Apartment Hotels in Frankfurt am Main

Very satisfied. Location, service, cleanliness, room, etc... one thing which can be improved is perhaps the hygiene bag for disposal of pads.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel isn't too far from the airport. However, the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which was mentioned in some previous reviews, is no longer available. A taxi from the airport to the hotel after 10 PM cost about 8 euros. For an early morning flight before 6 AM, a taxi to the airport was around 22 euros. Hope this helps with your planning

The check-in was very smooth and the room just look as good as the picture. I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room so I used there chat service with AI reply. It was quite informative, however, I still needed to go to the lobby to inform the receptionist and got the hairdryer myself.

Absolutely 10/10 for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport. The location is very convenient, and the stay was comfortable. Special credit to the front desk staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly showed great hospitality. Their service made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

No room cleaning service, and they charge an extra €25 per night for it. The front desk service was pretty good, though.

this hotel does house keeping only once in 7 days hence i paid Euro 25 to clean the room as i was staying for 6 days but until i checked out room was not cleaned despite reminding the people at the reception everyday and finally had to get into an argument as they told me to send an email to their manager to get the refund of the Euro:25  they know that the room was not cleaned and they dont want to...

The hygiene was terrible. The housekeeping staff were incredibly lazy and didn't clean properly at all. They didn't even throw away the previous guest's belongings. It was absolutely shocking! And I even found someone else's underwear in the bed... The cleanliness was beyond belief.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Adina Aparthotel. It is ideally located very close to a main underground, plenty of shops and close to the city centre. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. The breakfast had everything you'd need depending on your preferences and the food is very fresh when you go down just after breakfast opening...

Excellent location with a gym and indoor pool plus In-room kitchenette.

Good location near the train station, but quiet and free of what is at the north-east of the station.  Walkable to all the important sights.

Convenient, near the riverside and tram station.

Close to center, great views if you are on one of the top floors. Not ideal that there is no restaurant facilities in hotel for dinner.

the hotel has everything one needs for business travel, only suggestion is to extend the times the hotel gym is available.

Very good room with kitchenette, washer. Breakfast is excellent for €15 per person per night. Staff are super friendly and very helpful

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and located in a quiet area, not far from Skyline Plaza. The room was very well-equipped with a comfortable bed. I had trouble operating the ventilation, and unfortunately, there were no instructions provided. When I asked at the reception, they weren't able to help.

Great environment, very convenient.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station and shopping mall. Easy to pick up groceries on your way back to hotel and fix up a quick meal. Room was spacious but poorly lit. There is no main light above the bed. Even though it is a no-smoke room (was staying in a room at level 1), I could smell cigarette when I step into the room after each day of travelling. Cooking utensils provided were...

Long wait for check out 🤷♂️

Nice studio, really clean, well equipped. Staff helpful. A bit far from historic center but close to event hold places so convenient.

I come back here often and the service is amazing and love the friendliness and the room feels like home.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The reception was super friendly and patient and offered us many help. It was a bit confusing at first since you need to enter the building from one of the three doors and get to the reception on 4th floor, but after that everything was good. The room was clean and tidy with no oddor, a bit small to open two large suitcases, but not a big problem. The air conditioner...

Great spot I love coming here so close to the tram, exhibition and shops! Staff are friendly and helpful

Value for money. Location 1 stop subway line from the central station, tram wise 3 stops away from central station. tram station just a foot step away from the hotel. Overall cleanliness can be improved, dust is around the apartment. Bed is comfortable. Dish washer in the room. Service wise other than check in no further interaction with the staff. Check in can be improved. We were in the...

If you are family, this is very very ideal place to stay. I used to stay more than 10 times together with family.

I had a very great experience staying here. People are cooperative. Services were also on time. Location wise it is good stay here.

I stayed at The Residences Boarding House for 3 months when I first came to Germany, and it truly felt like my first home here. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and managed with great care. The location is perfect — a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet easily accessible to everything you might need. There’s a wonderful community nearby, it’s close to the city center, and Frankfurt...

We had a great stay at The Residences Boardinghouse, clean & comfortable rooms in a safe area. It is a convenient location with supermarkets close by and there are buses every 15 mins. What makes this place a great stay when you are new to the country is the host, Mahmood who helped us with everything. He is a nice friendly chap and patient, never hesitated to help us with our queries. Thank you so...

Loved everything! Clean apartment and helpful staff made my first 6 months in Germany a memorable stay. Staff really made me feel at home, checking in on my needs. The location is quiet and close to the bus station. I highly recommend The Residences Boardinghouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

I had an excellent experience staying at The Residences! The property is well-maintained, with comfortable and clean rooms that are equipped with all necessary facilities. The prices are also reasonable, making it a great value for the quality offered. A special mention to the manager, Mahmud, who was incredibly helpful and approachable throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to assist me in...

Die Größe des Zimmers, das Personal, die Sauberkeit.

We have a wonderful time the staff are nice, the location was very good shops near by train was just two minutes away we enjoyed staying in stayery home again any time we visit Frankfurt.

