel closer to the main city. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and was not easily accessible to the main city or basic amenities.

Called ahead to get a accessible room on ground Level but was given a room in second floor, stairs only... great for wheelchair users. Paper-thin doors, entertaining to listen to talks in the hallway. Rooms were clean and affordable but noisy. Good wifi
