Location was super convenient as well — Skyline Plaza shopping mall is a street away, making it easy for shopping, groceries and meals. The hotel is 10mins walking distance or 2 stops away by tram to Frankfurt Hbf

I recommend this hotel. If you stay here, you have a lot of choices for foods and shopping by walking. All staff were very kind and professional.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!

It was well located next to the Train Station. The only issue was that it was not clear about the parking. The hotel doesn’t not have parking. Next door there is one public parking

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They extended our check out till 2pm. That was very helpful as we could go about our activities in a leisurely manner

Very nice hotel with quirky interior and central location. The negatives are… no wash hand basin in the bathroom and bad ventilation  also the very expensive overnight parking €36 !!

The hotel is conveniently located on the safe side of Frankfurt Main Train Station and is easy to walk around, with everything within about a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby

We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was good. The hotel is quite clean and budget-friendly

However, only shampoo was provided; other amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and shower gel were not available. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and speak English

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience

Hotel is good - new & modern. Location is not too near fr central station but can walk in about 8-10 mins (about 600 m). The breakfast is fine. Staff is ok.

Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage

There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury before visiting other hotels that didn't provide it. The bar area looked like a good place to socialise if you like that kind of thing
