The receptionist is very helpful and let us early check in at 12nn. It was good for us. Hotel location is excellent and nearby the train station n airport. I will be back if go to Frankfurt for transit.

good that they had private bathroom included in the room as I didn't check either of them when booking last minute - I thought free WiFi is a standard in Sheratons but now I know it is not

One night stay in the airport, it's really nice hotel, because very close to the airport T1, just by walking. But you should go to the departure of T1A&T1B, Then you can see the sign to the hotels

Hotel looks really clean and neat. Hotel was very near to the airport (one link bridge away at level 3). Had all the facilities like Starbucks n bakery

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

This hotel has a fantastic central location. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had the chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which offered excellent food choices

The bathrooms were especially impressive — dual vanity sinks, separate tub, walk-in shower with a ceiling spa showerhead, plus a toilet and separate bidet — far more than we expected for a European hotel at around $250/night in late July

We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to come back! The service was impeccable — it truly felt like a 5-star hotel, just without the 5-star price tag

The fitness center was big and a lot of equipment there so good gym, the sauna unfortunately was not turned on when I was there. So the steam sauna and the normal sauna where off and the turn on switch didn’t work

Upgraded my room with a view and it was incredible! The sauna, restaurant, receptionists, staff, room and even cleaning staff, everything was great value and experience

Good location and the room size good

Bathrooms are a bit small but still nice. There is pretty good sound isolation within the rooms which gave our dog some much needed peace when he was left alone in the room

This booking is pay at hotel which I book for my colleague. The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel

3 night stay for concert, room very basic, towels were threadbare, aircon not working and shower changed from ice cold to scolding on a regular basis. Reception staff very unhelpful and totally uninterested

Old hotel which needs a lot of upgrade. In the area no restaurant and in the hotel the restaurant is CLOSED only acceptable bar food. In short, if you only want to sleep untill 05

It was a wonderful three nights to stay here. The hotel is perfect and clean, and it has a lovely rooftop 👌 . It's in the center of the city. I really enjoyed staying here, and I highly recommend you stay here.

I took my dog which is one of few hotels that allow. Fantastic service.

I did a quick inspection of the room, which showed minor defects and signs of aging (tiny bit of mold in the bathroom, curtain coming off of the railing, LED strip behind the bed in part being disconnected, bathroom trashcan being a little beat up, etc

Additionally the WiFi (13Mbps down, 11Mbps up) is good enough to watch videos, for a bit, since it would keep disconnecting me after 10-20 minutes

I was able to wait in my room and after reception called everything was ready, my new key was brought up to the room. Receptionist was given a tour of room 722 and all defects were pointed out

Second time entering the room after dinner I came across some silverfish, which did make me go back to reception and inform them. They asked if I wanted a new room, to which I agreed

Room 720 was less spacious, but still plenty and seemed in line with a what I had originally booked. It was a little noisy, but is to be expected on a busy road with trams

Once again, a tiny bit of mold was spotted in the bathroom and 2 of the LEDs on the light strip behind the bed would flicker. Everything else was perfectly fine

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

Rooms: Excellent quality, noticeable immediately upon entering. The use of real wood adds to the appeal, and the bathroom was very spacious

JW Marriott is a luxury chain so only the best is expected here. The hotel is very nice and it is centrally located close to everything. The rooms are nice and spacious but the there is issues in the rooms

Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded

Ideal location if your train stranded. Which is a 1 in 3 chance in Germany. So good they are here. Simple but clean and neath rooms. Very nice breakfast included, with lots of greens.

Underground parking is secure and ventilated. This is probably the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel, the mattress firmness and pillow thickness was just perfect. Air conditioning is very effective

Probably the most functional hotel room I have been in. I used the underground parking garage for my motorcycle. The receptionist kindly checked if I could get a discount for it but that was not possible

This is a very good hotel for the price (less than €50/night). The staff is friendly and everything is functional. Free breakfast, even though basic it was generous and a nice touch

Hotel features a washing machine and dryer room which you need to pay for but it's cheap compared to other hotels, plus reception can offer detergent pods for a very small fee

I've been using this hotel since 2001, Always clean & tidy rooms. Breakfast wasnt has good good as previous years. Harry behind the bar is still serving behind the JU52 bar, Great beer & bar food.

Bus takes 10 minutes to bring you to terminal 1-(A) Hotel is big, restaurant has a good variety of buffet, quality could be better. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable silent

My 5th-floor room was nicely appointed, with thoughtful design, comfort, and good upkeep. I enjoyed the great view of the city skyline

Good insulation as well from outside noise. Stayed there for 1 night to be close to the airport and I thought the hotel was good. It is right outside S train stop so makes it convenient if you want to venture out

I was there for a Seminar here, so I can't rate the rooms. The Buffet and lunch were good to very good. Operation fast and friendly. Toilets clean. I had nothing to complain about.

The people were really nice and breakfast was great for €15. They only served breakfast but that was good for us. It’s a bit away from the center but quiet and about a 6 min walk from a station

From here you can go to downtown or at any other place via taxi, train and tram. The tram station is just near by this place and at the walking distance. Overall good experience to stay over there

Very handy for the airport (taxis almost constantly on standby right outside, but easily walkable - luggage permitting) and a short, frequent and inexpensive train journey to the city

Clean and extremely comfortable rooms. The rooms are well insulated against sound so you barely notice the aircraft noise. The staff were wonderfully helpful and polite

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

The trip was great. Very tasty breakfasts and a great location of the hotel.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located to skyline mall which has a food court and restaurant. And a short walk to take the tram or tube to the city

Room was spacious and comfortable but the duvet was single size. Located just opposite a mall but need to walk 8mins to the main train station

Very good 3*: the building is a kind of old-fashioned, east-German style (yes, this IS west-Germany), but the current owners have renovated it and the rooms (bathroom included) are clean and comfortable, with all accessories needed
