Well-located hotel near Mannheim train station. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The station was within walking distance. Breakfast was good and relaxed. No noise from the station could be heard with the windows closed.

Impressive that toilet have a radio with small but good sound systems. Staff are very friendly and always have smiles and polite. Just few steps to Train and bus station. It is very good to stay in Mannheim for the trip to Heidelberg. Cheaper price higher quality and best service.

Nothing to complain about, very nice room, impeccable value for money

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We recommend it.

Overall, everything is fine. The hotel isn't new, but the rooms are clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, as is the rest of the furniture. There are outlets next to the bed and interesting nightlights that can be directed in any direction. The kitchen has an interesting design, including a folding faucet. It's compact and functional. The ability to leave luggage is also useful.

This was my second time staying here on a business trip, and everything was the same as before. The breakfast was pretty good, and the area was surrounded by car dealerships. There was a river nearby, and the scenery was nice.

Solid hotel with convenient location to downtown Mannheim. Rooms are clean and spacious, but a bit outdated. Enjoyed the sauna though missing any place to lie down for some relaxing.

Room is big and spacious, but room doesn’t have kettle for hot water and doesn’t have a fridge. Would be awesome if the room have a kettle especially in the winter, needed hot drinks. Old furniture, leaky windows, thin walls, and connecting rooms were provided even though we hadn't requested them. The swimming pool is no longer there, and there are no changing rooms at the sauna. Not worth the money; better to stay in a hotel. The coffee isn't hot and doesn't taste good.

Aircon was making weird noises intermittently. It sounded like an espresso machine. Room is a good size. The bed could be more comfortable. It is rather on the firm side. It is an ok hotel but I don’t think I would book it again. There are plenty options in the area if you need to stay close by.

We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Berlin City East Side during our weekend in Berlin and were fully satisfied with the quality of the service. Beautiful room, very flexible staff, ideal location, and great value for money. We will definitely come back if we visit Berlin again.

I was told on the reception that “check-in from 3 pm” doesn’t mean that I can check in at 3:05 pm. It means that I can’t check-in earlier than 3 pm. Waiting didn’t take long at the end, but what kind of scam is it?! Or is it a membership bonus? The room is spacious and look nice, but has quite distinctive cigarette’s smell.

The hotel is well located, not directly in the old town, but in walking distance to all sights of the city. It is in a relatively quiet area with wonderful views of the Dom. This hotel is super close to Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station, just about a ten-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. You can even see Cologne Cathedral from your room! The minibar drinks are complimentary, and the room itself is clean and tidy.
