Breakfast was ok (nothing special though), the reception staff during night shift very slow (checkin was in Marriot). The greatest advantage is the location. I wouldn't come back if I don't have to

All passenger lifts were not working. We had to use service lift and cargo lift. There were very few direction signs to the service lifts. Moreover, no one answered my calls for assistance.

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system

Nearby metro station, very convenient, very spacious room, clean and tidy , the only cons is the vending machine , pay but nothing come out , have to contact reception

The in-door pool on the 8th floor is beautiful and well maintained; there is also a sauna and a small gym with equipment. The meals at the hotel’s restaurant were all excellent, well prepared and presented

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Very nice Marriott and pretty much about as good as they get. Well appointed rooms and facilities. Breakfast is very good and all staff are attentive and professional

Once I was not even dressed as they barged in. I left my towels hanging as they were unused, they were all replaced every day. So much for environmentally friendly

The bathrooms were especially impressive — dual vanity sinks, separate tub, walk-in shower with a ceiling spa showerhead, plus a toilet and separate bidet — far more than we expected for a European hotel at around $250/night in late July

The room has Aircon although it didn't seem great 🫤, but you are able to open the Windows which is great👍 Views from inside Bedrooms are pretty miserable (like looking from a Prison Cell 🫤) if you're staying there, book/ask for an 'outside facing' room Breakfast is very good with a large mix of options, all well prepared 🙂 The Bar area is good and also included a nice outdoor area which is very nice...

The fitness center was big and a lot of equipment there so good gym, the sauna unfortunately was not turned on when I was there. So the steam sauna and the normal sauna where off and the turn on switch didn’t work

Great Stay with Amazing Views! I had a good time at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Frankfurt. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the city skyline

Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience

You have to get your own coffee, which is great but there are no small spoons to be found anywhere on your table or at the coffee machine. By the time you ask someone to bring you one, your espresso gets cold

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.   Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable

This booking is pay at hotel which I book for my colleague. The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel

3 night stay for concert, room very basic, towels were threadbare, aircon not working and shower changed from ice cold to scolding on a regular basis. Reception staff very unhelpful and totally uninterested

I did a quick inspection of the room, which showed minor defects and signs of aging (tiny bit of mold in the bathroom, curtain coming off of the railing, LED strip behind the bed in part being disconnected, bathroom trashcan being a little beat up, etc

The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for both transportation and daily activities. Breakfast was well-organized with a good variety, and the service was efficient

I was able to wait in my room and after reception called everything was ready, my new key was brought up to the room. Receptionist was given a tour of room 722 and all defects were pointed out

Second time entering the room after dinner I came across some silverfish, which did make me go back to reception and inform them. They asked if I wanted a new room, to which I agreed

Room 720 was less spacious, but still plenty and seemed in line with a what I had originally booked. It was a little noisy, but is to be expected on a busy road with trams

The staff is very professional, immediately recognized that we are platinum members and arranged an upgrade to a Skyline Suite. The reception area is a bit small, and immediately adjacent is the hotel bar

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

The housekeeping manager quickly addressed the toilet issue when reported. However, during the busy holiday season, the bar seemed understaffed, with only one person attending to guests. Breakfast: Outstanding—10/10

A very nice hotel for a layover near the airport. The staff are professional and attentive and well organized when dealing with cancelled flight customers. The rooms are very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable

I admit that searched for it for a long time. At the reception everything works like a Swiss watch, the speed is amazing. They have placed more than 100 people in 30 minutes

We stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt

The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes

After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better

We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us

Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with both a full shower and bathtub! Breakfast was excellent—a large buffet with a great selection of fruits, vegetables, eggs, and more

Located at withing the airport, the hotel is very convenient for a night stay to catch your early morning flight. Breakfast was delicious and gym was sufficient for a workout.

Special shoutout to TAREK (bartender) and DANIEL (supervisor)—they are absolute stars! Their service was top-notch, always smiling and attentive, even when the bar was packed

The highlight is the Sky Lounge and the wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center on the top floor perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings or sightseeing

On top of the hotel, the pool is heated and it has great view towards Frankfurt skyscrapers. The only thing that the room lack is ironing equipment which is a must in my opinion for business traveler

Conference hotel, generally convenient, close to Frankfurt Airport! There are also shopping areas around, so you don't have to go through the dirty and messy train station to go shopping in the city center anymore

The people were really nice and breakfast was great for €15. They only served breakfast but that was good for us. It’s a bit away from the center but quiet and about a 6 min walk from a station

Nice hotel literally self))) all modern, relaxed - we waited 15 minutes registration 2 workers at the front Desk and 2 people in front of us all! This family hotel, no hurry) the staff is not visible, check in and went myself in the room, silence everywhere

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Very good 3*: the building is a kind of old-fashioned, east-German style (yes, this IS west-Germany), but the current owners have renovated it and the rooms (bathroom included) are clean and comfortable, with all accessories needed

It is lit well though and here is a solid police presence so we felt safe enough, but take care at night especially. The hotel inside is gorgeous - so new. Our room was very big and all felt very new

The area is not the best in terms of safety as the hotel is right in front of the central station. There is no parking so you have to park at the DeutscheBahn parking

This hotel is in a great location if you are either arriving in late to Frankfurt or leaving early (we were both) because it is right next to central station but be warned, the area around the hotel is a bit edgy - lots of homeless people

I stayed for one night, but it was accessible, easy to find, clean, fresh and free water was available for guests, and it was really calm and safe. Would go again

Room carpet was not clean and some of spots on the carpet. The first room no.236 air-conditioner was not properly working and I had to change room to no.127.

Hotel is located in the city center, right across from the main train station. The city center and Frankfurt’s financial district are within walking distance

The bathroom was clean Cons: The floor carpets and the curtains could do with some deep cleaning. The hotel is perfect at that price for a nights stay
