Highly recommend! Hotel is very nice and rooms were clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing! I am a vegetarian and had more than enough options to eat.

I was there on family holidays with our 3 years old son. We enjoyed nice and clean room(cleaned every day) with aircondition, clean and warm swimming pools, tasty food and friendly staff. Bad wifi connection, good location between Chania and Heraklion and all things we wanted to see. Parking space on the quiet street behind the hotel.

Good value for money. Way to the beach is through the Maravel Hotel, about 200 meters from the reception. The food was varied and tasty. But there are small little things, that can be improved relatively easily and cheaply, for me I would put another trash in the room, hang curtains around the bed lounges and repair the machines in the gym - half is out of order. And I really don't understand at all why the hotel has changed ( supposedly since this season 2021) the setting, that one of the hotel's four pools was "adult only". And they did not updated this fact on their website.

Great place to stay and chill, all Staff really nice and helpful + food and drinks are various and really tasty. I am happy I was in this place during my holidays.

Beautiful place, so nice, friendly and wonderful workers. Good and tasty food, even vegans can be happy and feel comfortable here. Recommend this place for all people's who wants to rest in wonderful hotel.

Nice place it has 5 pools, good food but bad wifi connection. In the evening it is quite impossible to have internet connection. There is pool bar all day and in the evening also. Every evening there is a show. My suggestion to the owner: invest in the internet connection and you will have a real 5 stars hotel!

Very nice hotel. Good and pleasant service and atmosphere. Clean rooms and good room service. Boolside bars and restaurants very nice. Main restaurant nice but food was kind of the same evry day. Overall enjoyed our stay. ?

Really beautiful hotel! The rooms are simple but charming. The staff were really friendly, helpful and nice. Especially at the reception. However the cleaning was not really up to standard. The food was ok, what saved it was that the salad buffet was excellent. It was close to the beach but you had to cross the road and walk between some hotels along a smelly pathway which was less charming.
