We stayed at the Linder for a couple of nights ahead of a cruise and really enjoyed the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff was very helpful and the location was great for seeing the sights and getting to public transportation.

This was my second stay here. Due to it being winter, it offered better value for money than in China. The breakfast was plentiful and filling, and I appreciated the separate shower and toilet.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the environment was good, very close to the subway entrance. However, the service at the reception was limited; checking in and dining required long waits in line. As for facilities, the bathroom in the room was too noisy. The elevators were slow, leading to long waiting times. The staffs were so kind and they graded up my room up. Because the location was a bit far, transportation costs were unavoidable, which was a little annoying.

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

Only less than 5mins working from HBF. You can find the hotel without going out from Hbf main entrance ( seems to be red lighf & a lot homeless). Just exit from exist 1a and you can see the intercity hotel right away then go straight turn left you can see toyoko inn.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station, which is very convenient. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. I would highly recommend the breakfast including miso soup and rice, something Asian guests will truly appreciate.

The clock in the room was incredibly loud. On my second night, I also noticed a faint body odor. The day after housekeeping cleaned, I found hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable for sleeping (for me, the pillow was too high and gave me a neck ache). Nice hotel, nice rooms. Only downside was the check in process which took over 20 minutes. We were in a bit of a rush so this was a little stressful.

Overall a very good stay, but a few details were disappointing for a five-star hotel: no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, no bottled water (only tap water), and a very small and poor equipped fitness area.

At Hotel Bayerischer Hof, the check-in process was extremely delayed, and I did not receive my room until 3:30 p.m. My luggage was also delivered very late, arriving in the room close to 4:00 p.m. The service lacked professionalism and showed little care for guests. The staff should improve their performance, as this delay caused me to arrive late to the Oktoberfest event.

Beautiful historic hotel with many amenities and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap.

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room. They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended!

I had a room that wasn't renovated and the modern colors and wished I did but otherwise the stay was outstanding. Concierge was amazing even arranging a private driver for me at very last minute. We stayed in a family room - but it was tiny - there was hardly room to move! I didn’t expect a suite, but I definitely expected a family sized room - not a double room but with extra beds - especially for the price! Was so small that it had a sliding door to the bathroom to save space, but (by design) it didn’t close properly, so there was a gap all the way round and it didn’t lock - so no privacy...

A really good hotel, very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, and we will definitely return to Premier Inn when we go to Berlin again.

This hotel is very similar to a Japanese business hotel and was incredibly practical. It's just about walkable from the central station, and since the path is mostly flat, it was fine even with a large suitcase. There's also a supermarket about a 5-minute walk away. This hotel is more like an apartment-style accommodation, with cleaning services only provided for stays of seven days or more. The room was well-equipped with a washing machine, a small kitchen, and a refrigerator. There are also shops and restaurants downstairs, making daily life and dining very convenient. Finding accommodation with a washing machine while traveling in Europe can be a hit or miss...

We stayed at Wunderlocke for a month due to my daughter receiving outpatient medical care in Germany. This hotel/apartment building became our home away from home! Hotel was perfectly located for train and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Piano bar was a really relaxing place after days sightseeing. Gym could have had been better-didn’t have enough free weights for my like - didn’t use the pool. Overall a lovely stay and will recommend.

I saw reviews mentioning the shower water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, and I experienced it too. It seems to be a common issue. Everything else was fine.

The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Excellent ...but only if you speak German. Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Some rooms only accessable by stairs Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

A fairly well experience Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience.

Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.
