Perfect hotel close to Schalke 04 Arena. Good breakfast, nice (empty minibar) and good beds. Easy parking, lots of places for free. Recomended.

It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment.

It was fine - just expensive because there was a game on at the stadium. Plan to go when there is no game - the room cost doubles.

I booked a room at this hotel as a family member underwent surgery and was having rehab at the centre next door. I had to leave quickly and booked a room the day I left. My room was okay, but the price was 250 Euros. When queried, staff said that was because there was a soccer game at the stadium next door. Very expensive!

Very good location for Schalke fans. Unfortunately, coffee was only available for breakfast upon request, vending machines were out of order and staff were overwhelmed. The bathroom only has a bathtub with a high entry for showering.

I was recovering from major back surgery organized by ONZ spine, which puts you here after the hospital. Hospital has state of the are beds for spine surgery recovery. This hotel HAS THE WORST POSSIBLE BEFS FOR SPINE SURGERY RECOVERY! Details: soft, no support. Forces spine to bend and twist, sort of like doing backstroke ONE WEEK AFTER SPINE SURGERY! There are many hotel options within 25 minutes drive of Medicos rehab facility eith better beds! Hotel staff is unresponsive, don’t answer room phones. And told me “all our beds are the same “ Unacceptable! You have been warned

There is nothing wrong with the hotel.
Exception: I think the price of around €200 per night is too high.
Like most other hotel guests, I was there for a Schalke game.
The price obviously takes advantage of the fact that the place will definitely be fully booked.
But you can do it once.
It is of course absolutely great that you can basically fall straight into bed from the arena and don't have to squeeze into the overcrowded tram, especially for an evening game.
Of course there is still a lot of action in the hotel lobby until late at night.
But I would like it to be like that for a football game.

it was a really short stay with a late check in. Location was convenient with easy parking in front of the hotel, the room was very clean, a comfortable bed and a very strong shower. The continental breakfast at expected level in again, a clean / hygiene, restaurant.
