This is the kind of place you almost don’t want to write a good review about, because you don’t want it to become too popular — it is that amazing.

Everything was perfect: the location, the views, the cleanliness of the rooms, the overall standard, and what surprised us the most — the service.

Marina and her team made sure from the very beginning that our stay was exceptional. Marina is an incredibly kind and warm person — the type of host you would happily sit down with for coffee and talk to for hours.

The ladies taking care of the cleaning and preparing the meals were wonderful as well. The food was absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the bar, without us even asking, helped carry our luggage to the room and later served us prosecco and excellent espresso.

I would rate this place 11/10.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located on the western part of the island with a view of the caldera and beautiful sunsets. On the territory of the villa there is a very nice large pool with sun loungers, a relaxation area and a bar. The rooms are large with access to the terrace or balcony. I really liked the landscape design on the territory. Quiet and calm atmosphere, wonderful breakfasts served on the terrace or balcony. Maria is a very friendly staff. The price-quality ratio is appropriate.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal, and had a wonderful view. When I say this, keep in mind it is a distance from touristic areas but we rented a car and preferred a quiet area. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Staff: Marina and her staff are wonderful. She watches from afar and will immediately come over if she senses something is amiss to rectify it. I forgot to ask for no salt on my drink and after 1 sip she was there asking what’s wrong. 😂 We left Marina and Spirios feeling like family, great, great people. The other 2 on the staff we didn’t get to know as much but were super helpful.

Location: very far from everything. 20-30 minutes from Fira, 40-60 minutes from Oia (where the blue domed churches are)
Amenities: pool is beautiful, room is spacious. I did not find the bathroom small as someone else said. A/C is cold, ceiling fans are in place. Coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. They do spray an air freshener before you arrive, probably not a problem for most, but if you’re sensitive you may want to call ahead. The pool is right outside your room so if you’re on the lower level, you will have people walking past your little back porch where the hot tub is. We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t comment.
Services: Check in was great. Marina is always there to help give advice, schedule tours or make reservations.
Food and drink: you order breakfast the night before. The cheese pie is great, intimate with the other post that the bread was a bit dry but I just assumed it was toasted. The cappuccino wasn’t piping hot but not like warm like the other poster said. It was just right for me.
All in all GREAT HOTEL, GREAT STAFF, GREAT VIEWS. Make sure you book a private customizable your with Dimitris from Santorini Tours. Definitely see Oia and Megalachori. Enjoy your stay and tell them we miss them already

The hotel manger and staff are absolutely amazing. From the minute we walked in to the time we had to depart we were treated like royalty. From cabs to dinner reservations they took care of it all ! Great place quiet ! However , it’s far from restaurants and towns famous for Santorini

This hotel is amazing, as well as its location and the people . It’s very stylish and spacious. The breakfast is served right on your private terrace. And it’s delicious! Many thanks to Maria and her husband for their hospitality and care and absolute great vibes. We felt being very welcome in a high level and warm hospitality. I felt in love with Grece after after this experience. I recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful spot with amazing views. New, tastefuly designed boutique-style hotel offering all the comforts you may expect, spacious room, breakfast served in privacy of your room, great mini bar, magificent swimming pool and amazing service. It's totally opposite experience to huge, all-inclusive resorts with thousands of quests with kids. If you like exclusive and secluded retreats, that's the place to go. We were delighted by the quality of service, great ambient music in the evenings, silence, especially at the pool (no kids shouting around) as well as fresh and tasty food. Overall it was the best experience during our stay on Santorini.

Just back from an amazing holiday, this place was gorgeous, breakfast was delicious, spoiled for choices and more than plenty.. it was brought up to our balcony every morning !!, staff we’re lovely, helpful and very friendly!! Recommend it a 100 %!! Also you will see the best sunset from this property!!! Our room had the best view and we enjoyed the sunset from our hot tub!!, definitely this place made our holiday extra special!
