My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.

General it is a top Hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children. As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night. We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for.

This hotel, built in 1872, has pretty mediocre service. It's conveniently located, but the value for money isn't great. The decor is incredibly old and outdated. I really don't understand why it's considered a top luxury hotel.

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy! The hotel has no advantage other than being close to the Messe. Cleanliness is mediocre, breakfast is average. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed is old. Spacious rooms with a balcony and great views of the town lit up at night. Very comfy pillows. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

During my stay in Germany, I found Frankfurt to be the hardest place to book a hotel. Prices fluctuate wildly, and even during trade shows, prices can go up significantly. The king-size room at this hotel is quite large, but the decor and fixtures are a bit dated, and it's not ideal for light sleepers. Rooms on the roadside are noisy from traffic. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is good.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. Great location nearby to airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is easy with the self service counter that avoid long queue on peak hours. Breakfast choices on a weekday offers essential selection. Room is fine. First choice for a night layover.

The hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance away from Frankfurt T2. It your flight is to/from T2, it is a good choice. Room very clean, breakfast is good. Very close to the subway station

Location is great very near station and town centre. Minor negative for me is the set up of the shower, it’s basically transparent glass (it’s suits certain people only)…

Great location as it is convenient to travel from and to Frankfurt main station. There are a plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket just opposite the street.

The stay was absolutely fabulous. The people at the reception where superkind. The rooms are absolutely marvelous, the orientation of the Hotel is really superb. Middle of the centre! And woaw...the breakfast... Even more, they kept the beauty of its past and re-adapted and integrated lots of those forgotten treasures. Visit Frankfurt then choose this hotel. You will regret only the day after you left...

Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was also very child-friendly, which made breakfast relaxed and enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, a great start to the day.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury...

Room smelled like someone had smoked inside before my stay. The shower drain was clogged. Rest ok.
