Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights)

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch)

Ended up crashing here when our connecting flight was cancelled and was very pleased to have such a comfortable and convenient place to stay

The hotel is great . I spent overnight to fly in the morning. The shuttle bus to the airport is very efficient. The room is in very clean and in good size . Really recommend it

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Frankfurt for the second time during the Shishamesse, and overall, it was a good experience

Reading reviews really helps you learn a lot of useful things. My stay was on the 15th floor, and it's strange but the 15th floor felt like a 'premium' area. There's a sky bar on the 15th floor

It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good.

The people were really nice and breakfast was great for €15. They only served breakfast but that was good for us. It’s a bit away from the center but quiet and about a 6 min walk from a station

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for catching an early train – it's literally just a few dozen meters from the station! And the price I booked it for was incredibly cheap! I knew IntercityHotel has chains in China, so when I saw it, I booked it without hesitation! Oh, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water in the room!

It was well located next to the Train Station. The only issue was that it was not clear about the parking. The hotel doesn’t not have parking. Next door there is one public parking

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the train station. It's clean and the breakfast is good. It's a budget hotel, perfect for business trips. I've stayed here multiple times so I'm quite familiar with it.

Overall a solid and decent hotel. Breakfast is good, slightly better than some competitors. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened, so there is a bit of a lack of fresh air

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay

There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep

The manager understands our disappointment and offers us a compensation for the services what was not available. We accepted the compensation. Very happy with the solution the manager offers us

Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down

Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

Hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to train station. Taxis are waiting at the hotel parking in the morning. Breakfasts are ok but way overpriced. Internet connection proved to be unreliable

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Good experience overall, value for money is decent. The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

There's a connected passage to the airport and train station, so you don't have to go outside. It's really convenient.

I always try to take this hotel if I am in Frankfurt (except when there is a fair) since it ticks all the boxes I am looking for when selecting a hotel for business travel. The Breakfast selection is a huge plus here.

It was a wonderful three nights to stay here. The hotel is perfect and clean, and it has a lovely rooftop 👌 . It's in the center of the city. I really enjoyed staying here, and I highly recommend you stay here.

Very nice hotel with quirky interior and central location. The negatives are… no wash hand basin in the bathroom and bad ventilation  also the very expensive overnight parking €36 !!

I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from. the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport

This is a really great hotel. Clean, quick check-in and warm services. Has shuttle service from airport terminal 1, at door #5. Bus stop near and restaurant was at first floor.

Room was a decent size and clean. The restaurant was already closed when I arrived, but I could get a sandwich and cooldrink from a vending machine in the reception area
