I did not know what to expect but had been eyeing the BaseCamp on previous trips to Bonn. This time I tried it and will come back for sure! Everything is very clean, the old train wagon and trailers in good shape and the breakfast a good buffet selection (including vegan and vegetarian options).

Excellent stay at somewhere different. Very clean in the railway carriage and shared bathroom was spotless. Good breakfast also served but no hot options.
