3 star hotels in Kato Gouves

just back after a 2 week family holiday for 12 7 adults 4 kids and a baby the hotel is at best 3 stars but very clean the food for me was awful so ate out every day the kids loved the pool and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly the man that does the excursions was extremely helpful and if you need to hire a car speak to him he is cheap and does all the hard work for you entertainment...

The hotel is nice, clean and the food is delicious. The rooms are large and cleaned daily. There are tree swimming pools beetwen trees and flowers. The restaurant serves, among others, Greek dishes. There are a lot of vegetables and fruits. And of course olives and tzatziki sauce. The service is very helpful.

Simply spectacular, 100% worth the stay in such a wonderful, family-friendly place. There's a bus from the airport to the hotel door, basically. Friendly hard working staff often reminding people to wear masks while self serving food which must get to them. Choice of three pools or use the free bus which runs to the beach three times a day ! The food was nice enough but don't expect five star food at three star prices.

My son and I enjoyed our stay here and the choice of food at breakfast is good. It's very clean and there's always someone there if you've any questions. Family run which makes it very caring and the pool and bar area are excellent. Ideally located for shops, bars, food and beach ⛱️

Brilliant place to stay although the rooms need to be totally overhauled the mattress needed replacing in our bedroom and there was no pillow or mattress protectors which is a no no for me x the staff were all amazing x the breakfast was brilliant and fiona and Jack were a dream team couldn't do enough for you x also peppa the cleaner was lovely and worked so hard to try and maintain the place x all...

The rooms are clean and well serviced. Only given 4 stars on the rooms because aircon is €8/night extra. Staff are excellent, the hotel is run efficiently by Maria and the breakfast was great, Fiona and Jack make a great team.

after seeing a lot of negative reviews about this hotel after we had booked it we flew in with trepidation.we arrived late at night but they opened the bar so we could have a drink.the rooms were a little small and dated but perfectly functional.the food was plentiful and some of it was traditional greek which we enjoyed.the hotel bar was well stocked and plenty good enough for our needs.to sum up...

Exceptional! I don't understand the negative reviews. The hotel and rooms where clean and cleaned every morning. Clean towels left everyday. The food was more than enough and really tasty. The hotel stuff extremely lovely and always happy to help with anything.

This hotel is budget. It is 3 star. Not 5. Food..not great but it is not expensive to eat out. There are some lovely places nearer to the beach (15 mins walk and megusta which has a pool open til 6.30pm that serves food til 10pm, is literally 5 mins away also). There is a 40 mph road to cross, it can get busy but me and my 16 year old managed to cross easily almost daily. We only ate the hotel 3 times...

Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place.

I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. The sunsets are amazing. 5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner. I was quite happy with the choices...

Our first time in Crete and we stayed at Kaissa Beach . Very nice for kids ,helpful and friendly staff ,plenty oft space for sunbathing round the pool , and good prices for cocktails at nicht .Definitely coming back .Big thanks to everyone for avery happy holiday in Gouves .See you soon .

Booked Despina based on the reviews and got to say they were right.We had such a brilliant holiday staying there. The brothers,and there lovely mum were fantastic and made you feel so welcome nothing was a problem. The rooms are traditional Greek apartments and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location for beach and local restaurants / bars and has its own cocktail bar out the front which serves the best cocktails in town. Basic rooms but that’s all you need as won’t be in there much. Great pool, plenty of sun beds and very helpful family running the place.

What a find!! Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, lovely swimming pool (unmanned but not too deep with the same depth from end to end) road in front is a busy road but after a while hardly notice it. On the flight path so planes fly across but again not an issue unless you are easily iterated by noise. Lovely place to stay at a reasonable price !!

Close to the beach and the local restaurants, this hotel has to offer really clean and spacious rooms with all the facilities,e.g. room service,parking space,bathroom amenities and a pool with a garden. We absolutely loved these apartments, the staff were fabulous (especially Kalli), the location, gardens, cats! We had the best time a fabulous October break for the whole family. Absolutely loved these apartments ideally located for a quick transfer from the airport. We stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment, which was well worth the extra. Yes, you are on the flight path, but that didn't bother us, and in all honesty, after the first night, it didn't bother us. Absolutely brilliant - yet again. Our fourth visit, and never fails to send me home relaxed. The apartments are very clean - housekeeping every other day, bins emptied daily. So, first of all, I want to tell you that the furniture is very modern! The water in the bathroom is very abundant. On the other hand, Rania, the host, is very absent, and she only speaks Greek, not a big deal in itself. The sheets and towels are only changed every 4 days 😪 On the balcony, it is impossible to stay, because no shelter is provided, such as a parasol. The kitchen is not well equipped...

Michalianna suites is thea best choice! They are really nea and fabulous close to bars, restaurants, shops and of course 3 minutes away from the beach.. The guests are really pleasured.. There are many activities and sights close to apartments.. We enjoyed our holidays..
