Hotels All-inclusive in Kato Gouves

Air conditioner worked very well! Pools were lovely and clean, slides were great, we all thoroughly enjoyed them! Ice cream options were amazing and always plentiful, the gyros and pizza were very tasty

Very nice place for a family holiday, had a great time in the pool and the bar especially. Food in buffet was very nice and had very diverse options

2 TVS but only 1 remote control and 2 air conditioner units and only 1 control, made it difficult over night to turn on or off air conditioning and TVS! Things that were lovely and perfect: The rooms were very clean and perfectly placed around the pool

Waterpark was very fun and all the slides had their own unique experience. Very gppd area for shopping and tourism. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help

Most dinners were themed, but have options for all types of eaters. Definitely recommend the Asian restaurant, really tasty food! (Expect to pay for any drinks in this restaurant, apart from water)

The 3 snack bars open during the middle of the day were brilliant. Highly recommend the Gyros, never had one before and can safely say went most days for one. The burger and pizza stations are also very tasty

The food was good and mostly varied, we always managed to find something we liked each day. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from local shops and restaurants too

We went for a family holiday to this hotel for 10 nights all inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Bar staff were so friendly and the animation team are so enthusiastic with special mention to John, the DJ who went out of his way to make our kids feel welcome and took time out to speak to them, which they loved

The animation team were always around day and evening to provide activities and entertainment for adults and kids, particularly making our stay memorable were John from Kenya and the lovely Betti, thank you

There are 3 main outside pools and an indoor pool, we particularly liked the children’s pool and the pool with the with a swim up bar. The rooms had everything required and were cleaned everyday

Loved the location as it’s right on the beach front. Hotel is so clean and the cleaning team are constantly cleaning and maintaining the high standards

Food is nice but only 1 restaurant available during low season

The place is very clean, stylish and a real 5-star hotel. We went to free Pilates session & cookie session. Service is very accommodating, sauna open specially for us untill 21:00 instead of 18:00

The best Hotel experience I had so far. From the location, food, rooms, restaurants and beaches, simply amazing. Especially the service was exceptional

Heaven on earth, we spent Christmas and New Year with you and my husband has not stopped talking about it since. The staff were amazing and went the extra mile on everything

They had fantastic vegan options at all the restaurants we visited from the breakfast buffet, to the Blue Monkey, Xasteria and Minotaur which we truly appreciated. The property was beautifully maintained

We enjoyed our stay. All the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is extremely family friendly. The only downside was the limited variety of fruits available at breakfast.

This holiday was very amazing despite missing the season it was very good. The food, the people, the weather and everything was outstanding

there is a shuttle that you can take there and back to the beach but unforunatley, the driver for the shuttle forgot to pick us up which i found a bit strange how you can drop guests off and forgot to pick them up so had to walk back to the hotel :(

unfortunately only 1 room was allowed to have late checkout because they had a large group coming. The hotel has showers avalible to use which are nice especially if you can have a late check out

i had a late flight and when my friend and i asked for a late checkout we were orinally told no but when asked afternoo desk staff they are more accomondating then the evening staff

There is a shop that is right next to the hotel which is good but it likes to overcharge you so you are better of going to the supermarkets which is a 10 minute walk away

i will say the staff are very accomondating with request the food here is average but everything at dinner is kept clean the hot food is kept covered which is good

Could buy water and other drinks. Really enjoyed our time together

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we really enjoyed it despite a few issues. The room was not best part of the stay as it had many issues. We stayed in a swim up room in the new building and the room was very modern

The entertainment staff Clemence and Florin really helped to make the holiday

Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Entertainment was good, if you go to hotels and like to be Entertained. They spoke French, English and German the entertainers. Kids Entertainment and kids club

There are many pools at the hotel which means they are never crowded and we really enjoyed that ! The food was decent for an all inclusive hotel with the grill section the highlight of the kitchen! We really liked the availability of Greek yogurt with honey at every meal and the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast ! The bar was not too busy and we always managed to find a cocktail without waiting...

The main bar was open from 10am daily. The all inclusive drinks were varied and everyone found a favourite cocktail. Good range of spirits included too and the coffee & hot chocolate from the machines was good quality

Beachfront property with 3 pools , restaurant with full all you can ask for, breakfast and comfortable rooms. Although we were here October swimmers were enjoying the facilities.

A bit noisy from a nearby hotel complex with entertainments in the evening but did not spoil things. Our view to the beach was fabulous and the hotel staff levels were excellent and the cleaning team were really thorough

Another thanks goes to the animator Gideon, the bartender Sakis and the others. Really very warm people, thanks to whom we felt really comfortable in the hotel. Thank you and we will definitely come back! ❤️

On the other hand the beds by the sea are always available, of course is paid. All inclusive drinks not worthy! They don’t have good alco drinks included

The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were beautifully cleaned every day, the food was very very tasty. Overall, the hotel was clean, the pools were clean, the sunbeds were washed regularly, as were the sidewalks

Since the all-day animation programs were full of various activities and a different special program every evening, we didn't have time to go see much anywhere else, it was so delicious and fun

The rooms are great and spacious for the cost read more below Service is thorough and give you everything you need on the get go such as eating times, WiFi etc There is plenty of activities such as pool, table tennis, karaoke and bar and a pool eith free toys like a beach ball The only downside i can think of for the actual hotel is that the toilet seat in our room wouldn't ever stay up Also the wifi...

