The reception was a definite 3. Some of them were nice, polite and helpful but others might seem not that friendly. I waited for 30 mins when I arrived just because she told me we’re changing shifts then forgot all about my existence. 💔🤦🏻♀️
The room’s facilities could definitely be improved. Maybe some shower gel wouldn’t go too far! Or thicker blanket when its so cold. The rooms definitely need...
Great for the price. No AC, so hot on a summer day. Breakfast was very good for only €5, would recommend. Lockers in the room were not free. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the free pasta dinner was a warm welcome compared to cooking or eating out all the time.
Nice place. A little cramped at times--the elevator barely fits two people without bags--but serves its purpose. Although additional prices are attached to lockers and laundry, their free breakfast and dinner more than make up for it. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds, if warm during the summer.
Great location, minutes away from train station. Reasabily priced. Very easy to get around. There is lot of restaurant available around. Didn't feel dangerous going out at night. They provide laundry service and hold luggage service with a small fee. I would definitely stay here again. Reception can be very crowded because staff are working as receptionist and bartender.
This was the perfect place for our stay in Frankfurt. My husband and I rented a private room for one night. We were pleasantly surprised that we got our own bathroom. It was also very clean (as hostels go). Very conviently located right next to the train station and helpful employees. Breakfast and a pasta dinner was also included which was nice.
This was a great place to stay in Frankfurt. Central to everything and great hospitality by those who run the joint. We got a private room but wouldn't have been disappointed with a shared room either. After reading many blogs before traveling to Germany some stated that this wasn't a safe area, however, we felt very safe here.

They care a lot to comfort guests. Quite clean with a few guests, number of rest rooms a bit limited. Curious how it will work out with many more guests. Then the cleaning frequency needs to be increased, perhaps. So far very good.

This hostel is an Oasis in the middle of Frankfurt's downtown heart. You'll feel like in a cyberpunk movie when you are arriving at night, but once you've entered the hostel lobby, you will find a nice and warm place with comfortable tables to chill and relax and unlimited coffee and tea. The rooms are wide, the sheets are clean and the beds comfortable. The hostel 5 elements is convenient and well...
Beds have cracking sounds other everything perfect need to fix
Pity I could take only one night, as I was meant to spend the next 3 with other 3 colleagues, and this place was PERFECT for our stay... I realised when it was too late.
I now know for next year! Will be coming back.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a beautiful view from the window. Breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, making my stay truly satisfying and enjoyable.
A decent seat, and excellent customer service !
Had a glitch with an online payment, and was accidentally over-charged. The manager was quick to look into it, and fixed it before I checked out in the morning. Excellent customer service !
Thanks to all for the good stay.
Hostel staff is amazing!! We attended free beer tasting night with Fabian and tried lots of amazing beers from all over Germany. Awesome vibe the hostel staff has and shows to its guests. Will definitely try to make it back to this place hopefully soon!

Great location, wide beds with quality bedclothes, stable Wi-Fi and powerful shower was all we needed. Personnel was very helpful. Electric kettle would be nice to have though, to be able to start day with cup of tea. Other than this very satisfied.
The rooms are very large. I stayed on the 3rd floor, my room was bigger than my friends room at the 1st floor, but smaller than my friends on the 2nd floor. Not by much though.
Lacks a good lobby with a sofa.
There is a kitchen in each room, but almost everything is locked.
Very small shower-cabin. A person of just slightly big stature will have a hard time not breaking it to pieces just by turning...
Nice location very close to bars and pubs and plenty to so in the local area
A decent hotel close to the shooping area of Frankfurt. Breakfast was good.
The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, just 10 minutes by foot to the Zeil street.
