The proximity to the university hospital was the reason for booking. Nice little hotel with everything you need.

Reception closed - no room
The information says that the reception is open until 23:00. I arrived at 22:30, reception closed, impossible to reach anyone. I finally had to arrange another hotel.

It's a moderate hotel. You've got all you need. A bed, a shower and breakfast for a little extra money and for 48€ a night I think it's all right.
The rooms are clean but very simple in terms of furniture. The house and hallways are rather old and less hotel like.
But as I said before. For that prize you can't really expect a lot more. The staff is very nice and exerted though.

Three stars for value for money. Rooms are neat and clean but also Spartan in presentation. If you are not seeking five star accommodation and simply need a clean bed and a reasonable location then this place suits. Mattress is fine but not 4 or 5 star. I have a share bathroom and its in the same vein - Simple, uncomplicated, clean but practical. Location is good with very close bus services. In fact out front. Not to far to Aachen or Vaales, both interesting locations.
