Superb.Ideally situated ,affordable,very clean with a fantastic breakfast. The staff was superbly organized,very friendly and helpful which made this visit a memorable one. When I return to Berlin, I will not stay anywhere else. Thank you very much.

Aircon was making weird noises intermittently. It sounded like an espresso machine. Room is a good size. The bed could be more comfortable. It is rather on the firm side. It is an ok hotel but I don’t think I would book it again. There are plenty options in the area if you need to stay close by.

Really nice, modern and clean hotel in a wonderful part of the city, close to East side mall, Uber arena, subway and lots of restaurants. The staff are all great with excellent English. We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Berlin City East Side during our weekend in Berlin and were fully satisfied with the quality of the service. Beautiful room, very flexible staff, ideal location, and great value for money. We will definitely come back if we visit Berlin again.

Convenient location and nice breakfast.

I was told on the reception that “check-in from 3 pm” doesn’t mean that I can check in at 3:05 pm. It means that I can’t check-in earlier than 3 pm. Waiting didn’t take long at the end, but what kind of scam is it?! Or is it a membership bonus? The room is spacious and look nice, but has quite distinctive cigarette’s smell.

No toothbrush, no toothpaste, and when I ask the staff to bring me water to my room they said I have to come down to get it. I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Frankfurt Airport this time. Its location is right opposite Terminal 1. From my room, I could see the airport out the window. However, it's not convenient to walk there with luggage. You can take the S9 train one stop to Gateway Gardens, and the hotel is straight ahead a short walk from the station. (I have no sense of direction, and the first time I followed Google Maps...

The room was clean, but small. There was an old, sunken bathtub, and I almost slipped while showering. Be careful everyone! Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection wasn't extensive. The location is just one stop from the airport on the S8/S9, but we took a taxi that day, which cost 12 euros.

The hotel is quite large and spacious. It has a distinct Chinese architectural style, but the staff working there are actually European. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is well located, not directly in the old town, but in walking distance to all sights of the city. It is in a relatively quiet area with wonderful views of the Dom. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the gym & spa area is clean and worth a visit to relax. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean.

The buffet was great in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was a little dirty and the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbours😅 talking. The bed was a little dirty with yellow stains on the bed frame and sheets. The sauna room was nice and pretty new but it was also a little unkept with dirty towels inside. Overall the hotel has a fantastic location just needs to be cleaned better.

location is great, hotel seems slightly older but totally no issues for me at all. when going for global, premium hotels, you wont go wrong. room is clean and have all we need! most importantly the free mini bar is a nice touch! staff are friendly & welcoming too!

This hotel is super close to Cologne Cathedral and the Cologne Central Station, just about a ten-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. You can even see Cologne Cathedral from your room! The minibar drinks are complimentary, and the room itself is clean and tidy.

Tends to get overheated in the room, especially the bathroom. The Dorint Wurzburg is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from both the railway station and the centre of town. The room met my needs, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the decor modern. Of particular note was the excellent and extensive breakfast.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. However, there's construction nearby which made driving a bit difficult for us. Also, the hotel parking is on B2, and it was a bit challenging to maneuver and turn into the spots, especially for slightly larger cars. The room itself was very spacious and clean.

I was a solo traveller and the environment was safe, Shopping centre almost next door, very vibrant,and the train service into the centre was easy and regular. Around 40min by underground to city centre. But, at least close to an underground station. The station is unmanned so you'll have to use the machine to get tickets. The breakfast has many choices in terms of bread and a reasonable selection of hot foods also. The tea was quite good. There is no AC in the room. We had a triable, very noisy, old broken fan. When asked to change it, they said there are no replacements, sad as it was very very hot in the room

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. You can hear so much noise in the night and bother your sleep.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision. In addition, the breakfast is very good and sausages not every day served. I highly recommend.

The room rate was a bit pricey during the exhibition. While the hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz and the Berlin TV Tower, it's still about an 800-meter walk. The breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the front desk staff was quite friendly.

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. On top of that, all the towels had a strong Clorox-like smell, which is hard to ignore. Cleanliness overall was fine, but not outstanding

Hotel is close to the e airport, it is very convenient for us, and everything is clean, just a little bit small and old for the washroom but it is okay, nice hotel anyway.

Good experience overall, value for money is decent. The water while showering and washing hands was going from extreme hot to extreme cold even when I didn't touch the knob.

An excellent hotel, this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient for getting to the city center and also to the airport. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are clean, and any issues are quickly resolved.

Upon arrival, we were initially a bit confused because while there was a 'Panorama Hotel' visible to our left, the 'Panorama Inn' sign on the right actually belonged to an outpatient care facility. (See photo). Don't be misled by the outpatient care facility! The hotel entrance becomes visible as you get closer. Line 2 is easily accessible, and there are plenty of shopping and fast-food options nearby...
