The Western-style breakfast is diverse and plentiful. Getting to the city center is easy, and it's only a few minutes to the train station. The Römerberg square is also very close by

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

This hotel is incredibly close to the Frankfurt exhibition center, practically right next door, which makes attending events super convenient. It's also just a five-minute walk to the subway station

Very convenient for the gig, good size room with a window that opens for fresh air. Enjoyable.

The sauna was closed due to upgrades and the pool was freezing; probably warm enough to swim in but at less than 10m not large enough for proper swimming and definitely too cold for lounging/enjoying

Very good room, but you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers for environmental protection. The breakfast is very good, but as usual in Germany, it is as salty as usual.

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! Otherwise room was to standard with coffee machine...

The highlight is the Sky Lounge and the wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center on the top floor perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings or sightseeing

The hotel room and its interior were better than largest hotel chain in their category in Frankfurt. Moreover, the gym and pool are also amazing

An amazing place on the edge of the Frankfurt forest. We were so lucky to be comped a suite on the 9th floor. Our original room had WiFi that didn't work

If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there

We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

Just a nice place for the night before the flight. Good bar and restaurant. The 15euro ticket price for one way shuttle is a bit steep. Large comfortable rooms and good breakfast

This place is extremely convenient if you're catching a flight and need to stay overnight beforehand. It's safe, clean, and reliable. There's a bus service to the airport, making transportation very affordable.

I really like this hotel it is close to the airport and next to the Shopping centre/Train station as well. The staff especially Khan at the bar is such a friendly person. He is always smiling and ready to help

Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay

The manager understands our disappointment and offers us a compensation for the services what was not available. We accepted the compensation. Very happy with the solution the manager offers us

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night

They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

Spa was amazing didn’t like they the pool was connected to the gym and open to general public that uses gym but staff and everyone else were nice. Will stay again

Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious

A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult

We had a lovely, spacious room. The view was great! The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. You can’t hear any noise from the hallways and different floors. The train station is a ten minute walk

Pretty new hotel but quite a distance from the train station, especially if you are pushing trolley and luggages. Very near to shopping mall and lot of entries within walking distance.

The hotel is near U-Bahn, with extremely convenient transportation. There are shopping malls and bakeries nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy inside, and the service is in place

The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive

The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport

I love this hotel! We stay here every time we're flying out of Frankfort in the morning. The option for four people with a bunk bed and two two regular sized beds is fantastic for our family!

We've booked the Meininger Hotel three times now because of its proximity to the airport. It's only a 10-minute walk to Terminal 2, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) is just 150 meters away

The letter identifying the bed was a bit hidden. Small shower and toilets available. Only challenge is not to wake up sleeping people. Clean towels available on bed and outside toilets available downstairs
