Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch)

Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights)

Although it was a relatively short stay, I felt very comfortable and taken care of

One night stay in the airport for transferring, it's really nice hotel, because very close to the airport T1, just by walking. But you should go to the departure of T1A&T1B, Then you can see the sign to the hotels

After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline. The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding. As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast

Twice during my week long stay, at 5pm / 17:00h housekeeping knocked on the door hoping to clean my room. Not with a knock and a wait for response. With a knock AS THEY OPENED THE DOOR

I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Not walking distance to terminals but there is a shuttle 24/7 every 20 mins 00, 20 and 40s

This hotel is incredibly close to the Frankfurt exhibition center, practically right next door, which makes attending events super convenient. It's also just a five-minute walk to the subway station

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

Very convenient for the gig, good size room with a window that opens for fresh air. Enjoyable.

The sauna was closed due to upgrades and the pool was freezing; probably warm enough to swim in but at less than 10m not large enough for proper swimming and definitely too cold for lounging/enjoying

Very good room, but you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers for environmental protection. The breakfast is very good, but as usual in Germany, it is as salty as usual.

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! The room was lovely and clean as you would expect with a comfy bed and pillows, but there was a door to the adjoining room (locked) and the guests next door were smoking - the smell filtered through and was very unpleasant; not really the hotels fault but disappointing given that it's a non smoking hotel! Otherwise room was to standard with coffee machine...

The highlight is the Sky Lounge and the wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center on the top floor perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings or sightseeing

Our second disappointment was the wellness area. We had booked the Radisson to enjoy the pool and sauna

I paid for the dinner and for the breakfast so I thought grabbing some leftovers is no big deal. Suddenly some kitchen worker (I will not name him here) came to me and literally shouted in my face what I am doing here

He then continued to shout at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I mean you can not treat any guest in this way at all. The restaurant personal in the evening should be trained for customer contact

The room was very clean, quite new, and even had a sauna. Highly recommended, the overall feeling was very comfortable

The bar has a wide selection of drinks and beverages, as well as afternoon tea and snacks. However, when I checked in, no one told me I could come here to sit and have a drink

Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience

The customer service is 100%, the Level 15 was perfect, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We were there for the Heimtextil expo, and it was easy to walk across to it, and public transport was super close

The rooms I felt a bit outdated. Lounge area and common areas are good. Breakfast was nice. rooms definitely need updating or refreshing.

Hotel is about 10mins walk from Hauptbahnhof but there is a tram which you could take right outside of Hbf. Room is clean with nice views overlooking the city.

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

Well connected to city centre by tram (station just at front of hotel) that takes about 20 minutes. Well connected to the airport as well. Fast check in, acknowledged my Platinum Elite status

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Just a nice place for the night before the flight. Good bar and restaurant. The 15euro ticket price for one way shuttle is a bit steep. Large comfortable rooms and good breakfast

This place is extremely convenient if you're catching a flight and need to stay overnight beforehand. It's safe, clean, and reliable. There's a bus service to the airport, making transportation very affordable.

Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience
