I know it has lots of slides for the children but thats all. We stayed in a water park last year in Corfu, it was a 4* and was so much better

The children really enjoyed exploring all pools. Some reviews say you don’t need to reserve but by the time we got up the beds were all taken so I would suggest going out to the pools earlier

The Jet2 reps were also incredible, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was perfect every single day, absolutely delicious, varied, and always fresh

There only ever seemed to be 10-15 out each time where there’s 100s of plates so I found myself asking for one or waiting for a restock. The hotel definitely needs more out available. Staff are friendly and polite

The animation team was fantastic – plenty of activity programs during the day and great themed evening shows at their dedicated theater. There are many pools, all in excellent condition and very well maintained

The restaurant staff were helpful and the manager was exceptional. The beach was super clean, with plenty of sunbeds and a safe, enjoyable environment for the kids

The food in the hotel restaurant is probably the best all inclusive I’ve had in a long time. The pool with the pool bar is salt water but we ended up preferring this

We arrived quite late and we were greeted by friendly staff and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were typical Grecian, basic but clean. Our room was located on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the large pool

We had a double bed, single bed, kitchen area, wardrobe and desk. We had dinner saved for us in the fridge with bottled water

The pools were nice, but one of the pools was losing its plastic from the floor of the pool. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone, unless you really just want a very basic place to sleep

The room I had was ok, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the bed was very lumpy, I had to pay €10 for a kettle for my sleep apnoea device

There were very few English people there (I think I was 1 of maybe 5 people staying there) which was great for me, lots of Russians and Germans

Pool not so big but nice beaches walking distance which you have to pay for sunbeds. Bus stop to any city 10 min walk and trust me everyone is very nice and willing to help

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, needed more pillows, rooms were basic, no tea/coffee in the room, food was just ok, main courses generally cold or Luke warm, breakfasts were not great at all, not much available on all inclusive (other hotels have had cocktails & slushies available with all inclusive) ice cream was only available 3-5pm, we never saw any snacks available, pool area was small, no life...

The apartment had everything we needed and they'd even had the foresight to provide drinking water in the fridge

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, needed more pillows, rooms were basic, no tea/coffee in the room, food was just ok, breakfasts were not great at all, pool area small, no life guard, hotel entertainment was poor, wouldn’t go back

The alcohol is all local spirits(which were awful) and no ability to upgrade to a premium drinks package, paid for all inclusive but after 11pm you had to pay for drinks !!! As with a lot of these places, you are asked not to flush toilet paper but to put it in a bin at the side of the toilet, however there were issues it getting them emptied daily which is clearly unhygienic and unsanitary

The swimming pool is maintained daily and the area for enjoying the sunshine is very relaxing. From the housekeeping to the front of house staff, especially Mr Serbia, were welcoming, hospitable & if there was a problem

Our first time in Crete and we stayed at Kaissa Beach. Very nice for kids ,helpful and friendly staff ,plenty oft space for sunbathing round the pool , and good prices for cocktails at nicht

5 minutes walking to lovely shops, supermarkets, bars, tavernas & nightlife if you wish to boogie. The apartments provide facilities for cooking. Hower I took advantage of the food on offer at breakfast & dinner

Had dinner with them there at the lovely restaurant on the sea front. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Food and drink were well-priced. Would highly recommend this place

Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new

I was quite happy with the choices. The patios have shrubbery round them & it's really pleasant to sit out & enjoy a drink in the evening

We recently had the pleasure of returning for our second stay, and it was every bit as delightful as we remembered! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home

Most days in the Poseidon restaurant the food on offer was quite similar albeit generally it was nice food. I really enjoyed the snack bar near the water park which had some excellent burgers and Greek chicken wraps

The scuba instructor was… let’s say not always the most customer centric. Not a hotel staff but they sub contracted

The food is exceptionally good and everyone in the staff is very friendly. It's a beautiful resort with lots of comfortable sunbeds around the pools. There is animation but not too late and not too loud

They were well-maintained and provided a relaxing oasis. We loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks from the bar. Overall, our second visit was a fantastic experience

We arrived late at night and missed having wine or beer in the fridge, although it was stocked daily with water. The hotel offers several restaurants, and reservations can easily be made through an app

They explained everything to us and were very helpful! We stayed in room 152 which was above the Filamena restaurant. The room was very spacious with the teenagers one end and the adults at the other

We had two bathrooms, which was awesome and also a partial sea view which we wasn't expecting. Unfortunately there is a downside to the rooms and that is the paper thin walls

Stella village is very lucky to have Euidiky working for them!! Stella village also has a great waterpark which was a bit of a walk from our room (10 mins) but we didn't mind

There was plenty of choice with something different offered every day. Also a special mention to the receptionist and bar staff who were very friendly and helpful

The pool is not necessarily large, but definitely big enough for us. We were on half board, but I, as a picky eater, barely found anything to eat. I mostly had bread for breakfast and dinner

The chef goes to great lengths to introduce you to the local cuisine and surpasses himself every time. The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful! They try to make sure the guests have a good time

Awesome place Fantastisk hotell. It was like staying in a little village, they had everything inside the perimeter. shops, outdoor activities, playgrounds pools for the kids. Beautiful view to the sunset/sunrise