This place is a revelation. Modern and excellent design. Great rooms with kitchenette and comfortable beds and good linen. I min walk to their Tram system and only a few stops to the old city. Daniel was professional and funny and warm. It’s very modern with simple self check in. I hate to say it’s too cheap for such a cool place because they will put their prices up, but it was EXCELLENT value...

During my recent 4-night stay, I had mixed feelings. The location near Mühlberg station was a major advantage, making train travel highly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the overall experience. The room itself was adequate, equipped with essential amenities and cooking facilities. However, the heat in the room was a significant issue. It became uncomfortably...

Friendly service, highly qualified and helpful staff, very clean, very quiet, very spacious, and overall very pleasant.

Everything was exactly as decribed, easy self check-in and great communication before arrival. There is a station right outside which is also super handy.

They gave me check in even I arrived in the morning. So glad can take a rest directly

The automated check-in and check-out were convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and I was satisfied. It's a shame that the reception staff is only available for a short time.

The environment is great and the facilities are excellent!

Nice modern building in a calm residential area. Having a laundry was very helpful.

I never checked in because I didn't receive the notification how to check in. the last two times I stayed I received notifications. I sent email to the property but no reply.

A++ Fantastic location and easy instructions on how to check in. It’s only .5 miles from the Frankfurt west train station, which is only 2 stops from the main/tief station that is the main hub to go to further places. Friendly management. Clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

A pleasant stay at Brera for a business trip. Although the room was small, it had modern fittings and a handy kitchenette. The tram is close by, as are a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket. Note that checkin is done electronically so there is minimal in person contact. Luggage can also be left in lockers upon checkout.

The room was great, especially if you're going to stay for a few days. The small kitchen was great to have, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

It’s a tiny kitchen but just what we needed. Otherwise comfortable and clean.

Very clean room. Quiet neighborhood, tram stop across the street. Few restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend

A good room, no parking around. The room was nice, with good air conditioner and a good shower and bed. The hotel doesn't have parking place, so it's not recommended if you come by car. We found a parking place, asked the staff at the reception if we can park there and they said that it's ok, and after a few hours we found a parking ticket on the window. Very disappointing.

the room was for 2 persons, but the set of towels was for 1 person. Also the blanket was single. Plus there was no breakfast, although it was included in the services

Perfect little apartment for what we needed. Excellent food choices near by. Right next to a bus stop was a plus. However, one of the night staff members (Karam) offered to make us food one evening after our return from downtown (where we ended up staying late due to demonstrations over the war) instead of making food he poured us a beer then began groping my wife. We immediately left on a bus...

This was a 5 night business trip to Frankfurt and I'm glad a stayed in the Bera. The apartment block is located in a nice part of Frankfurt, a short distance to the CBD and close to restaurants and a large supermarket. I booked a ‘cosy apartment’ which I think is 1 or 2 up from the standard room. The apartment was perfectly sized with a full kitchen (including dishwasher), table and chair for dining...

Room was very nice, clean location was great clean to restaurant, Christmas Market. Only complaint little nosey due to construction nextdoor.

Spacious apartment, close central station. Neighbourhood is not the best. The hotel is situated close to a construction site, so be prepared on noise from the morning. Brera provides earplugs. The check-in process demands patience. Make sure you have a number to the staff at you arrival in order to get guidance. Definitely a 3 star apartment hotel. Definitely not a 150 Euros/night apartment hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the company. Self-service check-in is very convenient

The room is a bit small and the area around the hotel is very messy, but the hotel is very safe. This is an apartment, there is no front desk, and there is no place to ask if you encounter any problems. It is suitable for people who stay for a long time.

THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT 4 P.M. AND ALSO TAKE DAY OFF ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. ON NOV. 10TH, 2023 WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOTEL THE DOOR OF HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND SUDDENLY FOUND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT P.M. THEREFORE, I CALLED TEL NO. WHICH HOTEL NOTED AT FRONT DOOR AND SPENT MORE 20 MINTUES TO FINISH SELF CHECK-IN. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS COOL AND DARK

I will come back for sure Very happy to have found this hotel with big living rooms+ kitchen As well as a SPA with sauna and steam bath! It's my new favourite in town!

Spacious suites in perfect location.

Great location, rooms with a lot of space. Though not the most clean (couch and shower could have used more attention). Staff wasn’t the friendliest but assisted when necessary

Great choice! 👍 I asked for a quiet room and it really was quiet. ✅️ The room/suite was a real 2 room (1 bedroom) apartment with even 2 flat-screen TVs 📺 📺. Breakfast was great for the price.😋 It is super central in walking distance to everything. I think I'll return on the next visit.

We found ourselves in this hotel by chance because there was a problem where we had booked. Apartment large enough for 3 people. Bathroom with towels and accessories. Bed and cleaning service every day. Possibility of having breakfast for €12.00 per person. Area from which you can reach the center and surrounding areas in less than 20 minutes. restaurants of all types.. many Italians. I would say that...

Lovely Hotel in the heart of the city! Spacious, beautifully designed suites and a cute wellness area. Laura is the kindest, most helpful host!
