I like this hotel, even though the decor is slowly getting worn. I have on every visit always been treated well. Underground parking is useful, especially in this area. Breakfast is perfect, when there is not a tourist group from the countries where they slurp and snort.

Great hotel but watch the taxis to airport. If you don't ask if they take credit card they will say when you get to airport their card machine is not working. Big problem in Frankfurt with taxis doing this all the time

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.
We arrived very early after an overnight flight. The staff checked us in quickly and were very friendly. All of our needs were met and the hotel is in a lovely part of town. We will definitely stay here when passing through Frankfurt again.
Easy 5+ stars. Service was outstanding, I’d hire every person I interacted with at front desk, concierge, valet, and Lili’s (bar). Great aesthetic, clean - rooms are very spacious and well designed + arranged. This will be our go-to every time in Frankfurt and would highly recommend. Wish we were staying longer!
Fahim Hotak provides the best room turndown service ever. He’s very attentive to details, very industrious and discreet at the same time. A nice hotel, quiet, cozy room with elegant decoration. Very good breakfast. While the WiFi seems not work for every room. Free minibar and welcome fruit in room are great while they are not put the same drinks to every room. My daughter’s room has wine and beers but ours has beers only. While in general, this is still a nice hotel.

My family absolutely enjoyed staying here. Even thought we stayed for a day here, we wished we stayed more because the location was great and the views from the room is amazing. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful. I stayed in Germany for 10 days and in different hotels, this is the best place we stayed.
The room was very good. The bathtub is the highlight of the room. Mini bar said it was free but was deducted at the end. Otherwise very cool room
The hotel impresses with its view of the Frankfurt skyline. The equipment is functional, but could do with an update. The booked category was "Villa" and here the highlight is the free-standing bathtub integrated into the sleeping area in front of the window front.
