Comfortable stay in a cozy cottage
Comfortable stay in a cozy cottage. The room is equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is very good. We also had a nice dinner in the hotel pizzeria with an affordable price.
The only disappointment is a pool. It is small and crowded, and water is too warm.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep!
We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious!
Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Perfect place. Cozy houses, which have everything for living. All furniture, household appliances are in perfect condition, everything is clean. Our house had a covered veranda and was open, however, the season (early March) did not allow us to use this functionality. The SPA center is not big, but quite cozy. Multi-temperature pools, incl. and with access to the street. There is only one slide, but it is quite enough. Saunas, like everywhere else in Germany, are "Textil Free". There are several playgrounds for children, a children's area and some kind of orphanage, but for some reason we did not find it open.

We had a really good time here! Our family of four (with 4 year old and 1 month old kids) stayed in the Superior Double room in the main building. The room was huuuuge! There were two armchairs convertible into beds which are good for children and we also had a baby cot. There was also enough space to store a stroller and we still could have had a dance party.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful, always quick to help with any requests we had.

At the time of our stay (beginning of November) the restaurant options were limited without driving out of the resort - there was only the main restaurant and the bar. The restaurant offered buffet only, but it was pretty good selection - you had 3/4 hot options (couple of meats and fish) which were changing daily, and a good selection of starters and desserts. Dinner costs 21 Eur pp for adults and 10.5 Eur pp for kids 3+ years old so you should get a half board at the time booking if you do not fancy driving to nearby restaurants (of which there is not so many options, especially in the beginning of the week). Breakfast was OK, but there were only 3 hot options (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages) same each day so it could get boring if you are staying there for a week.

We did not book spa procedures in advance so was left with very limited options at arrival - make sure you book in advance if you fancy pampering yourself.

Pool area is pretty decent. You have main swimming pool, "adventure" pool with fountains, jacuzzi, baby pool and the water slide. There is also one pool split between indoors and outdoors, which could be fun in the summer time. Our 4 year old really enjoyed the water slide (officially allowed from 7 years only), although was scared of it in the beginning. There are a couple of sauna options, reasonably sized gym.

There are quite a few children options too. Apart from the pool, there are daily animation activities where you can keep your child entertained for a few hours, play room, video games room and outdoor playground (with swings, slides, zipline etc). Our 4 year old seemed very entertained throughout duration of our short stay and the environment was safe to let him explore.

Resort is located at a marina and you can enjoy a nice stroll around the area or in a nearby forest. You can also rent a boat in summer season to explore the nearby lakes.

As some of the other reviews mention, the resort is not brand new - but we have not felt any sign of it being run down. In fact, during our stay we have seen at least a few places where renovations were being done (did not interrupt our stay) so I would say it is being well taken care of.

During our stay in beginning of November 2021 it didn't feel crowded. The pool was virtually empty (although I get the comments that it can get crowded during the peak time), dinner was fairly relaxed although it got a bit busier during peak times (around 18.30-20.00) so we chose less busy times. The only place was fully booked was spa.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back for another visit!
