Great value hotel 10 / 15 min walk from shopping area. Safe off street parking 2 min walk away (and cheap). Good size room and nice bathroom / facilities. Friendly family run business and very helpful staff. Pleasant breakfast also good value. Slept really well even though being in a big city is far noisier than my little home village. Easy to find by car and will definitely return.

Good value for one night staying: basic but very clean and comfortable room. The location is good. The only thing is that the reception seems doesn’t speak English (only German), and it makes communication quite difficult.

This is prolly my first time giving a positive review for someone but I wanted to give one for Windsor purely cos of their service. Absolutely the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced. Always greeting us with a smile and super flexible for our needs. Location is a quick 10 min walk to the dome and their breakfast is prolly the best bargain-to-quality breakfast in Köln.

The staff is super welcoming and so nice, I enjoyed each conversation. Interior of the reception and hotel in general is nice old style, loved it. The room was spacious enough, clean and light, comfortable. Thank you for complementary water. Also, great option with the parking! Recommend! 🤗

Stayed in Cologne 6.2.25. Got the 4-bed family room. Plenty of space for us all. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The lift is small and stairs are steep, no big deal. Dinner recommendation was on point! Only down side is trying to find parking to check in. The parking garage is half a block away and once accessed super easy. Totally recommend staying here!

It’s walking distance near the center and cathedral. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean and a vintage look that make it special place!
We took the breakfast and was full of chooses, salty or sweet options, really recommended!!
They allowed pets and we had our kitten with us so was wonderful! They give us a room that it’s specific for pets, clean with windows great shower , big closed, TV but no fridge or kettle. They leave for us a bottle of water and gel for the shower.
The personal it’s super friendly and attentive, they recommended some restaurants and places to visit and was a 100% great choices
We will go back for sure if we visit Colonia again!

The Hotel Windsor is greatly located (very close from the center), the room is clean and the reception is incredibly kind.

I would say this is a fairly average hotel. It's in a good location; quite within walking range of public transport and many parts of the central city. The building and room seemed somewhat dusty and did not seem totally clean, though the linens and bath were acceptable on this point. The reception was very helpful whenever I had some questions or requested some replacement towels. If you can get a good price here, I see it as suitable for short stays.
