From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4.45am. The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, very functional for congress or other business meetings. The rooms are huge and clean. The breakfast has a wide range of options. Even for lunch and dinner there were vegan options, although the steak was delicious. Near the hotel there is an incredible park with wildlife and hiking areas.

The location is excellent. The room is large and well-equipped. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next door in the morning and the floor felt a little shaken.

Good stay. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly.

Great location from Airport, 5 minutes in taxi from Airport. But you need to pay Deposit when you check in.

Everything was prefect, just when you arrive by car for a car left room, do out hesitate to park your car in the minute parking in the front of the hotel gate to make your check in, don’t park your car in the parking behind the hotel, once you cross the barrier, you have to pay 3,9€

This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

Great location right by the train station, offering good value for money. It's a bit older, but still clean and hygienic, so no issues there. Perfect for business travelers. I even saw Lufthansa crew staying here.

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears. If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated. A wonderful final touch to my stay.

Location was a little farther than anticipated. It is central but it's a bit of a walk to the train station and nearest metro, especially if you have luggage. Like others said, it is right next to the red light district so definitely avoid walking in that direction at night time. Otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. Very accessible from the station with McDonald and grocery store at ZOB. Tram station right next to the hotel. The breakfast place is very spacious, with plenty choices. The room itself is also quite spacious compared to other hotels with similar prices.

The hotel is great. The lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff speak English and are very patient. They even specifically noted our request for twin beds. The lady at the front desk also helped us with our transportation questions. The room is spacious, and the breakfast offers a good variety.

Stayed there for the New Year’s Eve and a few days before that. It was clean and tidy, rooms a bit dated but could live with it. Near to train station but needed to walk up the slope a bit. Lift not working at the station for 2 days out of the 4 days when wewere in Munich.

God parkering (22€ pr. Døgn) service er ok, værelser ok. Seng hmm. Morgenmad er ok men området er for lille, nogen henvises til førstesal som kun indeholder 50% af munü af stue etagen. Men alt ialt et fint ok hotel men absolut ikke fem stjerner. Kort afstand til det gamle Lübeck, shopping og historie. Lübeck er god for 2-3 dage.

A very good high class hotell in a perfect location, close to the city centre. The room quality is very high. The staff was amazing... they really did everything to take care of us. The breakfast was heavenly good. It's a bit pricy to stay here, but if you want to spoil yourself, this is a good place to do it.

In our multi day trip around northern Germany, this was our favorite hotel. Fantastic location close to all of Lübeck attractions, great breakfast, comfortable bed, nice room, great service. Loved it.

Just one stop away from the main train station, this Mercure is a bit older compared to others. It's decent, nothing outstanding but no major flaws either. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; it can be a bit noisy.

Busy hotel .. everything nearby Supermarket , attractive point , transportation all in walking distance. But there is only one bottle of sparkling water for one stay. Breakfast expensive. Overall value for money.

Upon arrival, there was a difference in understanding between the hotel and ourselves regarding the reserved room, which led to some initial inconvenience. Warning ⚠️ It's a terrible experience to stay this hotel. My wallet got stolen in the room on the 2nd day of my stay. The receptionist did not help much because they said only the manager has the access to the cctv footage but their manager is not working on Saturday and Sunday. Please think twice if you want to stay in this hotel.

The Ringberghotel high above Suhl is an impressive building, worth a visit just for its open location! Panoramic views, clean and functional rooms. The food tasted great, the service was friendly and polite. Despite the Corona requirements, the guest feels comfortable and is happy to return!

Love coming here. Breakfast is amazing, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, beds super comfortable. Bathrooms are small but very well utilized with a great walk in shower (Rhine Wing).

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The only downside was that the room was relatively cold, and the air conditioning/heating system did not work properly. Other than that, everything was fine.

I travel to Karlsruhe two or three times a year for work, and this hotel has been my home away from home for the past five years. The service is consistently excellent — from the friendly cleaning crew to the attentive hotel manager. The staff always make me feel welcome, and their professionalism and warmth are truly exceptional.
