My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.

General it is a top Hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children. As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night. We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for.

This hotel, built in 1872, has pretty mediocre service. It's conveniently located, but the value for money isn't great. The decor is incredibly old and outdated. I really don't understand why it's considered a top luxury hotel.

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy! The room itself was decent, but sometimes the towels weren't clean and the housekeeping wasn't great. Once, there was a bit of a black mark left in the bathroom.

There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! The location is fantastic! It's just one stop from Terminal 1, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you have an early flight. Getting a taxi nearby is easy and the travel time is very short.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

During my stay in Germany, I found Frankfurt to be the hardest place to book a hotel. Prices fluctuate wildly, and even during trade shows, prices can go up significantly. The king-size room at this hotel is quite large, but the decor and fixtures are a bit dated, and it's not ideal for light sleepers. Rooms on the roadside are noisy from traffic. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is good.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

Great place to stay between flights. Hotel is connected to Terminal 1 with covered pathway. Room was super clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good with delicious scrambled eggs from real eggs:)

Elif was my banquets server for a meeting event last week. She was was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. She was very personable and caring. If I would come back some day to operate a meeting then I would be delighted if Eligible would be my banquets help again! She was exceptional!

location is directly opposite Skyline Plaza so was very convenient. Festhalle/messe hbf was just a short 3-4mins walk away. Area around the hotel is safe, bed was also comfortable.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

The trip was great. Very tasty breakfasts and a great location of the hotel.

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards . I don’t know why, but our room key card was blocked three times, requiring us to wait each time for it to be unlocked again. Additionally, the parking was very expensive at 45 euros per night.

Not too bad. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Gym was small but sufficient. Breakfast is good. Conveniently located to skyline mall which has a food court and restaurant. And a short walk to take the tram or tube to the city.

Room was spacious and comfortable but the duvet was single size. Located just opposite a mall but need to walk 8mins to the main train station. Breakfast spread was decent but at 1030am sharp the staff cleared my table without asking even though my food was obviously untouched.
