Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

So convenient just fee steps exit from the central station platform number 1. Staff are nice, room is clean, bed is comfortable, they arranged connected room as per our request earlier via trip. Just one thing don't understand the tourist tax for 4 people not 3 people that we actually stayed for 2 rooms. The staff said was Trip.com advanced calculation.

The Superior room wasn't spacious, well furnished and very clean. The bathroom was also quite spacious. Hotel staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very decent with lots of choices. The location is very convenient for public transport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Lifts are poor and waiting times long at peak times such as Breakfast. Food choices are very limited in the bar and restaurant  Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough.  Rooms comfortable and clean

Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience. I downloaded the app and will try more of their branches all over the world.

we booked a room to pay at the property, but as we checked in, the price that i need to pay is different as in the booking and they havent resolved the problem. the room had ac but no cooling, its even colder in the elevator than the room. the good thing was it was near to our destination and the breakfast was okay.

Old hotel which needs a lot of upgrade. In the area no restaurant and in the hotel the restaurant is CLOSED only acceptable bar food. In short, if you only want to sleep untill 05.30 (airport nearby) , a cheap location without any ambiance.

This booking is pay at hotel which I book for my colleague. The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel. Instead the hotel just charge my card which is used to pay the pre authorization. Please don’t go to this hotel, the front desk is unprofessional.

3 night stay for concert, room very basic, towels were threadbare, aircon not working and shower changed from ice cold to scolding on a regular basis. Reception staff very unhelpful and totally uninterested. Breakfast was great

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

I stayed in room 539, where the shower was completely broken and I could not take a bath. The night shift receptionist gave me access to another room (536) to shower, but then without proper communication or handover to the day shift, they automatically switched me to a different room. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The worst part is that they charged a €25 deposit to my card...

The hotel has a gym and some decent facilities, which is a plus. However, it is not possible to walk to the train station or the airport from here, so transportation can be inconvenient. Another drawback is that the hot water is not available 24/7 — sometimes there was no hot water at all. Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards . Pros: The location of this hotel opposite the Main Train Station is really convenient We arrived at 8 in the morning after a long flight and were delighted to be allowed an early check-in to catch up on some much needed shuteye. Perfect for an overnight stay by the airport. The morning breakfast was a big highlight. They have chefs preparing everything in the buffet. It was well done and delicious. In addition, I appreciated the nice and clean gym. The equipment was new, with an added sauna and steam room benefit. If those things matter to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Airport hotel but recently ceased their shuttle service in July. Had to get an Uber which was fine. Hotel was fine, rooms clean but could do with some refurbishing, still a good size room for 4 people. Suitable for an overnight layover. Breakfast provided was very good. Stayed at Novotel Frankfurt City. Location is a bit far from main attractions, but there’s a train station nearby and it only takes 10–15 minutes to reach the city center. Free parking was a big plus. Room was clean and of decent size, though not very spacious. Didn’t try the breakfast.
