We were allowed to spend a week at the hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very, very good! The staff was always friendly and attended to all our requests. I can only recommend this hotel! Due to its central location, the cathedral is just 5 minutes away, and it's right in front of the hotel entrance, right in the middle of it all.

Super comfortable bed, very friendly staff, great view, and everything worked perfectly. Perfect location for food tours, everything was clean – we'd love to come back.

Water was provided on the first day.
Breakfast was a standard German breakfast.
Convenient location; supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, and Cologne Cathedral is a 15-minute walk away. Very convenient.

I enjoyed the room overall — it was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept. The bed was a bit small for a double, and while I found it okay, my partner didn’t love it, so I’d say the comfort level was “medium.”
We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view over the city, which was a great bonus. The bathroom was good, modern and clean.
The location is convenient: not right in the center, but an easy 15–20 minute walk to get there, which worked well for us.
I do think the price was very high for what it was — likely because we stayed over a Christmas market weekend, when everything is more expensive. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel, and I would return, but ideally at a lower price than what we paid this time. Nothing particularly negative; just a bit overpriced for the experience.

Loved the neighborhood of this hotel and the walkability to the cathedral. Rooms were basic but clean and quiet. Big bonus was the breakfast- my kids loved it!

The hotel is in a great location and parking with electric charge option. The staff are great but there were some problems with room keys and getting our freezer packs back. Rooms have no kettle (although we were able to get one) not fridges. Good breakfast if included. Overall an okay place to stay.

This hotel dares to call itself 4 stars? What a joke. From the moment we entered, it was clear that this place has absolutely no idea what hospitality means.
The room was filthy — dirty bed sheets with hair all over them, and the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. This is not just disappointing; it’s disgusting for a hotel that claims to have any standard.
But the absolute worst part? The receptionist named Yemen. Without a doubt, the rudest and most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. No greeting, no smile, no “please” or “thank you” — just an attitude as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay. If he hates his job this much, he should leave it.
And as if that wasn’t enough, another receptionist during a different shift sat there glued to his phone, not even bothering to acknowledge guests walking in. Zero respect, zero professionalism.
This hotel’s staff desperately needs serious hospitality training. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for free.

Clean, calm, in center.
Room was so clean and chic.
Personal was so kimd and helpful. Especially thank you for everything reception personal that is Manuel.
Breakfast is better than the other German hotels.
Hotel is close to Colegne Catedral, mall and restaurant.
Transport is so easy.

Great
Great hotel, you can found everyrhing what you need for short stays. Only my concern is for pillows, one is very thick other one is very thin in the bed, I need some middle size. Location is very convenient, you can reach everywhere by walk. Due to the only one elevator in the building sometimes you are waiting for access.

Was only there for 1 night but found the hotel to be very clean and in a good area. I arrived at 9:30am thinking I would just have them check my bag until room was ready, but to my surprise they checked me in right away and was able to freshen up and relax before heading out to explore. I left my plug adapter in Frankfurt and they luckily had an adapter for me to borrow during my stay.
Breakfast was a little pricey but very delicious and many food options. I would definitely stay here again.