Staff were great although the bar staff were always stretched resulting in long queues. Water park area is fantastic. The option of an indoor pool in low season also great if the weather is not great

Beach area is amazing and so are the never ending pool options. The kids club looked great although our kids were probably on the older side so didn’t participate

The hotel staff is genuinely exceptional. The only issue I encountered was the absence of a quick dial option on the phone for direct access to the hotel's reception or service

We stayed at Lyttos Mare with two teenagers for a week in August 2025 in a two bedroom room with an individual pool. We have stayed in many five star hotels over the years, and this is at the top of the list so far

You can access the sister hotel Lyttos beach and use their facilities such as the Olympic pool, waterpark, lyttopia, and see the entertainment each night (quizzes, bingo, performances & DJ nights) so there was plenty to do

The sandy beach is great with some stones walking into the crystal clear water. The sunlounges both at the beach and the pool are extremely plush and comfortable, it is like lying on a proper bed with a mattress

The villa itself was gorgeous with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We are a family of 5 and everyone had room to spread out and space to themselves. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully manicured and clean

A few days prior to our visit, they emailed to ask if we would like food from their restaurant delivered to our room prior to our arrival. It was such a warm and caring touch that did not go unnoticed

Elena and Pol gave us great recommendations on where to eat and things to do. If you are going to be in Crete, I would highly recommend Paradise Island Villas. You will not be disappointed!

i would have liked more entertainment ( during the day and night) so i could come next time with my teenagers kids next time, but this is what make this place extra quiet

We recently returned from a lovely stay at Amazones Village Suites and had a fantastic time! We booked a garden view suite, which was spacious, airy, and very comfortable

The pool was lovely and my only gripe would be the amount of sunbeds available for the amount of guests but there simply isn’t room for more. The breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choice

A quick tip -if you're booking through EasyJet, make sure you select a suite and not the annex to ensure you are staying in the main hotel! The pool area was great, and our kids absolutely loved it

Hotel gym is well equipped, but it hosts local people as well which makes the weight room tight. Food - great but could be better and a wider variety. Bars and food areas located all over, big variety with great service

A big compliment for also thinking of early departures and late arrivals – full meal options are available from 6 AM until midnight. The bars are excellent, the cocktails are high-quality and well-prepared

The pool space is great with plenty of sun loungers, bean bags etc for all. Staff are very welcoming shout out to Sofia in kids club

I had a massage it was so good I booked another one this was done by Michael …. Mautilus Spa what a great guy and so good at his job …. so don’t hesitate you must go and meet him and definitely book one

You absolutely must get a massage from Michael! You'll feel like your on a cloud of sunshine after really great massages I went twice! Lots of incredible restaurants within a 5 mins of the hotel

There is a lot of people in the village, but not as much as in the center of Hersonissos so it is more peaceful and quiet. Also, if you want to go to the city, you can always use the hotel bus to get there

Great hotel, well situated with chalet style accommodation, private pools and a main pool with waterslide. Plenty of bars, restaurants, game facilities, gym, tennis courts and squash courts

The room was spotless and cleaned beautifully every day with linen changes whenever required. From the porters to the manager everyone was without exception friendly and accommodating

The overall cleanliness has to be improved, and also a negative point is that the pool has saltwater, which for little kids make the whole process unpleasant

Great hotel for people who: are with infant or kids. Day care, huge playground, kids pool and separation from towns - all of those makes great holidays for families

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

First day like every hotel the best spots and best sunbeds where taken by 8am but they're is plenty of sunbeds. There is a security gaurd who works of a night and stops people putting towels down before 7am

The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool. I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable

The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away

Had a fantastic time at Creta Blue. Georgios is an absolute star - so helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to make sure we had a good time wherever he could. Highly recommend.

Charming hotel on the outskirts of town with lovely views, friendly staff and delicious food. The owner is a wonderful man who cares for his guests. Highly recommended.

What a stay! Family run business with George at the helm. Fantastic stay with a beautiful room, lovely pool area, good food and drink and good location to the local town

A couple of suggestions for improvement, though not criticisms: an investment in a high-quality coffee machine would be appreciated, as the coffee does not match the exceptional standard of the food and wine, and a bit more variety at breakfast would be welcome

I cannot say enough good things about Creta Blue and it's owner, George and staff. By far the most beautiful place I have stayed at. The suites are lovely, the food wonderful and the view from our balcony was stunning

There is a swimming pool on the top floor, and the view is very nice. We choose half-board (buffet). Breakfast was always excellent

We recently stayed at Creta Blue for the week. This hotel is beautiful and set high up with a lovely view. The room was immaculate and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful

The sunbeds were so comfortable and the pool was great. The village of Koutouloufari had great options of restaurants and bars. We definitely plan on coming back!

Lovely pool, and sufficient beds for everyone. The clientele are a mix of young, mature and small families, most of whom appeared to be proffesional's which made it feel very comfortable

We had searched extensively for a hotel with a heated pool, and not only did Creta Blue deliver on that, but our suite also came with a private jacuzzi on the balcony

Well, this hotel was probably more for the families with children. There was many pools and pool areas but there wasn't a pool for adults for a good swim or relaxing sunbathe

The staff is friendly and if you need anything they will help you with it. There are three pools, as far as I remember: two "adults" and one "children's". One of the pools has two (sort of) slides
