My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. The hotel has no advantage other than being close to the Messe. Cleanliness is mediocre, breakfast is average. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed is old. The room furniture is very outdated, which causes an unpleasant smell in the room. During trade fair periods, prices increase by about five times, but it is definitely not worth it. There are much better options just one stop away.

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good.

During my stay in Germany, I found Frankfurt to be the hardest place to book a hotel. Prices fluctuate wildly, and even during trade shows, prices can go up significantly. The king-size room at this hotel is quite large, but the decor and fixtures are a bit dated, and it's not ideal for light sleepers. Rooms on the roadside are noisy from traffic. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is good.

It was well located next to the Train Station. Excellent Service. SUPER CLEAN. The only issue was that it was not clear about the parking. The hotel doesn’t not have parking. Next door there is one public parking. But besides this mis understanding in thr advertisment…it was great a experience….

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!

Very close to the train station, as soon as you arrive at the station there is a big sign to the right to get to the hotel. Restaurants and bars nearby. The only problem I had was the room is not sound proof. I was eating my dinner and making a video quietly then I heard loud knocks and hits on the wall from next door like asking me to be quiet

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the train station. It's clean and the breakfast is good. It's a budget hotel, perfect for business trips. I've stayed here multiple times so I'm quite familiar with it.

The Superior room wasn't spacious, well furnished and very clean. The bathroom was also quite spacious. Hotel staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very decent with lots of choices. The location is very convenient for public transport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Overall a solid and decent hotel. Breakfast is good, slightly better than some competitors. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there is a bit of a lack of fresh air. Apart from that, everything is fine. Good location and well suited for short business trips in Frankfurt.

Hotel is about 10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof but there is a tram which you could take right outside of Hbf. Room is clean with nice views overlooking the city.

A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious.

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Good experience overall, value for money is decent. The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

The price is relatively cheap. The location is a bit off, but it's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the city center. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, though the hairdryer is a bit outdated.

I always try to take this hotel if I am in Frankfurt (except when there is a fair) since it ticks all the boxes I am looking for when selecting a hotel for business travel. The Breakfast selection is a huge plus here.

Quite a new hotel with reasonable pricing. However their ventilation and air conditional is a down side. The toilet has mouldy smell permanently due to lack of ventilation. There’s a mall next to it, convenient .

Hotel is great but the ad in the app is awful since one thinks that the parking is included with the reservation (see screenshot) and only later one is informed that the parking has a price of HALF THE ROOM. This extra cost was not in our budget and will probably never use the app again since I feel robbed.

I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from.the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport. Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area.

The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

The bed was too soft, but the service was very friendly. From the airport, you just take the S9 one stop to Gateway Gardens station, and you're there. You don't even need a ticket, just hop on.

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

The price was great on the day I checked in. It felt very much like a five-star hotel back home in every aspect, and it's also very close to the Main River.

Check-in/out was quick except that hotel expect an upfront payment of €40 should you require early checkin, and checkin time was rather late at 4 pm which is much later than most other hotels! Wonder why?? Quiet surroundings and walkable from the railway station and to downtown. Breakfast was more than adequate.

The room was clean, but small. There was an old, sunken bathtub, and I almost slipped while showering. Be careful everyone! Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection wasn't extensive. My stay was in the middle of a large exhibition in Frankfurt and so the hotel was very full. However, the staff all maintained a friendly and helpful demeanour and the rooms were clean and warm. The menu for dinner is a little limited, but the food itself was well-cooked and tasty.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. the hotel is near a train station and the amenities and building is very modern. the place is clean and spacious with the necessary amenities all provided. the concierge even gave us free breakfast and all in all, very value for money!! will definitely be back to stay if i’m in frankfurt

The best part of the hotel was its location - super central and reachable to all the locations of the city. The room was spacious and tidy for the most part. The bed and air conditioning could've been better but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all. However one of the receptionist was very helpful to help, and problems at least solved.
