Pros: location is convenient, there is direct tram from main train station to the hostel. Cons: the bed next to the window can hear street sounds very clearly

The hotel has a great location, as it is very close to the station—just across the road, which makes it very convenient for travel. The room size is quite decent for two people, not too small and generally comfortable. However, cleanliness needs improvement. We found hair on the bedsheet and floor, and there was noticeable dust in the room. Additionally, the elevator was out of order during our stay...

The service is adequate for the price. I also really appreciate the free towels. Check-in is a bit of a hassle.

The hostel is large and difficult to manage, so the shower stalls in some rooms are broken and there's a bit of dirt under the beds, but for the price I paid it's fine.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Downstairs at the reception area was all clean, also the toilets downstairs were very clean. Only downside was, that the room was a bit old (stains on the walls, etc) but I think it’s usual for a hostel . Found some hairs in the bed. Also had to make the 3rd bed ourselves.

Ask them to clean the room but they only came to clean 1 day, the other day they did not.

Check In service is good. Room Cleanliness not happening in a week. When requesting team not updating clearly not considering guest request for Cleaning Toilet, Shower Room. Towel replacement not giving by staff for the Long stay for a week time. For a new traveler for 1 day everyday they are changing the Bed covers, providing towels. For a week stay customer not giving. This practice to be changed...

it was nice to get a free coffee at the morning. also it was warm enough to sleep cosy

Check in was smooth with self check in, beds are a little uncomfortable but everything else was good.

I have seen a negative reviews before I book this hotel, but I would say management is now changed and rooms looks very neat and clean, front desk is awesome and very professional. I would highly recommend.

Conveniently located near both the railway and bus stations, with plenty of small shops around. It’s also very close to the main streets downtown. The staff was friendly, and the room felt incredibly comfortable.

Great staff and you get what you pay for. 4 Nights in room that was well above what I expected.

I give it five stars because it has amazing people and amazing view and the manager is amazing this hotel is amazing and has a reasonable price nd the food is not expensive it's theperfect hotel to spend a night or two it's an amazing hotel I give it more than 5/5 I give it a 100/100❤❤p

Good location as it is quite near to Frankfurt main station and main tourists spot. Reasonable room price. The receptionist is very friendly.

The reception was a definite 3. Some of them were nice, polite and helpful but others might seem not that friendly. I waited for 30 mins when I arrived just because she told me we’re changing shifts then forgot all about my existence. 💔🤦🏻‍♀️ The room’s facilities could definitely be improved. Great for the price. No AC, so hot on a summer day. Breakfast was very good for only €5, would recommend. Lockers in the room were not free. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the free pasta dinner was a warm welcome compared to cooking or eating out all the time.

Nice place. A little cramped at times--the elevator barely fits two people without bags--but serves its purpose. Although additional prices are attached to lockers and laundry, their free breakfast and dinner more than make up for it. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds, if warm during the summer.

Great location, minutes away from train station. Reasabily priced. Very easy to get around. There is lot of restaurant available around. Didn't feel dangerous going out at night. They provide laundry service and hold luggage service with a small fee. I would definitely stay here again. Reception can be very crowded because staff are working as receptionist and bartender.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Frankfurt. My husband and I rented a private room for one night. We were pleasantly surprised that we got our own bathroom. It was also very clean (as hostels go). Very conviently located right next to the train station and helpful employees. Breakfast and a pasta dinner was also included which was nice.

This was a great place to stay in Frankfurt. Central to everything and great hospitality by those who run the joint. We got a private room but wouldn't have been disappointed with a shared room either. After reading many blogs before traveling to Germany some stated that this wasn't a safe area, however, we felt very safe here.