Thalia is an amazing host! She gives the best advice helps with everything you need nothing is too small she goes out of her way to help and make you feel accommodated really recommend this hotel

just back after a 2 week family holiday for 12 7 adults 4 kids and a baby the hotel is at best 3 stars but very clean the food for me was awful so ate out every day the kids loved the pool and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly the man that does the excursions was extremely helpful and if you need to hire a car speak to him he is cheap and does all the hard work for you entertainment...

The hotel is nice, clean and the food is delicious. The rooms are large and cleaned daily. There are tree swimming pools beetwen trees and flowers. The restaurant serves, among others, Greek dishes

The rooms had a beautiful view and were very clean. The food was well-cooked and offered unique flavors. The waiters were always in a very good mood, smiling and offered us their services in the best possible way

Our vacation started in Crete, an island famous for its wonderful beaches and good traditional food. We decided to visit the " Club Lyda" hotel in Gouves. The reception was full of kindness and helpfulness

Our impressions were very good and we will visit the Club Lyda hotel again soon

We also hired a car for a week (€315), and it was brilliant – hassle-free, no push for extra insurance, and a great way to see the island, which is huge. Highly recommend getting a car if you want to explore properly

With a few tweaks, this hotel could be amazing. Twin Room was small ish but clean, however the bathroom almost too small too turn around in. We did choose the cheapest room option though

The pool bar was wonderful, the lovely Maria and Stavros were very friendly and the all inclusive drinks were good, other than plastic disposable glasses

The all inclusive food option was a mistake on my part, breakfast was great but lunch and dinner not so good but you could always find something to eat. Dimitri and the staff were super efficient and again very friendly

The hotel is in a lovely peaceful spot, fantastic views, with a few lovely restaurants very nearby along the seafront, so it was easy to eat out, in hindsight a B&B option would have suited me better!! Would I go back…if comfier beds and only B&B and if the gardens had a bit of a refurb, yes I would cos it’s a lovely quiet spot to switch off!! The Hotel highlight for me were the hotel cats…I absolutely...

Another pool on the grass area before back gate would be marvellous as it would get more sun as half of the pool is in the shade by mid afternoon (maybe because it’s October and the sun’s position may differ during peak summer season)

Exceptional! I don't understand the negative reviews. The hotel and rooms where clean and cleaned every morning. The food was more than enough and really tasty

but it was clean, and cleaned daily (beds made, towels changed, bins emptied) Overall is it worth the money for all inclusive

not great but it is not expensive to eat out. There are some lovely places nearer to the beach (15 mins walk and megusta which has a pool open til 6. 30pm that serves food til 10pm, is literally 5 mins away also)

the rooms were a little small and dated but perfectly functional. the food was plentiful and some of it was traditional greek which we enjoyed. the hotel bar was well stocked and plenty good enough for our needs

after seeing a lot of negative reviews about this hotel after we had booked it we flew in with trepidation. we arrived late at night but they opened the bar so we could have a drink

We left this wonderful place on September 26th. This was our first stay at a St. Constantin hotel and I know I'll be back there. The service in the restaurant was very nice

There are some things to mention positively and negatively: +very friendly staff +nice pools +clean rooms +good location with a bus stop 5min away +cool animation program for young and old -no real glasses and cutlery at the buffet after the first rush of ppl (only plastic/wood) -the à la card restaurant serves the same food as the all incl

I would especially like to distinguish the wonderful reception staff , Michalis - full professionalism in serving guests and the reception manager Cathrine, who dealt with every request of guests quickly and positively

The service was excellent and so friendly. The whole place was clean and the food was fine for us. The area of gouves is relatively quiet but that was perfect for this break

Came here on the 7th oct for 9 night Great hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful We went all-inclusive The food was good always something to eat The drinks are nice At night the lady on the bar at night works very hard We had room 413 with its own little pool good for when it got to hot There is a little fridge in the room as well There is a great little shop 2 mins walk from the hotel We...

Although they serve drinks in glasses round the pool, and one day one of the waiters dropped a whole tray of glasses which smashed and fell into the pool! Plastic would be a much better idea! No need to get up at silly o'clock to get a sunbed which was nice

They have a beautiful outside area where you can have breakfast, but the choice is minimal, and hot stuff is normally cold! The only other choice is the main buffet restaurant which is so hot and stuffy its uncomfortable

But if you ask for fries with the cheese and ham sandwich then you get charged for them??? The food in the main restaurant was awful, again, no aircon on in there despite there being a huge great unit

The only decent food we had in the hotel was at the a la carte restaurant. Out of the 7 days we were there we ate out 4 nights. The staff were all very friendly, very helpful and polite

We returned to this hotel after first visit last October and it did not disappoint as we were worried if it would be as good for second visit Staff so friendly and helpful the receptionist Anna and her colleagues could t do enough all the bar staff and they remembered us which was a nice touch Any issues delay with swiftly Will be rebooking for next year

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel So we will start with the positives first ▪️upon arrival at around 10:30pm we were greeted by a helpful man on reception who checked us in quickly and offered us food for us and our 3 children

Were unsure if it was from the pork with vegetables or the beef with tomatoes as these are the only dishes that he ate and me and the children didn't. Both dishes were repeated daily as were alot of the other dishes

The room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided every other day. ▪️The pool was clean and there was plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. They also allow inflatables which is great for the children

Due to the lack of trust of the food after my husbands food poisoning we decided to eat out on two nights at some local taverns which we absolutely loved even though we had paid for half board at the hotel

Breakfast was very basic and the coffee was awful. ▪️although there is a sign saying the pool area gets slippy when wet i thought i wouldn't mention this for people who are thinking of going with children
