Jaeger´s Hotel in Munchen

The advantage is that it's close to the station and a supermarket, and it's cheap. On the other hand, there are absolutely no services – no shampoo, soap, hairdryer, or towels.

The hostel has least facilities hostel i have ever stayed in there is no kitchen but also there is less facilities compared to other hostel we have been too before. The location is perfect and the cleannesses and hygiene is very good. Some of the staff is super helpful and friendly but cannot say the same for all like some of the keep reminding u of rules like they have white mans burden to improve the world and teach all how to live. Like the lady on the reception during check out was teaching me the rule of checking out at 10am when i was just 20 mins late. When u stayed there for 3 nights that is least they can do is ignore few mins delay. But no she had burden of teaching me a man from 3rd world according to her to follow rules. The sick Europea mentality check in late as 3 pm and checkout sharp on 10 am. Why there is this 5 hour less. They do not have manpower and makes us pay for it. This will not last they will pay the price in future of there attitude. It seemed as all the cleaning staff was waiting at my room door to clean the room and i was not letting them do it as soon i check out they all will rush to clean the only one room that i was staying. I can bet no one would have cleaned the room even hours after we where gone. But still she had to lecture like headmistress and teach rules. I am platinum titanium and gold tier in various hotel chains and this small hostel lady is teaching me rules. This kind of people and mentality will drown European tourism in future.

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, my experience was seriously affected by one issue: a female receptionist with glasses who came across as discriminatory.

I arrived before check-in time and politely asked if it would be possible to check in early. She bluntly told me that check-in was only available after 3 PM, and did not offer to complete any preliminary check-in procedures or assist in any way. She briefly explained the layout in an uninterested manner and ended the interaction with a dismissive “perfect.”

While I was waiting, I noticed other guests arriving before check-in time. Unlike my experience, they were allowed to check in early, and even when early check-in wasn’t possible, she helped them complete the necessary procedures in advance.

Additionally, when I asked for the Wi-Fi password, she responded rudely, saying, “Of course we have it—this is a hostel.”

This was a very unpleasant experience, and it unfortunately made my first day in Munich quite uncomfortable.
