Very satisfied. Location, service, cleanliness, room, etc... one thing which can be improved is perhaps the hygiene bag for disposal of pads.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel isn't too far from the airport. However, the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which was mentioned in some previous reviews, is no longer available. A taxi from the airport to the hotel after 10 PM cost about 8 euros. For an early morning flight before 6 AM, a taxi to the airport was around 22 euros. Hope this helps with your planning

The check-in was very smooth and the room just look as good as the picture. I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room so I used there chat service with AI reply. It was quite informative, however, I still needed to go to the lobby to inform the receptionist and got the hairdryer myself.

Absolutely 10/10 for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport. The location is very convenient, and the stay was comfortable. Special credit to the front desk staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly showed great hospitality. Their service made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

this hotel does house keeping only once in 7 days hence i paid Euro 25 to clean the room as i was staying for 6 days but until i checked out room was not cleaned despite reminding the people at the reception everyday and finally had to get into an argument as they told me to send an email to their manager to get the refund of the Euro:25  they know that the room was not cleaned and they dont want to...

We have a wonderful time the staff are nice, the location was very good shops near by train was just two minutes away we enjoyed staying in stayery home again any time we visit Frankfurt.

This place is a revelation. Modern and excellent design. Great rooms with kitchenette and comfortable beds and good linen. I min walk to their Tram system and only a few stops to the old city. Everything was exactly as decribed, easy self check-in and great communication before arrival. There is a station right outside which is also super handy.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and located in a quiet area, not far from Skyline Plaza. The room was very well-equipped with a comfortable bed. I had trouble operating the ventilation, and unfortunately, there were no instructions provided. When I asked at the reception, they weren't able to help.

My experience at The Residences Boardinghouse in Offenbach has been excellent. The apartments are kept as new, fresh and very clean. They are also well furnished and every detail is taken into account. In addition, the staff is extremely kind, service-oriented and efficient. The area has easy access to public transportation and is served by various supermarkets. I certainly recommend it.

The room I booked at The Residences was very clean and modern. I really felt at home. The staff was very accommodating and all my extra requests were met. Prices are extremely good for what you get at The Residences. We were also in the city center of Frankfurt in just under 13 minutes, which is very well located and close by.

If you stay for a short night or two and don't have big requirements, you can still accommodate it, but walking in the corridor is a bit smelly. If you stay for a long time, it is not recommended to choose to live there
