15-20 mins away from the city center by bus/metro. Decent rooms but a bit cold. Good breakfast with some variety.

Situated in a old traditional building it is quite dated but the double room was large with a very comfortable bed. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and a substantial continental breakfast was available each morning. For a hotel in this area we think it was a bargin.

I visited it during the Euro 2024 and the price was extremely reasonable. Rooms were perfect and you could get to the city centre in 10-15mins by S-Bahn. Can’t ask for more.

Apartment is not much expensive. Location is OK. Near to train station. But you only can buy stuff with cash. Shops around the area do not take payment with card. In Apartment you do not have kitchen. That is why you have to order online. But online food delivery service is too fast. Room is not too big but it's good if you are out all day and comes back only to sleep there.

An old and dated place but cozy and quiet. The receptionist is not always there to attend you except for check in. No amenities close by other than the S bahn. The single room is just nice for a person. Personally acceptable for a relatively cheap accommodation.

Pension Doemens is now—by far—my personal number one accommodation.

The guesthouse is in a very quiet location. The shower, kitchen, and living room are shared by all the guests. The only possible criticism is that conversations from the room can easily be heard from outside, even when spoken quietly.

Prima. Ik was hier om te fietsen. Je kunt de Eifel, zowel in België als in Duitsland en je kunt richting Zuid-Limburg. Er is een gedeelde keuken en daar kun je als je wilt eten maken. Ook kun je koffie zetten (staat er gewoon) en ontbijten. Dat vond ik handig.

I have really enjoyed staying here. Had a small and cosy private room on the 2nd floor. It was clean and very warm. On the 1st floor there is a spatious kitchen with all one need to roast, boil or bake. Nice living room nearby. The Ms. Doemens was really nice and polite.

A great place to stay for a short break or longer in Masserberg. Thank you for the friendliness and the smooth stay. Excellent value for money. Would gladly stay again.

A simple guesthouse on the Rennsteig trail, but it offers everything a Rennsteig hiker needs. The only slight issue was getting food at the independent pizzeria on the ground floor, even though I had emailed the owner beforehand. It worked out in the end, though.

Great hotel. The rooms are quite small. Unfortunately, we didn't get an extra bed for our daughter. The bed also stretched out. The food was excellent. The pool was also fantastic. The water is really warm, and the sauna is clean and well-maintained. Open from 3 p.m. There's also a playroom for the kids.

We felt very comfortable at your establishment. The breakfast at Schöne Aussicht was especially wonderful! The staff were always very friendly and attentive. Starting from the location itself, the inner garden, the environment, serving, plating and most of all the food...everything was above our expectations. Easy to reach hotel a stones throw from Savignyplatz. The rooms are quiet, and good for a short stay. The building is very old, and there are other businesses and residential flats in the same building. Check in is very simple if you speak German.

Older building with no elevator. Entrance not nice at all and smells bad. Manual keys - multiple - no electronic key card. Small TV. Was the worst of all the many hotels I stayed in this trip, and the most expensive.

The room facilities are quite old, and there was a big spider right after entering. The front desk service was okay.

Basic and very outdated but cheap.

Unfortunately, english isnt spoken there at all really. I was able to get by with my broken german. Person at front counter was slightly standofish and grumpy in the morning, but by mid day, she was very nice. Place was alright, but very noisy outside. Considering the price, Not bad.

This was my second time there and I'm very satisfied. The hotel is located on a main road with good parking. Even though the TV didn't work this time, I'm still satisfied. The rooms are clean. The friendly service and the interesting conversations at breakfast make you feel at home. I'd happily recommend it. The price/performance ratio is decent.

Such a lovely family owning the hotel and restaurant. The food is decent German Schnitzel - nothing fancy or special but decent. All in all good value for money and I was filled afterwards. The salad dressing was great!

The place very clean and nice.Very good location, you have two supermarkets just nearby. The room is properly arranged for a good stay, the table to work, and the sink inside makes the stay easy. Loved it. The staff lady also was very kind and nice, she asked if I wanted the receipt, and allowed me to stay one extra hour from the checkout time.

We stayed there over the weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good selection. The location is 10 minutes from Stade city center and easily accessible by car or bicycle. The value for money was fantastic. We would love to come back; it's highly recommended.

I did not interact with any staff, so no rating there. The pillow was too flat, bit other than that, everything was fine.

Very nice and cosy guest house very close to the city center. The twin room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the owners were always ready to help.

Akzeptabeles price-to-performance ratio, clean and nice hosts. Directly in the center located with Parking in front of the door. Third floor, ugh, but a nice guesthouse. The toilet could perhaps be improved, because without electricity, and early in the morning, you'll be unpleasantly surprised. You won't notice the noisy street at night. For the location, amenities, cleanliness, and price, I would have given it 5 stars, if it weren't for the toilet. What a shame.

The rooms are very clean and tidy; it was like staying in a hotel, even the beds were made. Breakfast had everything you could need to start the day off right. A surprise! In a quiet and interesting quarter of Berlin, a familiar atmosphere. Very clean, quiet and nice.

I had some work in the area so I booked this hotel for my work trip. I think most of the bad reviews are due to the bookings of rooms where the bathroom is shared. In my case I had booked full private room. This room was big enough for 3 people. I was the only person visiting but somehow the hotel had only such big rooms for private rooms. What a gem. The rooms are all individualised and quirky from a time gone by. Clean and comfortable. Substantial breakfasts. It’s out of the centre but a few minutes to good S1 line. The area is exquisite - lots of trees, beautiful old houses and plenty of shops. The other face of Berlin - calm and green. It’s budget accommodation but charming and great value for money.

The place is ok for a B&B. The lady in reception was very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. No private car park but you can easily park along the street. No elevator so it's not good if you have a lot of luggages. Breakfast is just ok - continental only no cooked food.

The rooms are moderns, the matress are amazing and the hostel is really nice The only issue with this hostel is, that the only showers are in the cellar - so you should keep this in mind! Spoke with the owner and he wants to do a complete revamp with better shower facilities. Otherwise a great comfort and the furniture is amazing!

The rooms were just as expected from the price. However, the showers were quite far from being inviting, and without the ability to lock the door to our room our group didn't feel safe that our things would not be stolen.

If all you need in Hamburg is a bed, Wira is a good place to stay. The place is clean and new, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Top location within walking distance to the main train station and metro directly at the door. And the price was the cheapest we found!
