It was clean and full of space. I did not imagine that our room was not that large. But in the reality, it was large. Also, people who work there were friendly.

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

we booked a room to pay at the property, but as we checked in, the price that i need to pay is different as in the booking and they havent resolved the problem. the room had ac but no cooling, its even colder in the elevator than the room. the good thing was it was near to our destination and the breakfast was okay.

The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel. Super clean, affordable, and everything you need was available. There was an iron, kettle, microwave, and a small refrigerator, along with glasses and plates. We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. The facilities are clean and well maintained but it’s not high-end. If you just need a clean room and a bed this will be fine.

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Since there is very limited availability around the hotel for places to eat, I ordered the breakfast. It cost €17 euros but they had a very limited and average breakfast! No warm breakfast except boiled egg. Very disappointing and definitely too expensive for what we got fed.
