Not bad, good downtown location.

Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games. Also a special thanks to Marc at the front desk as well as the rest of his colleagues who work at the front desk who helped me alot with an order I was placing to another hotel where I couldn’t overcome the language barrier

We accepted the quality of the rooms and the fact that they were old and very worn out.
We put up with the unreasonable parking price.
But the room was so cold that we had to sleep in our outdoor clothes. The difference between the hallway and the room was as if you had stepped outside. The radiator under the window didn't work, and the ventilation made a constant noise and was cold, even when the air conditioning was turned off.

Very poorly maintained Hotel. The room we stayed in has broken doors put together with duct tape and screws. The air vents made of wood were damaged. Stained and and smelly carpets. Also seems like people smoke weed in this hotel and the smell usually lingers in the corridor once. It's not the quality and level that you expect when hear "Sheraton". Not to forget the wellness and spa amenities they offered are totally outdated and everything is just worn off e.g., broken lockers, old equipment, etc. There are definitely far more better hotels with cheaper prices than this to stay in Munich.

Too far from everything. First room smelled of smoke, front desk person got me a new room same floor. Thank you for that. People just smoke like chimneys in this place. You can smell it constantly. House keeping changed over room daily but twice forgot creamer for coffee. Its literally the only thing that really pisses me off staying in hotels 250 nights a year. Balconies are absolutely gross with no seating. Room is just run down. Dirty carpets, bathroom worn out. I won't be staying here again. There are better places to stay in Munich

Visited on a business trip and was warmly welcomed at the front desk, even receiving an upgrade to a suite. The room made a good first impression: Spacious, with clean and inviting living room furniture and bedding, though clearly showing signs of age.
Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. While the sink area and toilet itself were clean, the bathroom felt poorly maintained. There were spiderwebs in the window area, including a large dead spider, and the wall near the toilet showed visible “backsplash” marks. I reported this to the front desk the next morning and was assured that housekeeping would address it, but upon returning in the evening, nothing had been done.
Adding to the disappointment, on the first night I had called reception to request some cutlery since none was available in the room. I was told it would be brought up, but after waiting 20 minutes with my meal getting cold, I eventually went downstairs to fetch it myself.
Overall, while the staff were friendly and the suite had potential, the lack of attention to cleanliness and follow-through from housekeeping left a poor impression.

Pros - Excellent location close to tram and U which takes you approximately 20 minutes to city center and Hbf.
- good gym.
- safe and comfortable neighborhood where you can do supermarket and asian food right behind the hotel.
Cons - needed to ask for shower room amenities and even wrote on the paper, nobody cared. I lacked the body soap for 2 nights out of 6.

New and clean rooms, can't ask for anything more for this price point. Smooth check in as well.

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only.
Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food.
Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location.
Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket. Via tram , train and bus.
