The manager B.Peynor was very kind and looked after me very well despite an initial hiccup. I would advise no a/c in the single room I had. There is a fan. It is very convenient with the tram stops, supermarket and McDonald. Bring your body lotion as it is not provided.
Available paid parking and spacious room. That’s all that’s good about this place.
The rooms are musty and dank because there’s no circulation of air. I told the staff 3 times over 2 days that I wanted them to turn on the fan on the in room a/c unit and each time they came in, looked at it and said they didn’t know how to turn it on but would tell maintenance/housekeeping to do it. There was some attitude each time. Each time nothing happens. We had 2 very uncomfortable nights. There is also only 1 pillow per person which is insufficient.
No fridge, no safe, and signs that say you will be fined if you bring hot food into the room.
The cleaning guy knocked on my door about an hour before checkout. A repairer knocked and entered with his own key. Very annoying.
