Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. It was clean and full of space. I did not imagine that our room was not that large. But in the reality, it was large. Also, people who work there were friendly.

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel. Super clean, affordable, and everything you need was available. There was an iron, kettle, microwave, and a small refrigerator, along with glasses and plates. There was even a possibility to cook if needed. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend it, and if I ever have to return to Frankfurt, I'll gladly return to these apartments. 😁

We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. The facilities are clean and well maintained but it’s not high-end. If you just need a clean room and a bed this will be fine.

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

It is a convenient hotel, with standard good breakfast. Walking distance to the subway (Station: Niederrad) is 10 min, just 1 station away from the main train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof) and 3 stations from the Airport. Supermarket, pharmacy just opposite the hotel. For me just one thing missing, a gym.

Rachel was truly a gem at the front desk. She went well above her duties to accommodate our family of three. She was compassionate, friendly and professional. Loved the hotel. Beautiful, luxurious and nice food. I was there for a jazz concert (Chris Mitchel) on the 3.11.2018. The infrastructure was a dream. Sadly the organization was not that good which made the whole experience less amazing as it could have been.
